However, I've gone through this line on some pretty terrible days in life, and the workers have been the nicest people and have gifted me a few drinks over time when I've clearly been struggling, and I am eternally grateful to those employees for building up this community! Ok ok I know these are everywhere now but visiting from Los Angeles, I had to come here since it seems like it's a PNW thing right? I was visiting for work for over two weeks and had Dutch Bros almost every day, it lives up to the hype. The drinks were very sweet so I learned to ask for "half sweet" after day three, joined the rewards program on the app and always left thinking the young workers were nicer than the day before. The line can be pretty intimidating for this location since they only have the one window, but they always manage to go through it so quickly! This is one of my favorite coffee shops, the employees are always so kind and down to Earth. I always leave with a smile, and a deliciously tasting drink! My go to is a vanilla latte with oat milk which is always perfect! The oat milk they use with this chain is one of the bests! My friend tried the cotton candy ice blended drink that had white chocolate mixed with blue raspberry, it actually tasted a little like cotton candy but without the massive amount of sugar! The original reason for the cards is to encourage loyalty. --And then they dismiss earned rewards from their most loyal customers. This Dutch Bros is the best one I've been to. They are super busy at certain times, but they are on top of their stuff. One day it was POURING rain, and the girl walking up to the cars to take their orders, was just powering through with a smile on her face. THAT is dedication to customer service. She was 100% soaked from head to toe, even with her giant rain coat. I gave her a big tip, like three times what my drink cost. I'm not saying everyone should tip that, but if you have money to spend on a coffee, you have atleast a dollar to give to the hard working young people that put a smile on their face to make you your coffee! First time I've been to this location. Stopped by before work to get coffee and the woman out front took my order and gave me a few extra stamps as I was unsure if my card was filled yet. Was pleasantly surprised and thankful. The coffee was delicious, as usual, and I always go to Dutch Bros for my coffee as the customer service and coffee is phenomenal. HOWEVER, for the FIRST TIME EVER at ANY coffee shop, upon almost finishing my coffee I found a fingernail in the bottom of my cup. It won't stop me from stopping by Dutch Bros for my caffeine needs but, Quality Control needs to be done and personnel management and awareness needs to be maintained at all times. read more

This stand and all of the employees present disappointed me today. I have a year of experience with supervising and now managing a Jamba Juice store, with close friends within the Dutch Bros franchise as well. I know what the standards of both businesses are, what is expected from their employees and managers. When I was served today, I had little to no interaction from the girl at the window, and there were 3-5 other employees besides her standing inside. They all were speaking to each other, not a lot of enthusiasm or pleasure in what they're doing at all. Now while I was immediately disappointed in the attitude of the employees, they also didn't understand my simple order, and asked me 4 or 5 times what size I wanted. I had a full stamp card, and $1 for a tip because I hate taking free stuff. I tipped them near the beginning of the interaction, and they still gave me underwhelming service. I have never been so let down by a Dutch stand! Every dutch employee in the area I'm from can make my coffee right because it's straight forward and simple. My coffee wasn't right in the end, and I don't think going back would improve anything because of the bad attitude of the girl at the window, and everyone around her. Super sad.
