They ripped me and several other paintless dent repair techs off. We fixed their hail damage cars and they didn't pay us. Rip off shop!

I purchased a 2017 Sierra All Terrain here a little less than a week ago from (I believe his name…read morewas) Cody and I had a GREAT experience. My wife and I were counting the other day... we have purchased 19 new vehicles of just about every make since we have been married, and I will say this has been the most pleasant experience to date, which is actually surprising because we had a trade to deal with and all of the fun that comes along with that. They gave us more for our trade than any of the other dealers we had visited on the same street (might I suggest staying FAR away from a certain nearby Chevy dealer), and it wasn't even a haggle. It was quick and easy and I didn't get ripped off. I didn't even have to FIGHT to not get ripped off. Imagine that! Our salesman, finance guy and the woman who helped us set up the truck with Onstar service were all just wonderful. I will say I really thought that having a dedicated person to go over the vehicle with you and help you deal with the annoying account setups and such is a GREAT touch of service. Now I haven't experienced the service department yet, and admittedly that is where a lot of dealers lose the repeat customer. We traded in a Toyota and their service department is the sole reason we swore to never step foot in a Toyota dealer ANYWHERE again. It was that bad. I don't expect anything but great service here though based on my experience so far. Bottom line... we feel like we lucked out by coming here and getting the service we received. This dealer is, in our experience, a diamond among the dirt along 36th street.

Rodney and the team will tell you whatever you need to hear to make the sale, but unfortunately,…read morethey don't seem interested in standing behind what they promise. Before purchasing a used car, I specifically asked that the vehicle be within the lower-state sales-tax range. I was assured that it was. The same day we purchased the car, I got home and saw that they were running a "sales tax paid" promotion on ALL used cars. I called to ask why we didn't receive that promotion and was told our sales tax would only be 3.5%--roughly $315. I was also told the cost to repair a part on the car would be around $500. Based on that information, we moved forward. Unfortunately, we later discovered that what we were told about the vehicle qualifying for the lower sales-tax rate was not true. We are now out substantially more money than what we were told we would be paying. I called and spoke with Rodney on Wednesday. He told me, "We'll make it right. I'll call you tomorrow." He never called. I called Friday morning and asked for Rodney. I gave my name and was put on hold for 14 minutes, only for the call to eventually disconnect. I called back and spoke with Joey, who said Rodney had just gone to lunch and would call me as soon as he returned. Five hours later, there was still no call. I called back using a different name, and suddenly Rodney answered immediately. When I explained the situation and what we had been promised, his response was essentially, "We can agree to disagree." He then said, "It's all under camera in the finance office." I explained that the conversation about what we were being promised happened in his office, where he and Joey/Jody had us agree to and sign the paperwork and credit approval. Rodney then admitted they apparently don't have a camera in that office. What makes this especially disappointing is that Rodney came across as extremely Godly and trustworthy during the two hours we spent with him while purchasing the vehicle. Unfortunately, our experience afterward did not match that impression. I am extremely disappointed--not just because of the additional money we are now out, but because of how this situation was handled when I tried to get answers. **My recommendation: look elsewhere if you want a dealership that will stand behind what its employees tell you before you sign.** I would not want another customer to go through what we did.

When I confronted the owner about it he denied any responsibility and refused to cover the cost to get it running again. He claimed a truck with 201,000 miles would have parts that "just go bad." I would agree an older vehicle could have bad parts except a new engine was put in the truck in May of 2024. Mr. Ron also got very angry and hung up on me twice while I was trying to talk to him. The starter did not "just go bad" as they claimed. It was the starter, both batteries, three fuses and a relay that were replaced in order to fix the issue. I don't know what they did but they still deny any responsibility. Also part of the paint did not match. The red on the truck was fine, but the gray was very much not the same. They claimed they never said it would, but their website boasts a "paint match guarantee." The stripes wavy and uneven. I took it back up to talk to them about the paint but the same anger and rude attitude was brought by Mr. Ron. He said they would "fix" it by repainting it but I don't have the time to give them the truck another two weeks, nor do I trust they could fix the issue. I asked (not demanded which I was accused of) for a partial refund but it was refused and the only explanation was "I'm just not going to. End of discussion." Mr. Ron proceeded to storm off yelling through the door as he left. Interestingly enough their website also has an "On the Road Again Guaranteed" badge. My truck was not on the road again. It had to be towed from their shop. I will never return to this shop and I most certainly will not recommend it to anyone.

They were also spot on with the white pearl paint match, and they completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. There was a slight extension to the original time frame, but I had no issues with the insurance company working with them. HOWEVER, my car was broken into while it was in their possession. They keep their cars in a big dirt open lot - no fence or security. And it's not in the best part of town. There's no forced entry, so I can only assume they left my car unlocked. Whoever broke into my car couldn't figure out how to press a button to get into my glove box, so they pried it open and broke off a large piece of plastic covering the button. You can see it in the picture. When I tried to bring it to the attention of the shop owners, they tried arguing that maybe it happened before or after they had my car. Nope. I opened my glove box, removed my car insurance/registration right when I dropped it off, then picked up my car with a huge piece of plastic on the floormat. They refuse to acknowledge that this happened on their property. They told me they have cameras to monitor their lot, however what's the point of cameras if you don't review the footage and take responsibility? Despite the back and forth, they used a plastic adhesive to glue the piece back on over the glove box button. Who knows how long that will last? There are still scratch marks all over my glove box. And really they should be accountable to replace the whole glove box. Maybe this doesn't sound like a huge deal, but my car is a $40-50k car brand new. Final word: I would use them again for auto body repairs, but NOT until they have a secure area for cars to be parked while in their possession. If you use them, be sure to remove all valuables from your car. It may not stop a burglar, but at least your valuables won't be stolen.
