Durango Adventures and Zipline tours! PC: Clay tour guide thanks so much!
Odlan S.

My brother booked for the family to zipline. Clay and I think it was Parker were amazing and very fun! Clay was so awesome with my Nephew who was terrified at the first line of 12 but with Clay's help was convinced to shoot the shot. From there my nephew was very much comfortable. Thank you so much Clay! Keep up the amazing work you do!

12 zip lines

We enjoyed the 12 zip lines that went along the changing Fall trees. It is definitely worth the extra money to do all 12 lines and we couldn't imagine e stopping after just six. The last three were the most thrilling!! Taylor and Logan gave us a thrilling and safe adventure. They were knowledgeable about the course, gave us fun code names, and kept us safe!

Our experience was amazing. Tyler and Taylor were experienced and funny, with a few bad jokes. Be prepared for dad jokes or any cat jokes that you have. Our group had such a great time with both of them. Thank you for a great experience.

We had a great time! Taylor and Kim were fantastic guides, and made sure we had fun and were safe the entire time. We'd gladly come back any time!!

We did the 12 Line Adventure with our outstanding guides Cara and Snow. The one thing that will make a tour go from great to awesome are knowledgeable and FUN guides. Super friendly staff, easy to book online, they have a great chat feature, or you can just call. (We booked through Mild to Wild Adventures). I highly recommend this Zip-line if you're ever in Durango... and tell Cara and Snow that Troy and Kay said "Claim it!" and throw up a Chaka sign!!

We went zip-lining on 9/12/2022. I highly recommend the 12 lines, the first six get you comfortable with the experience before the longer faster lines. Sam and Boggs were awesome instructors. They ensured safety was the first priority, while making the entire experience fun. I'm a HUGE scaredy-cat, and I felt safe the whole time.

We had a FABULOUS time today on the 12 line zip lining course. Kind, safe guides. Exhilarating fun. David & Coach very knowledgeable & made everyone feel safe. We're 3 seniors aged 72, 70 & 63. It was a blast!!

Gear is on, now listening as directions are given.

So much fun! We did all 12 lines, guides were great, and felt safe. The lady at desk is not the most welcoming/friendly.

AI told me that if i ever was gonna go jeeping that Ouray and Switzerland of America was the place to do it. My wife and I made it up to over 12,000 feet if not 13,000. We literally felt like we were on the top of the world: a once in a lifetime experience. Beats the hell out of back packing i and up, which is the only way to otherwise see these places. When I told my wife I wanted to rent a jeep, she exclaimed "why should we do that, we're not gonna see anything different than we haven't already seen on the Million Dollar Highway. Well, humble pie ate. The owner has been in business along time, yet was so patient and gracious as if he had just started his business. We were super satisfied. The staff are super friendly too. Enjoy!!

The whole experience was top notch from start to finish. The five hour excursion included stunning views of the area along with falls, wildlife, and abandoned mines. Our guide, Dave was very knowledgeable of the area and was very accommodating of our requests for stops along the way and answering our many questions. As a previous owner of a 4x4 with many hours on and off the trail, I felt very comfortable with both the equipment and Dave. Highly recommend!

My wife had heard that Mild to Wild rafting took great care of their clients. Last year at this time, we were wading up the San Miguel river / stream and fly fishing. Shallow water, tranquil pools and great fishing made it a different weekend. When we booked this, I thought it must be a mistake as this stream did not seem strong enough for rafting and narrow in width. What a difference a year makes. The river was full, fierce with heavy water and good class 3 rapids for the next 1 1/2 hour. Big rocks, fast water, big snags and quick currents were the norm today. One had better stay in the boat, as it would troublesome swimming in 42 degree water. Alyssia, our guide was fabulous and serious about following her instructions. She navigated the rocks, snags and fast water. She maneuvered our boat well. For the next 1 1/2 hours, we had 3-4 foot swells and worked the entire trip. We have rafted many rivers and this was one of our shorter trips but a 5/5 on adventure. For a great adventure, beautiful scenery and a gorgeous day, raft with Mild to Wild. You will have a fun filled and adventurous memory for life.

We had been looking forward to doing this for many months! I'm happy to say that the great people at Mild to Wild allowed us to take the tour even though they really look to have at least four or more on these trips. We really appreciated their decision on this! Miles was our guide and I've got to say, we were so happy with his pleasant demeanor and wealth of knowledge about the area. Miles is a great guy and I consider us very lucky to have had him as our guide. We appreciated him taking a few photos of us as well. We lucked out with the weather because it was a clear day with crisp temps in the morning and warmer in the afternoon. The area had seen a lot of rainfall in the week before our arrival and so there were creeks and streams and waterfalls flowing all along our route to Kennebec Pass. This was the first off road experience for both my wife and I and we had a blast in the back of the jeep! A good portion of the dirt road is very rocky but it didn't bother us one bit. In fact, we were laughing a lot of the time. We loved the whole Durango area and this jeep trip was definitely one of the highlights of our visit. We even stayed in the back of the jeep for the trip back to the Mild to Wild headquarters once we left the dirt road. It was all just a great experience.

We paddled through sun, rain, and hail, all in one trip! Epic, I tell u!! Our guides, Marcus and Robby were the best! Super cool dudes who were super knowledgeable! They kept us safe and made the experience such a blast! Colorado had the lowest snowfall this past winter so the river was really low and rapids were on the slow side. Make sure to check river flow and CSF levels if u decide to book this adventure so that u're not surprised by the low flow. The river only clocked in at 620 cfs when we ran it, so we didn't have too many big rapids and drops, but it was a very technical run and such a blast to experience this ultimate and wild experience with my hubby!!
