The drinks are good... they got me to try a peppermint matcha and I fell in love. Theirs is the best I've found so far with that flavor added. The employees as a whole are nice and helpful. The cons... a lack of outlets is a BIG deal for me. I cowork and meet people for that a decent amount, so that makes it difficult to do. Secondly, the parking is pretty terrible. Not their fault obviously, but it's hard to find parking most times and it's only 2 hour parking, so having any work meetings there aren't the best. I'd definitely recommend it if you're not thinking of working/coworking, but for that specifically, I wouldn't.

The location of Graham's is a bit odd, as it seems a bit off the beaten path in current state. However, I can see how this location is advantageous given the construction going on in the immediate surrounding area. Graham's is a drive thru coffee spot with two windows, a small covered area and a fairly extensive menu for a place its size. The set up is drive up to the window on the right, order and pay...then swing around the back of the building to the other side to pick up the goods. It was a seamless process and worked well. I went with the iced white chocolate with almond milk, 16 ounce size and it ran me a bit over $7 total. The drink was okay. It was very mild in flavor, not coffee or white chocolate forward in taste. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't as expected. Service was also okay. The ladies working the window were efficient, but I would not call them "friendly". Overall, there was nothing terrible about my visit to Graham's. It was good, just nothing special. The shop is adorable, the drive thru is efficient, menu is solid and the coffee is decent. While I do not find myself in Gallatin often, next time I do, I will swing back through and check out something else on the menu. I liked the vibe and their mission, so it is worth supporting.

While the place can get busy, I've never had an issue getting a table, and it's usually fairly quiet considering. The drinks they have are good. They have some great seasonal drinks. I got a pumpkin caramel chai once and woah that was amazing. Not normally something I'd order, but they talked me into it and I was not disappointed. I thought he was being over dramatic. Until I ordered a mobile order yesterday in my driveway, drove 20 minutes to Starbucks, and my drink also wasn't ready. I had my baby in the car and was uncomfortable waiting in the lobby... after all, how long does it take to make a latte? The staff was entirely apathetic, (clearly were avoiding eye contact) and the same barista my husband dealt with (who is also apparently the manager?) was just as rude and patronizing to me as well. Not sure who made that hire, but it was a bad choice. Btw, I'm not some Karen who's pissed she had to wait for her latte (like the manager clearly thought I was by his reaction to me and my husband). We both run businesses and are new parents. Our time is valuable and coffee is kind of a big deal right now. The only reason I'm even wasting my virtual breath is because if the team yesterday afternoon were our employees, I would want to know about it (and would probably make some changes).

We decided to try Drips after reading great reviews and I'm so happy we did! It reminded me of one of my favorite coffee shops in Spring Hill (shout out settlers). They had home-made syrups, delicious cold foam, and flavorful coffee. The shop itself was inviting and still decorated for Christmas and the baristas were happy to help. Definitely coming back!
