There was no real emergency but Sean fit me in his schedule within a day. Sean was extremely professional, knowledgeable and communicative about any and all issues I was having as well as issues that I should look out for in the future. As a first time homeowner, what he gave me, just in conversation, was invaluable. He was immediately upfront with me about pricing and, for the amount of work and effort he put in, the cost was no doubt fair. Add to that the excellent job he did and I felt compelled to write this review. Very thankful that there is someone like this in Attleboro that I know I can trust to be fair and straight with me and come through 100% on what needs to be done.

He questioned me about my problem and I let him know what was going on. He asked me a couple simple questions and next thing I know he was on his way to my house because he said he had some time to do one more run before the sanitization place closed. Turns out my septic was so full that the tampons my stupid brother's girlfriend put down the toilet ended up backing up and clogging a drain. He then referred me to a draining company to have them come out the next morning and unclog the drain, he actually made the phone call himself sitting in my driveway and scheduled the appointment for me!
