He did text us to see how we were making out and we appreciated the check in! Another time I had to reschedule. Now they don't normally do this but he did make an exception and apologized for the delay in their reply bc of my request to reschedule. I respected their guidelines and understood it but for him to go above and beyond to let us reschedule, showed us the professionalism of making their customers happy and satisfied with accommodating any customers request if it can be done. The first day of the cruise, we were out to sea, and an alarm started going off on my scooter. I couldn't figure out what it was. I informed staff that I lost my glasses and tho, we searched they weren't to be found. I was told by kya that he/she found my glasses, and that ( I would be in trouble, if ever he caught up with me, lmao!) but I wouldn't be getting them back. It was this same day that my bipolar friend kicked me out, and management said it wasn't a good look for business so I should geaux clear it quickly.
