The line of cars around this shack in the freezing weather compelled us to get in line. We weren't sure what to think. This Wenatchee location was our first experience with Dutch Brothers Coffee. The closest one to LA is over an hour away. It wasn't until we spoke to the employee, who was being punished standing outside freezing, taking orders and smelling car exhaust that we finally figured out what it was all about. He helped recommended drinks to us and took our orders. He was patient with us since we have never been to a Dutch Bros. We ordered a couple of hazelnut truffle mochas, one hot and one cold, and a mango smoothie. The drink were good. It wasn't as expensive as that other coffee place from Seattle, WA. We all liked it. Disclaimer: I do not like beverages with a ton of added sugar. While I was on the road back to Seattle from Wenatchee, I needed a caffeine fix for that three-hour drive. I stopped by Dutch Bros because they had a drive-thru and I'm not a Starbucks fan. Although the staff was as nice as could be, there weren't very many options for me on the drink menu since a lot of the drinks here have sugar and flavoring. Although they have standard drip coffee and cold brew, the staff insisted that I try one of their more popular drinks, like the Dutch Sodas or any of the blended drinks, after learning it was my first time here. When asked for sugar-free or lighter options, they explained they only had a limited amount of sugar-free syrups and no milk alternatives. Going along with the enthusiastic staff, they helped me find an infused-tea option with sugar-free strawberry syrup, which they exclaimed was tasty. Although the tea was refreshing, I could've done without the artificial flavoring, which I normally stay away from. It just had that after-taste you get when you have something with sugar alternatives. It's not the tastiest of options nor is it good for you. Overall, friendly staff and like the drive-thru option, but not for anyone who is health-conscious. read more

The staff at this location are so friendly. I know it's probably a job requirement to be friendly and outgoing, but I feel like the do a pretty good job working together too. I have asked for drink recommendations and have been introduced to some tasty options like the astronaut, which is a blend of strawberry, orange and almond. But I have to say my favorite is the amaretto lemonade, which is cherry and almond syrup. The combination is very light and refreshing. I recommend it iced. I like the drink selections here and the fact that you can try different drink flavors without paying for all the different syrups, but I have to say, I don't feel like the coffee comes through as much as I would like. However, I have tried the white coffee and I can feel the effects of the caffeine in those drinks right away. The Rebel drinks are the DB version of the red bull drinks, with all the energy, potency and flavor. But you gotta be careful, because the are almost too easy to drink. read more

They have awesome customer service here and like Raquel said, the customer service is amazing, but from all the Dutch Brothers we've been to seems about the norm for this place. No matter how busy they are, thats another thing DB is real good at, keeping the lines moving, they will have someone outside with there order thing putting the order in, and if you have a CC paying there so all you have to do is get to the window and get your drinks! What is it about Dutch Bros that everyone likes so much? I visited for the first time last week and had trouble finding something on the menu that I liked. All of their drinks are mixed with sugar, syrups, and cream. I was able to order a soy latte, but it wasn't on the menu. Also, I got a medium and it was GIGANTIC! Had I known, I would have ordered a small. Additionally, I wanted to grab a quick breakfast while getting my coffee, but realized that the only food they have is muffin tops. The gal made it a point to talk to us at the window while we waited for our drinks and as a former Starbucks barista in which we were forced to do that...I feel her pain. Friends on social media always post about it and because there is none on the westside and we were visiting in town I wanted to give it a try as we made our trek back home. I ordered the white mocha and maybe I just didnt order it right because again at Starbucks I would modify the sweetness of all their drinks... but this drink was God awful. Baristas are great and service is usually good. Twice I've ordered a mocha with peppermint. Both were completely wrong - no coffee, no chocolate. Just peppermint flavored milk - disgusting. My experience is the drinks are good with just simple orders - regular mocha or latte. Not so good on specialty ordered drinks. I would love to give 4-5 stars, yet with my latest visit, at the most is 2 stars (mostly because of the service, the drinks would be zero stars). read more

Put on your wooden shoes and run. Great tasting, most important, coffee for those that appreciate value. I could say service was slow, but when you have a dozen cars being processed so quickly, I have to call that impressive for drive thru. Freindly as well, no complaints. Would recommend if you just need great coffee without fanfare, or glitter. I usually order a large black Americano and it is fantastic at Dutch Bros. The same drink at other places is intolerable. Dutch Bros actually knows how to make a dry cappuccino correctly. I cannot tell the difference between a cappuccino and a latte at most places. The music volume does not bother me, I kind of dig it. The staff is always super friendly and interacts personally.
