(This review includes a response to the business owner's reply)…read more I had a deeply disappointing experience with Paul's Windows, and I want to share it so that other homeowners know what to expect before working with this company. I reached out for a small bedroom window replacement and had one key requirement: that the new window, once installed, provide a minimum clear opening height of 13 inches. The sales associate, Art, confirmed via text that the manufacturer (Crystal Pacific) said it would: 13.1875", in fact. That was fine by me. But when I asked for that specification to be confirmed in the contract, in writing, Art refused. Let me be clear: I wasn't asking for a personal warranty on the product. I simply wanted confirmation that the installed window, as ordered and managed by Paul's Windows, would meet the functional requirement I had clearly communicated. Art repeatedly deflected, referring to "what the manufacturer said," but was unwilling to take responsibility for the result. When I asked for accountability, he became dismissive and eventually walked away from the job. I contacted Paul directly, hoping for a more professional response. Instead, I received a generic brush-off and a claim that the window wouldn't meet the specs, which contradicts what their own sales associate had already confirmed. Worse, Paul didn't acknowledge or engage with any of the valid concerns I raised around basic customer service, transparency, or professional responsibility. Ultimately, I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I was hiring a company to manage a job and deliver a specific result. If something went wrong, say, the manufacturer provided a window that didn't meet the spec, it would be on the contractor to resolve it, not on me to go chase down the supplier. That's what any responsible company would do. But Paul's Windows made it clear they don't see it that way. If you're okay with vague communication, contractors who won't stand behind their own work, and potentially being left to deal with problems on your own, maybe this company is fine. But if you want clarity, professionalism, and accountability in writing, then look elsewhere. § Paul's response below is a classic damage control move -- polite on the surface, but full of deflection and quiet rewriting of events. To clarify: the window in question would have met the required 13" clear opening. That wasn't in dispute. Art, their sales associate, confirmed that in writing and was fully prepared to proceed with the job -- until I asked for a simple written accountability. That's the moment everything fell apart. Paul's follow-up misrepresents the timeline and sidesteps the core issue -- not whether the window would fit, but whether the company was willing to stand behind the result they were being paid to deliver.

After signing the contract the windows were ordered and arrived in about 3 weeks. The installation team worked quickly and Art was there to see it complete. Retrofitted the windows to fit in my existing frames to avoid having to work on the wall. Added the grids to match the style of the old windows since I have a condo and HOA would probably have an issue if not everyone's windows matched since it's a shared building.

Michael Crooks was very responsive as a company rep and everything he quoted was delivered just as he said. The quality of the shower is excellent and we love the Koehler fixtures. We chose black on white to assist those with visual deficits and really like how they turned out! The fold down seat is also a plus for those with endurance challenges! The demolition andinstallation team of Jose, Gabriel and Jairo could not have done a better job! They were timely, efficient and professional. They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. They were pleasant to have on our property and we're considerate in where they set up their workstation and parked their trucks. We did have a challenge posed by the installation day with company coming to visit us... And they worked out a mutually agreed upon date that met our needs. I highly recommend this company.. ask for this team of installers! You won't regret it!!

Turn around time to order glass and have it installed was relatively quick. We had one broken window and one double pane glass that had water stains from previous rain storms. He was also able to provide warranty for leaks. He was reliable, communicated throughout the entire process. I'll be sure to add photos of before and after. Overall will be saving his information for future window repairs.

I reached out again. He came again. Did he fix it? Still no. Now it's 2026 and guess what? MORE RAIN. STILL LEAKING. I told him to be responsible for his own craftsmanship and this man has the audacity to CALL ME YELLING. Screaming at me that if he comes out a THIRD time and it's "not the window" he'll charge me $250. Sir. YOU CAME OUT TWICE ALREADY. If you had actually done job and assessed the problem correctly the first--or even the second--time, we wouldn't be here. But no. You slapped in a window, took the money, and left a leaky mess. Now you threaten me? Unprofessional. Rude. Save yourself the headache and the water damage. Go with literally anyone else. Update: Same day I called another handyman to come look at the window. I went up myself to see the window. It was poorly installed. They didn't put caulking or weatherproof the window from the inside. Now I am going to pay $250 out of pocket so another man can do this job!!!!! El año pasado, en abril de 2025, Pablo cambió una ventana vieja por una "nueva". ¿La primera lluvia? Goteando. Lo contacté. Y mira que le llamé y envié mensajes varias veces. Vino. ¿La arregló? No. Más lluvia. Lo contacté de nuevo. Volvió a venir. ¿La arregló? Tampoco. Ahora estamos en 2026 y ¿adivina qué? MÁS LLUVIA. SIGUE GOTEANDO. ¿Y ahora me amenaza? Poco profesional. Maleducado. Ahorrense el dolor de cabeza y los daños por agua. Váyanse con cualquier otro. Actualización: El mismo día llamé a otro manitas para que viniera a ver la ventana. Subí yo misma a inspeccionarla. Estaba mal instalada. No le pusieron sellador ni impermeabilizaron la ventana por dentro. ¡Y ahora voy a pagar $250 de mi bolsillo para que otro hombre haga este trabajo!
