Upon reporting this to our insurance, Adams Emergency One was contacted by our insurance firm, and owner, Jerry Theroux called us within an hour to come to the house to inspect the damage to make plans for his crew to be there the next day which was a Sunday. Mr. Theroux took pictures, measurements, and listed major items that had been destroyed due to the damage. His crew removed all insulation, ceilings, rugged areas, and necessary walls that were ready to crumble. Dehumidifiers, air movers, anti-microbial agents, and chemical cleaners, etc. were used. throughout this process, Manager Lou and his assistants were wonderfully kind, courteous, and totally helpful to us. They followed through completely to make that part of the damage control a much more calming process as well as a very successful one - certainly more than what we ever thought it would be. She is not Tom Bodette, and she will NOT leave the lights on for ya.
