As someone that prefers lattes, I was skeptical but it was good. They use a caramel syrup which is very rich and creamy...it has a unique taste but pleasant. Not a place you would want to actually stay and eat in. Both locations I have been to have been absolutely freezing. I was happy to be able to leave. The food product is basic, a tiny bit expensive for everyday ingredients but normal overall, fresh and healthy. It's like exactly what you would make at home except you have to pay and wait for Someone to make it for you. So if you are that busy--this is a good spot for you. Overall, I think this company does a great job with what they are offering. My only reason for less than 5 stars is the staffing. The staff is great, friendly, etc. But it is slow..like really slow to get your food. I have gone in a couple Of times for lunch, been the only person and it still took like 15 mns to get my smoothie. I think they are just understaffed, but I also think the employees just work at thier own pace. I had the same team member take my order, make my Order, and deliver my order. That's okay when it's just me, but when they are helping 5 people plus mobile orders, plus handling checkout--its just too Much for one person to manage. So just be mindful of that. I am grateful to have a healthy option for quick food that is close to my house though.

I asked what were the ingredients in that particular coffee, she said coffee and protein foam. I said, yes, but what else? She had no idea, seemed to not understand the question. Her coworker, who was super busy, overheard the exchange and spouted out all ingredients. I ordered a plain protein iced coffee with splenda on side and waited. A family of 4 ordered right after me and 15 or so minutes later when they were getting their coffees, I walked up and was asked "you didn't get your coffee yet?". It'd been sitting on the counter and was handed to me. I asked for the sugar, she said a packet was already added to the cup. Takeaways: The coffee itself is delicious, I will definitely give it another try. The service, if not improved, will cause delays and all the staff need to know everything on the menu. This couldve been a new employee or one-off, tho. I think the addition of sugar to any drink should be done by customer, not staff, unless the customer asks. Cute place.

The place seems to be pretty cool, they have a decent area if you want to hang out and enjoy your drink. The space is small so it's not meant for a long stay. However, I was highly disappointed in the drink to ice ratio. I ordered a small Thai tea, I'm guessing the cup is between 8-12oz for the price of $4.99z The cup is mostly filled with ice. No exaggeration, 3 sips and I was done. If I was still in the area, I would've returned and complain in person. If I visit again, I'll be sure to order with light ice or no ice. I highly suggest you do the same. The large cup is $5.65. I really hope my experience is a one off but if it's not, inflation does not justify this expensive cup of ice with 3 sips of drink.
