Great Sam's Club! Friendly staff, clean store, love the clothing and prepared meals and has everything we need.

You get these notices about getting a $10 gift card for getting a flu shot. I'm already to drive 25 mi each way when something made me check the app to see if their appointments were filled up. NEITHER MARION NOR MANSFIELD has a pharmacy. Closest one is 60 miles away. In Columbus. Add to the frustration, I was looking for hydrocortisone cream which Sam's has at a good price. Trouble is while the Sam's app indicates it is carried, not a single store within 180 miles has it in stock. I got one of those $15 memberships mainly for gas savings because Costco is 40 miles away. But Sam's gas is slightly more than surrounding stations so no savings there. I have been to Sam's once and never at the gas station. And the one time I did go there, what I really wanted (sparkling water and yogurt) not only wasn't in stock but there wasn't even an empty space for it. It supposedly could have been picked up at the store. Yeah right. I am certainly glad I did not pay full price for a membership. The app needs to better reflect what is actually in the store. Like a pharmacy. And don't send me notices for things that I can only get by driving 60 miles with gas over $4.50 a gallon. read more

I was refueling my car, and the woman refueling her car next to me did not turn her car off while she was pumping gas. She put the hose in her fuel tank, then got back into the car and talked on her phone with the door open while the fuel was pumping. I finished pumping my gas and hit the button to speak with an employee. It clearly says - among the other safety warnings - that engines must be turned off when fueling. The employee came over and I explained this to him and he said they were not supposed to address it. I said that it was a safety issue and he just shrugged his shoulders and said "sorry. " I will not be going back there for gas. read more

This is your typical big box store with tons of bargains! I recommend downloading their app to catch their latest specials! They have a beautiful meat dept with lower than grocery store prices on meat , chicken, seafood! The produce dept has really fresh seasonal fruit at pretty good prices ! I love to do birthday and Christmas shopping here to save as much money as possible but still get the latest items everyone lives! Come join the club today and start saving money! read more

I visited my Sandusky Ohio Sams yesterday for a flu shot. I've shopped there for years and overall always been very pleased. Unfortunately I haven't been in the store since March due to COVID-19 . Upon walking into the store I noticed some nice changes but the more I observed the store it appeared to be so clean looking and well stocked , the more I continued looking around I continued to notice how super clean and well organized it appeared. I know the store managers name is Ron but this man with all his dedicated employees under his supervision / amanagement need high praise for there strong work efforts. I was so impressed with the look and cleanliness of this store. Good job to all of the hard working people at the Sandusky Sams Club I appreciate and recognize your hard work efforts. I was visiting Sandusky and I thought to take my family to Sam's club for there good food. I was walking down a aisle and I accidentally broke a bottle in the store. this woman named Desiree saw me she looked at me and laughed that was a serious matter to me because someone could of got hurt I thought Sam's club protect people and not laugh but I will not be visiting ever again my membership been canceled and won't be returning. Beware if you're leaving the store and are met by a lady named Kim who is checking your carts. She's very rude! My disabled uncle was attempting to hold his receipt for her to scan and she barked at him that he wasn't holding it properly and that it was causing her wrist to hurt! It's shameful how she treated him. He was quite embarrassed because she was so loud about it. It's very sad that a disabled person is treated with such disrespect in a business like that. Clean, but not fast and not friendly. Rachel at the service desk had zero words for me...at the end, I said thank you to get a "Yepp." No hello, hi, smile, or greeting. But they always have their limited selection in stock. My member ship is free, otherwise I wouldn't get the few things I get here. Even though it is in bulk, most things are cheaper at WalMart. But they do have lots of samples usually, and for every pair of sweat pants you see at WalMart, there is a nice or knock off purse. Their vendors/outside people (massage chairs, DirectTV, so on) are either in your face or ignore you completely. But not a terrible place, if you like to buy in bulk, pack all your own things, and don't mind the prices. read more
