Only once prior was a mistake made, and they remedied the issue quickly. NOT this time! We ordered flowers as a nice gesture to our son's new in-laws. The day after they should have been received I called to raise concern and ask for help. I left a message-- nothing obnoxious-- just asked they call me to help me. Five messages and two and half weeks later-- still no response and no help! Have they closed the business? My credit card was charged and I received a confirming email, but no flowers were ever delivered! So disappointed. The lack of value in customer service just makes this even worse!

Instead we got cheapy flowers, only few lilies, awful palm leaves and no roses (not even 1), no white satin ribbon!@!! Seriously? We placed order online from different state because we could attend the funeral, so America's Florist in Bound Brook took advantage of it and made standing spray from cheap flowers without roses, not even one (!) ugh!!! Compare pictures what was ordered and what they made. I feel robbed. PLEASE AVOID SERVICE IF YOU CAN!!! Don't pay for what is not promised!!! Learn my lesson!!!

After browsing their website, I had decided on an arrangement. I wanted same day delivery(which he accommodated without issue) so the arrangement I wanted wasn't available. No problem, I told him I'd trust his judgement with something equivalent. He helped me throughout the ordering process, including the written note. The flowers that arrived were beautiful, well arranged, and for the most part, equivalent to what I had initially wanted. They spelled my girlfriend's name wrong, but no biggie. She was thrilled. I think the price is fair. So far, it remains to be seen how long the flowers will last. Overall, I would definitely recommend and definitely use again. I have gotten more compliments from the people I have sent flowers to than I could ever imagine. So I said expensive, I don't mean over priced. I first went to another Lehigh valley florist for an estimate which, to me, seemed really high. Not knowing anything about flowers I almost booked them, but something told me to get a second estimate. On a friend's suggestion, I went and met with sue and got an estimate for the same exact flowers at less than half of the original estimate. Being a very easy going bride, I would've been thrilled with "ok" flowers at that price, but they were absolutely stunning. The flowers were so beautiful and everything was just perfect. She delivered our things to my house at one time and then took the ceremony flowers to the park a few hours later, perfectly on time. One thing I really appreciated was that sue suggested we bring extra vases to the reception to put the ceremony flowers in for decoration. I feel most businesses would try to sell you extra things instead of helping to be creative with what you have. I will go back to sue at Albert brothers for all of my future flower needs and you should too!!
