Starbucks is one of my satellite offices when my basement home office is overrun by little people, dogs, or the occasional flood. I always worried I will run into a horde of valley girls at Starbucks, and I'm sure there are times of the day when that is the case, but between 8am and 5pm during the week, there are rarely more than one or two of these offenders. In fact, you are more likely to find an overzealous evangelical preacher making his case to a skeptical friend or a troubled housewife than a gaggle of mindless Belieber types. Generally, this Starbucks is quiet, the internet is adequate, and the drinks and service are commensurate with what you've experienced in Hendersonville or Franklin. That is, generally dispassionate servers and good, expensive coffee. read more

Well, I'm never coming here again. Asked my husband a few days ago to pick up a mobile order for me on the way home - he said that the staff left him waiting forever in the lobby, (it's a mobile order and the app said it was good to go - shouldn't it be ready?) There was a rude and condescending male barista who rolled his eyes and scoffed at my husband for being frustrated, and he called me pissed off afterwards grumbling that he was never picking up coffee for me again... I thought he was being over dramatic. Until I ordered a mobile order yesterday in my driveway, drove 20 minutes to Starbucks, and my drink also wasn't ready. I had my baby in the car and was uncomfortable waiting in the lobby... after all, how long does it take to make a latte? The staff was entirely apathetic, (clearly were avoiding eye contact) and the same barista my husband dealt with (who is also apparently the manager?) was just as rude and patronizing to me as well. Not sure who made that hire, but it was a bad choice. Btw, I'm not some Karen who's pissed she had to wait for her latte (like the manager clearly thought I was by his reaction to me and my husband). We both run businesses and are new parents. Our time is valuable and coffee is kind of a big deal right now. The only reason I'm even wasting my virtual breath is because if the team yesterday afternoon were our employees, I would want to know about it (and would probably make some changes). read more

Starbucks is the same everywhere, so at least there a consistency to their drinks; if you like it, you know what you like. I get the same thing every time. I came on a Friday & there were only two people behind the counter when I got there (about an hour before closing). There was a couple ladies in front of me and maybe three cars outside. The issue is that my one drink (oat milk chai) took twenty minutes. They were really nice, but wow, that was reason enough to not go back. And, I was lingering at the counter so the girl asked what I had to give it to me and I actually got my drink head of the people before me, so who knows how long they ended up waiting... read more

Slower than your typical Starbucks. They have got to be short staffed on the weekends.

The absolute worst SB in the USA!! Slow slow slow....... and half the time the drinks taste terrible. I've brought this to Corporates attention multiple times. They obviously haven't been able to rectify this. Just make sure you have time to wait. And try your drink before pulling away from the window. read more

As a frequenter of Starbucks, unfortunately this location is my least favorite! I did a mobile order at 10:29 and only half my order was prepared. I asked for easy ice and got the opposite and my drink did not taste as desired. I really wish they could do better when it comes to special requests. I specifically asked for easy ice and told the barista once I arrived since it wasn't ready. The only reason I didn't stay to get it fixed it because I had to be somewhere. read more

Just what every other 2 and 3 star said. I'm not a Starbucks fan but decent coffee is still lacking in Gallatin, I've been coming here for business for over 30 years and have seen the town grow up. Was somewhat happy when this location showed up about 6 years ago knowing I could get a halfway decent cup of coffee in comparison to what you'll find elsewhere here. No offense to Tennessee but life definitely is slooooower here. Any location in California would double the output of this store based on the speed of the employees. Corporate needs to get with it here and light a fire under these employees butts. The drive through line always has 15-20 cars and your wait is guaranteed to be at least 15 minutes. read more

If this was not the first time I would never leave a review this horrible. However I do not blame the employees of this location, I blame upper management. I have personally been on the phone with the area manager complaining in the past about how I never get what I order. The shareholders of this company should shut this location down due to the pathetic leader ship that fails its customers time after time after time again. The slowest Starbucks I have ever been too. Always "out of stock" on non seasonal items. I have given this store 5 chances. I go one time a week and all 5 times awful experience. Drinks are made incorrectly. Ice to drink ratio totally off. Drive through is a total of 25 min wait when I'm the 6th car inline? 25 min!? I will not be returning. read more

So this review is actually just for one single time that I went to this location... Normally I would give this location probably three or four stars, but today was amazing. The girl that served me at the window in drive-through was so awesome. Her name is Madison, and she lowkey got a lot of information about my current life situation so thank you for putting up with that lol. The primary thing you must do before going here for coffee whether it be drive thru, order inside or mobile order is to lower your expectations and plan on waiting an easy 30 minutes for your order regardless of the *estimated pick up time* when you mobile order. I've grown accustomed to how slow this location is and often times order ahead and multiply the estimated pick up time by a factor of two at least. Even doing so, it's extremely common to stand by the mobile order pickup counter for 20-30 minutes after they ask the name of your order. It's a shame that management is this poor. On the bright side, there are a few other local coffee shops that I've been happy to switch over to for coffee. Black press on the square shows some promise, stompin grounds by the hospital is good but stopped going there due to the extremely long wait times to get a coffee. Having gone to Starbucks from the east coast to west coast, this location is by far the most consistent on the negatives and the slowest I have ever seen regularly day to day. read more

This is absolutely the SLOWEST Starbucks in history. Let me clarify, I this is not the first time that I have been through this drive-through. I have gone through this drive-through several times and it is taken over 20 minutes each time. I live super close to this drive-through and do not go to this drive-through every morning for my coffee because I know it takes so freaking long. Truly the slowest Starbucks I have ever gone to. Granted, today was the launch of the holiday menu. However - why is there two team members standing around? I waited over 30 minutes for my mobile order, and when I asked about my drink, I was met with "oh, I'm not sure". These employees will loudly try to ridicule you if you aren't wearing a mask, even if it's because of a medical issue that you are unable to. Being sick isn't trying to make a political statement. Every single time I visit the drive thru at this Starbucks, it takes at least 20 minutes. Every time. Other Starbucks stores in the area - Hendersonville, Goodlettsville - are efficient and well run. I visited this Starbucks on 9-3-2013 and don't think I would recommend it to anyone else. The tables were dirty. The windows hadn't been cleaned and there were dead flies on the window sill. Not a good first impression. read more
