My wife noticed a leak from our roof that was already pushing 30 years old, so we called out some…read morecompanies to take a look and get some estimates on the work. Joe came out, took a look what was going on, and gave me an estimate that was identical in scope but half the price of another estimate we received so we opted to go with Eames and Sons. Joe was fantastic to work with and kept me up-to-date on scheduling of the entire process, from dropping off a trailer for the old roofing materials, dropping off the new materials, the actual day of work, etc. The Eames and Sons crew came out, did the work in a single day, and then Joe came out the next day for an inspection. Joe noticed some of the work wasn't up to the Eames and Sons standards, so he had someone from the crew come back out and redo it and then came back out the same day to check on the work again. I also noticed that some of the mortar between bricks near some of the work seemed to now be missing and he came back out on his own time to fill in the gap. Eames and Sons, and specifically Joe, definitely went out of their way to make sure our roof was perfect and that I no longer needed to worry about the leak we found. This was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend others use Eames and Sons for their roofing needs. EDIT: I noticed some damage to a window screen after the dump trailer was moved away. Joe fixed the screen himself and sent someone else out to take care of some of the metal around the window as well. Eames and Sons has gone above and beyond what I expected and they have set a very high bar for any work that gets done around our house in the future.

Great experience with this company. The project I hires…read morethem for was a brand new gutter install on my house. The color I wanted was very specific and it was hard for me to find a company that would offer any colors outside of the general 15 or so standard colors that you can find on most gutter companies websites. I called the Gutter Boys, who had 3 different color palettes to choose from, got my quote on a Thursday and the install on that next Tuesday. They kept me updated on the schedule, were on time for my appointments and were very quick with getting my project completed. The price was more than fair and since this was my first time ever getting new gutters on ny house, they understood where I was at and I never felt like any of my questions were dumb.
