I realized that I was in over my head and needed to get some assistance. I called Attorney Wade's office in tears and he promptly called me back and his responses truly honored the urgency and fear I was feeling. I met with him first thing in the morning, and the mess of paperwork I dropped on his desk closely mirrored the mess in my mind. He reviewed my notices and very calmly and clearly explained the options I had, which had not been presented by my revenue officer. He explained that he could certainly represent me, and at very reasonable rates, but he also stated that he thought I could navigate this on my own and save myself the legal fees. He took me though the exact forms I needed to file and in which order to tackle them, reviewed every route I could take, gave me contacts to call, and waited patiently while I took detailed notes on everything. I left his office and immediately started working my way though his to-do list, and within 24 hours I had levies lifted and a new, alternative solution in place. He even followed up via email several times to assist me in my process and answered additional questions. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and honest. I would not hesitate to use him in the future if I find myself in this terrible mess ever again.

S&N Debt Solutions gets zero stars from me. My experience as a client with S&N Debt Solutions is…read moreat least five years old and I've waited this long to provide a proper review. It should be noted that, even with the credit debt on my record, when S&N Debt Solutions sought me as a client (yes, they sought me) my credit score was excellent (upward of 720). I was assured that I would have the advantage of settling long standing high balances settled for less and that I could expect my credit score to recover before long in the following year(s). I'm convinced my case was an example of the incompetence of the S&N DS 'business plan'. The "financial service agent" managing my case changed several times, each time without my being notified. I suspect it was because each agent hit a wall with one of my creditor's, in particular (Discover). It turns out that the program puts you, and you ALONE, in delinquency with your creditor(s). Several months in, I was subpoenaed to appear in court because that one non-negotiable creditor turned my account over to an aggressive collections attorney. I then called S&N Debt Solutions to advise me on this situation; they said they had nothing to offer me in terms of legal advice!. In the end, three of the four accounts they negotiated on my behalf was settled for less than owed. However, all these years later, I still make payments to the debt collector for the account they failed me on. My credit score has yet to recover anywhere near where it had been before. In short, S&N Debt Solutions suck a bag of male chickens.
