Or maybe he will if you pay his fee plus expenses, I can't be sure because we never actually asked. At any rate, we did not seek him out for this. We found ourselves embroiled in a contentious and complicated bankruptcy case concerning a contractor who walked off of a large home-improvement project of ours and then declared bankruptcy. That means we were creditors in the bankruptcy case, and there were three debtors, which means three cases: those of the individual contractor and his two insolvent companies. This makes things thorny and pear-shaped; an example: one of the debtor companies was also a creditor of the other debtor company, making it both a creditor and a debtor. Bankruptcy appears like a bizzaro world of contradiction and paradox until you begin to understand it. Practice in this area should be left to adults, like Attorney Lev. Even though many attorneys claim to be fluent in the ways of bankruptcy, unless they spend considerable time practicing this type of law, there is a good chance they are learning on the fly. There is also a good chance they want your case because they know bankruptcy can drag on for years and provide a pleasant stream of dependable income. ..and this is how we came to meet Attorney Lev. We began to suspect our (then) current attorney was not up to the task after finally taking some time to read through the filings, pleadings and other assorted legal dingle-berries that he had billed us for. There was lots of stuff (including errors), but what was conspicuous for its absence were any sort of results. We called another attorney with whom we had had a good experience (Deb Smith, also of Watertown) and she suggested we reach out to Attorney Lev. Within the first five minutes of speaking to him we understood more about the bankruptcy process, and more importantly, the creditor recovery process, than we had learned in six months with the other attorney. We probably spoke on the phone with him for over an hour (on two occasions and prior to a formal engagement) before we ever went to see him. Lev's focus and professionalism, combined with his vast knowledge of the subject matter were impressive. He was also compassionate and it was obvious he took a genuine interest in the case and our plight, even though he knew he wasn't going to make much on the engagement (it was on a consultancy basis). He was always available and willing to help, answering questions for us that he was certainly under no obligation to entertain, and at least once while he was on vacation. I will caution that this should not be expected: our case was somewhat unique and I think he had a professional interest in how it would play out. If you are looking to wrangle free legal work try AVVO, not Lev...this was not a pro bono engagement. Also be warned that there is a good chance he will not answer his phone, but there is a 100% chance that he will return your call promptly. I consider this a positive as it implies he is not spending big on administrative expenses, and can thus continue to keep his fees reasonable. I recommend Attorney Lev without hesitation. If his practice areas dovetail with your needs and you're in his geographic region, set up a consultation. To cap this off and provide some bonus value I should now name the attorney who first took our case on and botched it, because that is as big a help as writing about our positive experience with Attorney Lev. But I won't...yet. We filed a formal complaint against our prior attorney with the Board of Bar Overseers and he was found to be in the wrong and was assigned mandatory diversion training, he also strangely sent us an unconditional check (for some of his fees) and then hired an expensive defense attorney. Learn from our experience...go straight to Lev. Brought to you with generous support from the Titanic Nut Company.

Don't want a huge mountain dealing with the court system on your shoulders. Attorney Ken Quat is the Attorney for you. Please note that the above address is wrong. Attorney Quat moved from that location and is now at 929 Worcester Road, Framingham, MA.,01701 866-907-1220. But, what is more nerve wracking, ulcer making, migraine than when you get a Summons in the mail about a credit card lawsuit. 1st one I received in 2014 I went through it myself. And had wished I had gone searching for a Consumer Protection Attorney. The experience was that horrible. Then I received another (in 2016) Summons concerning a credit card lawsuit a few years after the first. I was scared. Just the thought of going through what I went through. I searched online for an attorney to help with the lawsuit and made a list. I called a few and they were not willing to help me. Or told me to file for bankruptcy. Until I came to Attorney Ken Quat. I called him and left him a message. I honestly thought when he would call that I would get the same run around as I did with the other attorneys. NOT SO!! Attorney Quat is very easy to talk with. And I discover later very easy to work with. When I spoke to him he was very understanding of my situation. He explained to me of all my options. Remember that many debt collectors/credit card companies hire big name lawfirms. And they are very intimidating. As they take advantage of the fact you don't know what you are doing or what you are signing. Attorney Ken Quat took care of everything. I didn't have to deal with anything at all. Remember by hiring an attorney those who are suing you can not contact you. They have to contact your attorney. Huge relief. I have since had to hire him a few times. And he is always there to help. If you have a situation concerning anything to do with debt lawsuits or feel you have been hurt and feel you have to file a lawsuit. Then Attorney Quat is the attorney you want in your corner. He is not afraid to go against any big name company's. Attorney Quat is very, very professional, knowledgeable and truly cares for those who hire him. He will give you 100% of himself in helping you. (Trust me I am the type of person who will not tolerate someone who isn't.).
