The ensuing explosion of foam was hilarious, but the reaction of the staff was exactly what you would expect from a small-town coffee shop; encouraging and inspiring, and we all got a good laugh. Now the coffee, I've been there three times, and this is the best place in town for your fancy drink. If you're passing through New Bremen in need of a pick up, this is the place. Dirty Chai: great. Not too sweet and great iced or cold. Latte? Just as good. I'll keep coming back. The atmosphere is great and there's plenty of places to sit. It hasn't taken too long to get a drink served, even with a line. Kudos to the staff!

This coffee shop would be highly favored even in the big cities. Quality quiche, breakfast burritos, scramble in a cup and plenty of breakfast sandwiches, muffins, bagels, cafe espresso , fresh brewed and the price, it can't be beat ($2.50 for a 16oz Chai) 'Elite Yelper say what?'. This really is a fantastic place, free WiFi, very local that you can tell the whole town is proud of. They even have some local products on their shelves for purchase and a little bit of merch with their brand on it. Come check out New Bremen coffee, relaxing, peaceful and oooo so good. You'll enjoy your time and wish they put one in your home town too. And if they don't have plans to expand you'll just have to come visit.

I love the at the cafe has space to sit and a small retail space as well to browse. I got their Mediterranean toast and the peach co-ferment pour over (their current offering as of May 2025). The pour over was fantastic. The peach flavor was palpable and the barista did a great job brewing which can be difficult so props to her! It was priced at $5.50 which is relatively cheap for pour over in my opinion. Absolutely delicious! The Mediterranean toast was not my favorite. It was very sweet which I wasn't really expecting. I felt that the sweetness overpowered the lighter flavors of the other parts of the toast. I also wish the bread was more fluffy in texture. I think this toast just wasn't my cup of tea and I will need to try their other food items to form a better opinion of the food here.
