My wife is English, and we even explained that our family back in England loves the show and that getting a photo at such an iconic filming location would mean a lot to us. Unfortunately, the attendant working was incredibly cold and unwelcoming. We tried to make friendly conversation and explain why we were so excited to be there, but everything we said seemed to be completely disregarded. There was no warmth, enthusiasm, or attempt to make us feel welcome whatsoever. We left feeling so disappointed that we wouldn't return or recommend the location to friends or family. It's such a shame because we travelled a long way and arrived genuinely excited to support the business, but one very unfriendly interaction completely changed what should have been a really fun memory. Hopefully management takes this feedback seriously, because visitors whether they've travelled five minutes or hundreds of miles should at least be treated with basic friendliness and respect.

Decided to stop in during lunch to pick up a drink before heading back to work while out running errands. Cute vibes inside with some seating options for those who want to hang out for a drink or snack. I was welcomed in by a nice young lady who made some suggestions when I told her it was my first time. So many interesting choices but decided in an iced banana cream latte. Then I saw they have the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup, and I just couldn't pass it up. The latte was ok, would've liked more of a stronger coffee taste. The Dubai cup was devoured by the office girls when I brought it back. Would definitely come to try the other drinks that caught my eye. They have bubble waffles here as well!

As a celiac, for the love of God can places stop selling disgusting, low quality gluten-free bundt…read morecakes rebranded as "gluten-free donuts?" This was legitimately the worst gluten-free donut I've ever had. I initially went to Cosmic Donut only to be told that they stopped making gluten-free donuts due to a supplier contamination issue. They suggested that I go here. I specifically asked them if they were gluten-free baked donuts and they said no, it's like a cronut. I want a fried donut like everyone else buying regular donuts. Went to Parlor donuts and the staff is like a meme of the Gen Z cashier - monotone, can't preemptively speak or answer questions, does the bare minimum. I came in and asked if they offered gluten-free donuts because I have Celiac. Staff said they'd check. Was told they only had gluten-free chocolate bases. I had to ask if they had separate frosting or glaze to prevent cross-contact. They do. I got the chocolate on chocolate for $4.25 + tax. My husband didn't trust them, based on their attitude, to put his regular donut in a separate box to prevent cross-contact of mine. He ordered separately. My donut was covered in wet frosting to the point it couldn't even be picked up out of the box. It instantly broke apart into mush. Never offered a fork or napkins with our to-go orders. It was a total, sloppy mess. Not only that, it tasted bad. The frosting has a weird, artificial after taste and the base was like a heavy, grainy brick. It tastes bad. To add insult to injury, the donut is labeled "gluten friendly" rather than gluten-free. Totally nonsense name. It's like labelling vegan donuts "meat-friendly." All of the gluten-free donuts are also vegan. Again, if regular people wouldn't be okay with this sort of donut, why would I be okay with some terrible, token offering? Actually taste your product. Would you drive out of your way for this?! Would you ever have a craving for this? If not, offer a better product. It was offensively bad tasting which sucks because their regular gluten donuts looked incredible and were cheaper! Visited October 4, 2026
