My experience with this branch was a ripoff. After waiting a week for my appointment, I took my…read moremobility van in for repairs to the air bag lift system. After half an hour they told they couldn't repair the system they're licensed to fix. I can understand the difficulty in finding parts, but to charge $93 to tell me my system is unfixable was adding insult to injury. My Vantage system is great, but service for older models seems to have a shelf life of only 10 years. With a business dedicated to this mobility system I would have expected repairs were possible, even with an older model. I ended up taking my van to a custom shop who replaced the airbag system with leaf springs. They had some difficulty in sourcing parts too, but the difference is they put in the effort to look. I gladly spent $800 there, whereas I will always resent the $93 spent at Superior.
