We love how they have so many different flavors and so many things you can do to customize your coffee. Nothing is against their rules of customization. You can go crazy on everything that you get. I was at this location and it seemed like the person who took my order was being trained. As I was placing my order I had mentioned an extra thick rebel; the trainee went back to that part and asked about it again because I think he missed it. The trainer responded saying that he should not offer extra thick because the crew inside will hate him, is that an insinuation that our order is annoying? When I rolled up to the window one of the drinks had a bug attached to the lid, we asked for it to be replaced, they took the drink and as they were switching it said things like "oh yum" and "we love a bug"? Disappointed when I come to this location because it's so close to the SRJC but C'mon! I get a large lite iced sugar free Rebel, first time guys comes out to ask if it's all sugar free, then a lady comes out with a medium. Told her I got a large and she turns around to correct it. Less than 2 minutes another lady comes out and gives me the drink in the picture. Doesn't look freshly made, looks like they just switched it into a large cup without any condensation. Imagine paying almost $10 for a drink and being disappointed. (I always tip a dollar) FYI: Always estimate 20-30 minutes upon arrival until receiving your drink. read more

Since we aren't able to respond to the company reply, I'll edit. I used exactly that email and got zero response. Their coffee is often good, but not when their employees perfume, cologne or lotion gets in it, or on the lid/cup which is a little too often. Fun coffee is still expensive and employees should be taught, like any other food service, not to wear scented things, as it effects the flavor of the coffee. read more

I was on a road trip with family so we decided to stop by Dutch Bros on our way back home for a pick me up. I expected the line to be long and it was, we had about 7-8 cars in front of us. It probably took us a total of 25-30 minutes to order and receive our drinks, which probably isn't the worst considering how busy it was. The employees were nice and cheery, and we were served efficiently. I've heard a lot of hype about Dutch Bros in the past, which was the main reason I'd been wanting to try. I got the Dreamweaver with white chocolate and hazelnut, and I did not enjoy it as much as I thought I would. It was watery and extremely sweet (to be expected though, it has white chocolate in it), and I did not get any hints of hazelnut. Maybe I didn't get the right drink - I definitely would not recommend the Dreamweaver if you're looking for something less sweet. Overall, I'd still give it another try if I'm ever on a road trip to see if any of their other drinks are worth it. read more

I think I just came by at the perfect time but this was one of my fastest Dutch experiences ever. I think there was only a car or two ahead of me and we were able to order right away. Within two minutes from ordering, we were already at the window receiving our drinks. This location is small but clearly mighty. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. Just great positive vibes overall! I ordered my go-to favorite, the golden eagle, and it was just made perfectly. I haven't had a location make it this right in a long time. I don't know what it is, but even though there were about 4 - 5 cars in front of us it wasn't chaotic and we didn't wait too long for our drinks. I got their chocolate crunch cold brew. And yumm!!! The cookie sprinkles on the top were just the right touch. The drink wasn't too sweet and you can taste the coffee. The carmelizer freeze is also a good go to. I recently signed up for the Dutch Bros. rewards program and was given a voucher for a free medium drink (valid for 14 days). I went this morning around 11:15 and there was little to no traffic - compared to the usual line around the corner. That was a nice surprise! The worker who took my order was very friendly and recommended I get a "soft top" on my drink because why not...my drink was free! She explained it was similar to a cold foam and tastes really good mixed in to the drink. I appreciated the recommendation and thought it was a great addition to my drink. When it came time to tip her on the screen, she made a comment that I didn't have to, which I appreciated because I often feel obligated to tip when they are watching what I selected. My drink came out fast and was very good. Very sweet! I will definitely come back to this location due to the drink and the friendly customer service. read more

This Dutch Bros Coffee spot has very good coffee not overly strong and they have a huge selection of non-coffee drinks as well as a good selection of different flavors of coffee. Their ordering system is very odd at this location which is very on a small corner across from SRJC. My eldest knew exactly what to do, but if I had come alone I'm sure I'd still be waiting there lol but, they do have some employees that come out every so often to make sure they got your order in the outer circle you just wait. For us that day they were busy but like I said in the beginning I do enjoy their coffee and I'll be back hopefully when they aren't so busy. Ordered ahead at least 15 minutes and thought I would simply just be able to go and pick up my mobile order however, of course that's not possible. I'm a big Dutch Bros fan and I'm thrilled they're finally opening one closer to me soon. In the meantime I do have to trek out to get my Dutch Bros fix. I was on this side of the bay last month so I wanted to get a quick drink. The parking lot is super confusing. It looked like there were about 3 different lines going on and it wasn't clear where the lines were supposed to start. I think because there wasn't a clear line setup drink orders were taken out of order. I ordered my usual Iced Ninja Turtle which I downed pretty quick. Whenever I'm in town I get myself some Dutch bros and besides the super long lines which can take some time (or not if you're lucky) I love their drinks! My fav right now is their seasonal hazelnut truffle mocha or their kicker. I'm a huge fan of sweet iced coffees/and sweet iced mochas so these ones are my go-tos. I can't believe it happened yet again. When asked if I would like to tip I say "no tip, thank you", but the individual taking my payment tips themselves and signs for me. I had suspected that this had happened several times before because the drink was $1 or $2 more on my statement. I didn't want to wait 30 minutes to get my receipt, the lines are very long.... But this time.... This time I immediately asked for my receipt. Courtney P, hesitant and sheepish, ​gave me my receipt. There it was, a $2 tip I had said no to. She took $2, signed for me, and was never planning on giving my receipt. Mega fraud!? Class action lawsuit!? How many other individuals are having a tip added when they say "no" and then having the person receiving payment add a tip and then forge their signature? Going to get to the bottom of this and see how many times they have taken a tip without my knowledge and how many people are getting "r​ipped off" / "tipped off". This is a much bigger issue than just the $2 that is quite possibly systemic. UPDATE I just remembered my car is constantly filming everything from its seven camera location systems. I will pull footage from every time stamp in which the employees tipped themselves as evidence. As a personal note, I don't believe Courtney should be fired, even if she's done it once or a thousand times. This is the worst Dutch Bros I have ever frequented. They are ridiculously slow consistently any time of day or early morning. The employees chit chat and talk and waste time talking to each car for 5-10 mins while the line grows and grows. The employees are always talking and laughing inside and taking their sweet time getting the drinks made. The reason for a "drive-thru" is supposedly to save time, but not at this one. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt the need to share my first experience at Dutch Bros. I ordered a small Gummy Bear with added boba, and what I received was a cup mostly full of ice. When I mentioned this to the staff, the manager was called over. I pointed out that the cup was filled with ice, and the manager replied that they weigh the drink. While I understand that, it was clear the cup was mostly ice, leaving very little room for the actual drink. Unfortunately, I won't be trying anything from them again.
