Brittany was our agent and, I can say without a doubt, she is one of the best in the business. She learned her clients' wants and needs, she chased down properties she thought we would love, made appts on the fly, was accessible (even while on vacation...bad girl), gave us direct advice and support, and worked effortlessly to find us our perfect home at the best price. The Brooks Group is a fully dedicated team. The moment we put in an offer on a home, Blakely jumped right in to assist and aid us through the entire rest of the process. She effortlessly would: chase down answers we needed, schedule dates for inspections and appraisals, check in with us to find more ways to help and was on top of everything. She and Brittany were our team all the way through to the end and we could not have been in better hands. Thank you to the entire Brooks Group! We know that you found us the perfect home and will do it for every one that you work with. We are so excited to move into our new home this week. And, if we should ever move, you will be the first people we call to help us with the next stage of our lives. Thank you!

Now I'll be completely honest when we were told over the phone that we were getting handed off to Zach back in July I was hesitant, because, we were told he was young and he was a Florida Gator . Luckily we decided not to hold his misguided fandom against him and see what would happen and so agreed to meet When we met Zach originally he was with another group. The Rocco Group must be doing something right , because the difference in Zach after he joined them was evident. It was like he left the Florida Gators to play Football for the Georgia Bulldogs . Coach Sarah Rocco took this young man and turned him into a champion realtor, got a question? , he had the answer and if he didn't , he found the answer for you PDQ. We were always in the loop and his Professionalism was always next level, we are very grateful for having Zach McCrary come into our lives and very thankful for the Rocco Group. Thank you So much Zach for helping us find our little slice of peaceful paradise here in Florida !

She immediately came by to assess the property, quickly identified needed fix ups and arranged for trusted professionals to complete the fix, and within one week she had the condo listed and scheduled for an open house. I live in California so it would have been very difficult to fly out to Florida and manage these issues. However, thanks to Ms Allen all of this was taken care of. Actually, saying we were fortunate when we met Bernadette is an understatement. As our realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient while we traveled to Saint Augustine to look at homes over four months. In these countless trips, she showed us practically every house available that fit our criteria. We were discussing the necessity to expand our region but she called us and said she found a home that was about to go on the market. It happened to be in the neighborhood we were seeking and we made an offer. Her guidance to close on our house was immeasurable; from understanding the market pricing to the home inspector with integrity and knowledge, she was able to help us secure our house at a price we were happy with. Bernadette was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. She never wavered in her resolve to find the right home for us. She never tired of showing us the countless homes we requested. She answered every question honestly and with our best interests front and center. When she didn't have the answer, she was able to obtain the information quickly. She gave us good advice. She never rushed us and we always felt that finding a home that met our needs was more important than closing the deal. Bernadette is also incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at her job, she felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now. We are happy to say we are in our home, mostly due to her tireless efforts and we are very grateful. We love our new home. We have recommended her to many of our friends and family and would recommend Bernadette Grandinetti to anyone who wants a realtor who cares that her client gets exactly the home they are looking for and will work hard to make sure that they not only find a house, but their home.
