Just had my first coffee from Dutch brothers and I'm am very disappointed. Staff was very nice and friendly but the coffee was extremely weak. I got the Americana with cream and sugar. Whoever made it must have put in half coffee and the rest creamer. I make better coffee with a drip. I wanted to take it back but figured it wasn't worth the effort. read more

I'm from Southern California (LA County), and I have never heard of Dutch Bros until I saw some mutuals posting about it. However, the nearest locations from my house are not so near. As soon as we entered Oregon during our road trip I was seeing Dutch Bros almost everywhere, so my family and I decided to try it out. There was barely any wait, and when we got to the window, we were greeted by a friendly young man. We asked him what he recommended for first timers and he was very informative. There's no Dutch Bros where I live so I'm glad I have the opportunity to give them a try. With so many flavors to choose from I went with The Annihilator (hot) with soy milk (medium). I was surprised by how big their medium runs. They definitely give you your money's worth as the coffee was delicious & nutty. I also ordered myself all 3 of their muffin tops. The Chocolate Chip was a bit too sweet for my liking. Although, it would pair well with black coffee on the side to give it that balance. The Lemon Poppyseed was one of my favorites. It was very moist, coated with a sweet, zesty glaze. The poppyseed also gave it a hint of nut. Last but the least The Orange Cranberry. This is the real winner. It was sweet, I loved the added cranberry. However, the texture of the bread was more dense & heavy compare to the Lemon Poppyseed. But still very delicious! read more

They Won't take cash due to covid. It Seems to be a bit of an overreaction, but that is what people do. Some don't deal in Credit/Debit cards or have the budget for drive through coffee. The coffee is decent, although I feel I should save people the trouble of waiting in line 10 minutes, only to be turned away. They could ask people to pay with credit and still accept those that don't. On the bright side I save $180 a month on average and have made my own coffee that is comparable. read more

I became a Dutch Brothers fan because of the Harbor DB. I have ordered the same thing for probably a year. Bret, the Manager often has my drink ready by the time I drive up to the window. He's personable and efficient. You are lucky to have him as a key employee. And the other young men and women are great as well. Everyone is happy and friendly. We were here on a weekday early evening. We pulled up and really never had been to Dutch Bros Coffee. The building was so small but the girl working in the hut was so nice. The prices were also lower than other Dutch Bros I have now since seen in California. She was friendly and helped out us newbies learn about their products and still made us feel like family. I love the whipped cream on the top of the straw for the kids. There are a lot of coffee places out there but I would come back just to get the customer service she offered. We are from california and we have never been here. But on our way home from our way from gold beach we stopped here to try it because we heard good things. And I've never had a better coffee. I actually got he blended white mocha and I always get that at Starbucks but it's not the same. Starbucks is nothing compared to Dutch bros. Pulled up when they weren't busy. A blonde girl comes and we ordered three drinks. A mocha freeze with an extra shot, iced kicker, and a white chocolate freeze. All with no whip. All three drinks we got back had whipped cream. The mocha freeze was just a Dutch frost. The white chocolate mocha had the extra shot. And the kicker was a cocomo. We were highly unimpressed.
