Upon walking into the store I noticed some nice changes but the more I observed the store it appeared to be so clean looking and well stocked , the more I continued looking around I continued to notice how super clean and well organized it appeared. I know the store managers name is Ron but this man with all his dedicated employees under his supervision / amanagement need high praise for there strong work efforts. I was refueling my car, and the woman refueling her car next to me did not turn her car off while…read moreshe was pumping gas. She put the hose in her fuel tank, then got back into the car and talked on her phone with the door open while the fuel was pumping. I finished pumping my gas and hit the button to speak with an employee. It clearly says - among the other safety warnings - that engines must be turned off when fueling. The employee came over and I explained this to him and he said they were not supposed to address it. I said that it was a safety issue and he just shrugged his shoulders and said "sorry. " I will not be going back there for gas.

This review is to recognize the Hearing Aid Department for going above and beyond in trying to…read moresalvage my mom's last hearing aid after she had inadvertently taken a shower without removing her hearing aid. Once my mom realized her mistake, we tried to dry her hearing aid at home and insert a new battery- to no avail. In desperation, I called and spoke with Keith in the hearing aid department and he encouraged me to bring in the hearing aid ASAP so they could attempt to dry out the water in their special hearing aid dryer. They made no promises but continued to attempt to dry the hearing aid over several cycles to try to regain functionality. Finally, they were able to breathe some new life into the hearing aid. Despite their efforts, the hearing aid is not the same but is somewhat functional. What counts here is the team effort! Emma worked as long as she could before handing the project onto John. Keith had already briefed the team to expect my arrival. I remember their names because they impressed me with their dedication and I wanted to recognize all of them. They didn't charge me anything and suggested I pay it forward with my own good deeds and of course recommended purchasing new hearing aids from Costco. This is a great group of compassionate people! The new owners have managed to screw this up in less than a year! After driving for 2 hours, we went to Countryside Finds today, it's new location of poorly marked and shoved into the back of the buildings !They've reduced the size down to less than a third of what it was! Selection was terrible not at all worth the trip or gas money! Clearly this is no longer a priority for them. I was so disappointed we didn't even go into the main showroom! To top it off CHILDREN and DOGS are no longer welcome! Small dogs that could ride in the top of the cart or a backpack were always welcome! We were asked to leave them in the car for safety! How about creating a safe environment! There's a thought! Come summer buyers traveling with grandchildren or pets don't bother stopping! The employees look very unhappy, not at all like it was. Good job guys, keep this up and you'll be a thing of the past by next Christmas ! You've just lost two long customers! Congratulations!

Upon browsing in the Optical Department for new glasses, my mom snd I appreciated the assistance of a staff member who gave us advice on what fit well on our noses and also on the face. We both ordered glasses and I ordered two pairs of different frames. When I arrived to pick up my glasses after receiving the convenient text message, it was clear that one pair was way off and needed to be sent back. Fortunately I had ordered another pair that will get me through until the next remade pair arrives. I'm not sure how to rate the service, as it seemed very personally focused and yet the final result was way off? I will say that the cost for the glasses was lower than other stores. In addition, Costco Vision was recommended by my mom's ophthalmologist. I will provide an update when I pick up the remade frames.
