They had a deal where if you ordered two drinks you could get some cutie straw covers. I like coming inside to pick up my order, because it feels faster than sitting through the drive-thru. This is one of the only locations we have that has an interior space, which is why I prefer it best. However, service from either drive-thru or order up window always seems to go efficiently and with order-ahead, it helps! The interior of Dutch Bros is nice, and kept very simple. It feels kind of like you're in a garage with the side doors that pop open. Gotta space my sugary drinks out, but I'll be back in another month!

It was smooth, sweet, and really easy to drink. I'd definitely order it again. My younger sisters are obsessed with the Golden Eagle Chai Breve, it's their go-to every time. I only went through the drive-thru, but the service was quick, friendly, and super efficient, which I always appreciate. Next time, I'd love to branch out and try something new. The music in there is super loud which I'm sure interferes with their ability to effectively communicate. Even asking at the window, you have to tilt in to hear the person speaking and vice versa. Being driven back from the Grand Canyon having spent nearly a week camping with some awesome people from SJSU, we were informed we were staying at a Super 8 motel overnight to take hot showers and sleep on beds (one week of camping will do that). I had search on Google for coffee nearby and saw this "Bikini Bottom Coffee" shop pop up and yes, I was intrigued of a coffee shop with bikini clad baristas. But it was getting late and we had an early departure for San Jose the next day so I bookmarked this place just in case the free coffee and breakfast offering at the motel did not speak to me (it was terrible...). The morning of the departure, I got up early and it was just a 1-minute walk there and they have two(?) drive by lanes for cars to pull up to order. You can also just walk up to order. Aside from the obvious -- baristas in bikinis taking your order, they have an extensive list of coffee drinks and souvenirs you can buy. Given I need my morning cup of coffee, I opted for the House Blend Bue Coffee and their French toast breakfast sandwich. My verdict? The coffee was alright. I have had better coffee, but given my choice of free (gross) coffee at Super 8 vs my bikini coffee, the latter was a much better solid choice. The French toast breakfast sandwich was heavy with sausage, bacon, and eggs if you are a meat lover. Customer service was excellent so I will give them props for being patient with me while deciding what to order. Overall, it's a good coffee pit stop (if Dutch Bros isn't around) with good customer service vibes (and no, it is not what you think lol).

I was met with a young lady who clearly did not want to help me. The look on her face with each question I had was very unpleasant. I ordered a peanut butter banana protein. I asked what kind of milk I could pick from and what kind of protein I could choose from. Her answers were short and sharp. I also asked if the whey would expand my drink and was given a very hard sharp no. I asked if I could get it in a next size up cup because I wanted to add my own stuff. The reaction to this simple question was all I needed to decide to never return to this establishment. Every interaction with this young lady was unpleasant and made me feel unwelcome. The smoothy reflected my interaction, Tasteless and watery. The lobby was plain and had almost a thick negative energy. The ambiance was lacking and not friendly. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or what but customer service was not there today.
