In general, I'd recommend LS Subaru…read more Courtney in sales was awesome and I'd totally buy another car from her or send a friend to see her. Sean, the sales manager, was also pleasant, and I appreciated his straightforward style. The only reason I can't give a 5 star on the whole organization was the finance office experience. Once I declined to buy any prepaid service or extended warranty, the finance person switched immediately from being friendly and making small talk to being curt and short with me. It was obvious that he wasn't excited about the deal after that. That aside, the sales staff themselves are very good, and I'd still recommend the store. A little polish in the finance office would change my rating to 5/5.

Over the…read moreyears, we have owned many vehicles, and this process differed significantly from the start of our interaction with the dealership. Although we ultimately proceeded with purchasing the vehicle and trading in our own, multiple unresolved issues arose within just a few days. As a result, the dealership offered to allow us to return the vehicle. However, we were informed that the title for our trade-in had already been processed, and a replacement title would need to be ordered, which would take 4-6 weeks! While we understand that administrative process, we requested written documentation (on letterhead) outlining the status of the transaction so that we could confidently move forward with purchasing a vehicle elsewhere. Unfortunately, the used car general manager did not respond to our call or email. Instead, the finance manager communicated via text message and indicated she would attempt to obtain documentation, but ultimately informed us that nothing further could be provided and suggested we share the text message with another dealership. We do not consider this an acceptable resolution. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend purchasing from the used car division at Lee's Summit Subaru. We have filed formal complaints with the appropriate authorities, including the Attorney General's office and the Federal Trade Commission, and the BBB.

Noticed a few dents and scratches after I drove off the lot. They took care of it without any hesitation. They aren't the biggest Chevy dealer but that's a good thing to me. Let me just say the after the sale customer service is non existent!! Here's an example of what I am talking about. Before buying I asked if the car could be detailed of course they said no problem, but when I went to get the car all it was, was washed. When I brought that to the salesman he told me that's all they do. The car had not seen a vacuum since it was new! One really big thing was when I looked at the car it was advertised as having Bluetooth I also as the salesman if it had Bluetooth and was told yes buy him. After buying the car I couldn't figure out how to use the Bluetooth so I went back to the salesman and he said he would get it up and running. He went out tried couldn't get it to work so he said he would talk to the service department and get back to me. I'm still waiting for that CALL!. What I found out was that it didn't have Bluetooth sounds like false advertising to me. All I can say is don't buy a car from Roberts Chevy and if you do beware.

I did agree to multiple add ons (not really by choice but because they said I had to) and even on top of all of those, they still had to sneak in more. I was told by my salesperson and general sales manager, Ron, that they would cancel/refund me for the ones I did not agree to. I was always weary, but now know they are completely full of shit as it is going on 3 months and I have yet to see the refund. Take your business to Oakes Kia of Olathe. They do not require add ons/markups for the 2027 Telluride. Unfortunately, for me, I did not find that out until after the fact.

Do Not Buy From This Dealership -- Learn From My Mistake…read more I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership out of state, and it was by far the most frustrating car buying experience I've ever had. The vehicle was originally listed on AutoTrader for $36,000, but when I reached out, the price had suddenly jumped to $39,900 -- a textbook bait-and-switch. It took over two weeks just to finalize the sale due to the finance rep never returning calls or emails. I had to contact the main dealership line over 10 times just to get basic updates. The entire process felt chaotic and disorganized from the start. They did disclose that the front bumper had been damaged and said it would be professionally repaired for $800. However, the repair was clearly not professional. The bumper was cracked, filled with Bondo, and painted over without even being removed -- a low-quality fix that would never pass for proper bodywork. That wasn't the only issue. Several other problems were never disclosed: * The front camera lens was cracked -- a $1,300 repair according to BMW. * There were spider cracks on the rear bumper, likely from a previous accident. * A noticeable dent was on the door that had never been mentioned. * The car arrived dirty, with dog hair between the seats and personal items still in the center console. * A GPS tracker was still installed and powered, even though I paid for the car in full, in cash. After raising these concerns, I was told someone would follow up. That never happened, despite contacting them three separate times and being given the same excuse each time: "Someone will reach out today or tomorrow." This was a $40,000 purchase, and I absolutely overpaid for the condition the car was delivered in. Had I known about the extent of the damage and the poor quality of the repair work, I would not have paid what I did -- or may not have moved forward with the sale at all. The lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I waited to write this review because I wanted to give them a fair chance to make things right. But since they've shown no interest in doing so, I'm sharing my experience in the hope that someone else reads this and chooses to take their business elsewhere.

We showed up at 5:30 pm (30 mins before they close), because we had been holding out on a different truck, but the dealer we had been previously working with kept dicking us around. We called Dalton around 5:00 pm and without hesitation he told us to come up and look at the truck. My boyfriend fell in love with it as soon as we took it for a test ride. Dalton was clear and honest about the flaws that the truck had, but offered solutions to all of them. We also had the pleasure of meeting Michael, who is the owner of the dealership. Both Dalton and Michael worked to get our monthly payments as low as possible with a reasonable interest rate, and they were able to get us the most out of our trade in as reasonably possible. They were very straight forward, and equally reasonable. We kept Dalton at the dealership for two additional hours and he maintained a positive and kind attitude the entire time. We didn't feel rushed or taken advantage of. They are a family owned business, and I highly recommend buying from Munsterman Automotive. They actually listen to your needs and value the relationship they build with their clients. Also, they were able to to get us a better deal than any other dealer offer we had previously dealt with. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.
