Dutch Bros Coffee - Golden Eagle sugar free - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Hudson Oaks, Texas

Dutch bros is my little slice of heaven and my go to brining a large iced sugarfree hopscotch (protein drink) to get my mornings going. The Dutch Bros staff is always welcoming and friendly which goes a long way in my book. The vibe here is always energetic no matter what time of day it is, but that right there goes hand in hand with coffee. read more

If this was my first time at a Dutch Bros I would never come back. Got a golden eagle cold brew -- wateriest cold brew I've ever had. Had her make something else -- regular golden eagle. The drink was white. So milky. Absolutely horrible. Will never be back to this location. read more

While the drinks here are good, the waiting is not. There has been a mob at the front all four times I've been here. The workers are more focused on getting more orders in vice clearing the mobile order pickup queue. Yesterday, I showed up and had to wait behind 7 people just to get to the counter. The girl 2 up from me was picking up also. She was told she would "be checked in and germt her drink out soon." Next order placed. Then I asked for my drink and she went to get mine and the other. The last time I was here, 22 minutes of waiting after arriving at the estimated pickup time. If the app isn't going to be somewhat accurate, just change to it to "you'll get it when you get it". It's surprising that you must be an "approved employee" in order to open your own franchise location when the place is this disorganized. No separate pickup line, no idea whether you drink is actually ready. No organization whatsoever. One star is solely for the drink itself. read more

Service is terrible. They are extremely unorganized. If the coffee were great, I'd deal with the chaos and rudeness of staff, but the coffee is just mediocre. Not worth it. read more

Wow! I'm disappointed in these bad reviews because this location is amazing. Long lines mean the product is good so I don't mind the occasional time I run into a traffic jam trying to get my fix! Today 7/13 I had the friendliest check out guy and there was an adorable group of young adults in the window. They all seemed happy to be at work and the guy at the window was super friendly and asked what social media platform I found the drink that I requested. Excellent service and product. In a world where people are so savage it's nuts to see a review with someone complaining that the employees talk to guest too long/much! Like what? Great job y'all! read more

Dutch bros in Hudson oaks was over 30 minutes wait and broista were unfriendly something b Needs to be done read more

The coffee here is a bit pricey but easy better than any other place. They have like 3 drive thru lanes.

I don't normally go by Dutch Brothers, but I swung in just to pick up two cups of coffee through the drive-thru. They were only five cars in front of me and it took over 22 minutes just to get my damn coffee. Completely unacceptable and terrible customer service. Will not return and will stick with Iron Works and Major Perk.... read more

Went with my Niece recently for a celebratory coffee after her first big adulting move of registering for classes... it was okay. I had the cocomo (think that's what it's called). I could have done with a little more coconut... wasn't bad, just wasn't blown away. Honestly, it's equal to but not superior to the bucks that buy stars. ‍ If I'm gonna pay that price for coffee I want it to blow me away! read more

The guy taking our window order got short with me after he asked how much I wanted to tip and I responded with no tip today. And I am glad I didn't because I waited 16 minutes. read more

Took my angel of a pup to Dutch since he was so excited to get a pup cup or treat. Multiple employees walked by his adorableness and completely ignored him. With each person who walked by and ignored him he got sadder and sadder. When we pulled up to the window, the person working there didn't acknowledge him either. My baby cried the whole way home. I'm super disappointed. read more

Maddie R., Shey, Addison were fantastic as always. 10/10 customer service. They're always so fun and sweet to talk to!

I give this franchise 5 stars because of there customer service and coffee. But I do think its priced a little high chargingc1$ for sweet cream and $1 for soft top. They do offer military discount... read more

I've been going to Dutch Bros for a long time, all over the Westcoast and Arizona lines are always long but very fast and nobody standing around! But this Dutch bros is slow no energy and the coffee is not up to standards I'm very disappointed, you need to get your act together and fast! I really advise you to listen to your customers that have been going to Dutch Bros for years! read more

The lady taking my order was so nice and helpful BUT the line was not moving. I asked if it would be a while, she said no, it should pick up here in a minute. I said ok then placed my order and paid. Two people left without getting their coffee, mind you they paid for the coffee, it was just taking forever. They have been open a month or so but this long for coffee is not good. The drive through line was so slow, 35 plus minutes, that's just crazy. It was also 11:15 on a Monday. The lady in the window stood and talked to the car in front of me for a while. Not sure what is it was about but it was a full on conversation. read more

Really good coffee but it's overpriced and the lines are way too long. It's not much better than dunkin so it doesn't really make it worth the 20 minute wait. read more

I've enjoyed coffee from several Dutch Bros locations and have found them to all be excellent. The drinks were prepared just as ordered and delivered quickly by friendly associates. read more

Love love this coffee shop. They have an overwhelming amount a drink options on the app and you earn point for free coffee! Love the freezes and cold brews. Coffee doesn't taste burnt like Starbucks. You can customize any drink. If it's too sweet for you just ask for 1/2 sweet or 1/4 sweet to make it less sugary. Customer service is the best and could be compared to CFA. Employees are always smiling and happy to be there. This speaks volumes for how they treat their employees. read more

Honestly never heard of Dutch Brothers till they built this here. They can shut this place down. As far from a health point these drinks are horrible what 170 gr carbs? Geez...not urs what all the fuss is about really. I mean let's get in line wait 20 to 30 minutes to get up to order then another 19 min for a lemonade. Really? It's ridiculous. Then they ask you for a tip. People working here look like high schoolers or just out which is a problem because they can't handle the pressure of the waiting line. You have to tell them twice sometimes to get order right. I get it they're young trying to get it right but put someone there that actually know what they're doing. I really hope this place closes but I'm sure it won't. Guess if you like waiting in line this is the place read more

I think I'm doing it wrong..? I've heard all the hype about Dutch Bros Coffee and the excitement about the new location close by, but I've been 3 times now and I have had an issue each time. Not big problems or bad service, just inconveniences that take away from the fact that I go to the drive through purely for convenience. With that being said, if I could give 4.5 stars I would, because the muffin tops are good (choc chip is the best), the drinks are good and the service is wonderful! The "trendy/hipster" coffee shop pricing, I could live without, so I'll just have to keep this place as a treat rather than a daily go-to. Overall, loving the vibe. read more

I am SO SICK of people cutting in line at this place. The management team needs to direct traffic or limit it to one line. It has happened to me three times in the past week. Also, it should not take over 1 hour to get a drink. I am over it. Might lose a valuable customer. read more

We waited in line for almost an hour. No one came out to say why the wait was so long. We were stuck and couldn't even get out of the drive thru line. So if there was an emergency, we would be in trouble. When asked if we can be compensated, they said they couldn't do anything for us. We asked for a managers number and they said they didn't have one to give us. The worst customer service ever and horrible experience. And then they messed up our order wrong once we placed it. Something needs to change if this branch of Dutch Bros. is going to stay in business. read more

I love this Dutch Bros! Sometimes there can be a long line but it goes pretty fast in the drive thru. Courtney is awesome! She always remembers us and makes our day off to a great start. Always prefer their coffee over the "other" big competitor.. Thanks Dutch Bros! read more

Didn't get to try their coffee because the drive thru was such a complete mess. It makes no sense and it seems it was designed to offer maximum frustration read more

The product is great and I would come here more if it didn't take sooooo long to get a drink. I'm in line now and The outside order taker has taken all orders for 14 cars. I'm now number 7 and have been here 15 minutes. you have such a great location and set up, please hire or train people better to make this a five star review instead of a two star review. read more

I've been to several locations, and this location is extremely inefficient. When it first opened it was great, as it seemed to have seasoned baristas from other locations here training. But now it is terribly slow. I understand, from having visited multiple locations, that they seem to have a person who's main job is to greet people at the window. While I think this is a poor decision by the corporation, this location is especially inefficient. Yesterday I sat in line so long that my special needs child had a complete meltdown. When we arrived at the window, finally, the "greeter" talked about the weather and about being short handed. This was irritating as the line was so long. Why have an employee bullshit about the weather rather than help speed up the process? There was a young male barista who was moving quickly, and he looked completely overwhelmed. The process was additionally slowed down by the woman taking orders. She was extremely slow and explained everything she was doing. It felt like she was talking to you as if you were a preschooler new to ordering coffee or visiting a drive thru. She took about 3 times as long to take our order as was necessary. I will say that the staff are friendly, even when they are visibly stressed behind fake smiles, and the drinks are always good. This locations issue is purely an efficiency problem. It should not take 45 min to get a beverage. Also, there are three lanes and they seem to want to close the third, outer lane. This traps you in line so you can't decide to leave. If they switched to middle and outside lane, they could increase efficiency by carry out drinks and finished cars could exit. read more

The young lady taking orders was in charge of all 3 lanes while what looks like a manager(who was holding an ipad) and another employee stood to the side and talked while all 3 lines were long. The manager started telling the girl how to do her job while he stood to the side and didn't help her. It also seems that there are a lot of employees hanging out in front of the building(not sure if this is a team building exercise or not but seemed very unprofessional). Dutch bros has always been top-tiered service to me but i'm extremely disappointed on how this newest location is ran. read more

Waiting in line for 20 minutes just order my drink three girls at work inside the Dutch Bros decide to come out and chitchat with some young men in a truck for about 15 minutes instead. Of taking peoples orders, screaming laughing and giggling. In the meantime there's a whole lot of people waiting to just get their coffee to go home. Absolutely ridiculous stop hiring kids read more

This place is terrible. The wait is horrendous and the workers always seem overwhelmed and flustered. Today I walked up to the window, when I finally got help, I ordered a large black coffee and had my app open to pay. The guy asked if I wanted cream & sugar? No thank you, not with my black coffee. Then asked if I wanted to use the app that was open and presented to him. The the wait started... for a black cup of coffee, I don't get it!! read more

I love the drinks and normally the employees are kind. I visit this location often... my biggest complaint that I've had numerous issues are people cutting lines. I waited 20 minutes in line. Then some entitled lady cut me off in the second lane and everyone else who was waiting. I even told the lady taking orders outside uhhhhh you gunna let her cut the line like that after we waited so long? She said there was nothing she can do about it. She offered a free drink and I declined. That wasn't my end goal or solution to the problem. When I expressed my frustration at the window the baristas responded with annoyance and lack of care. read more

In my opinion it is way better than Starbucks the people are so friendly they have a lot of things to choose from on their app
