Received seat cover as a gift (sent all specs, model number, etc to gift giver to ensure correct product) and the item sent was incorrect (correct item ordered, incorrect item sent). I ordered a one-piece seat cover and received a 2 piece seat cover and 1 arm rest dover. Odd, but ok. Submitted an exchange request and was asked to submit pictures of my seat. Sent the pictures and now it has been a month since any correspondence, no idea if I will be able to exchange my seat cover, and unable to get someone to answer either the phone or an email. THE OLD TRICK BAIT AND SWITCH. they show you a picture of the original seats and lead you to believe that's what you're buying. yes, they say seat covers but they don't show you the seat cover your buying, they show you the original seat. I even went a step further and talked to a lady named Karen I explained to her I was color blind and needed help with buying the right seat covers. I even sent her a picture if my seats so she could help me, never once did she or anybody tell me that what I was looking at on their web site was not what I was getting. so to make it worse they charge a restocking fee plus you have to pay for shipping. I feel they were misleading and that's why they have a restocking fee. I hope this saves someone the aggravation I went through, and I hope they go out of business because they are not honest with their products that by the way are cheap ugly covers. If I could leave zero stars I would! I had one of the worst customer service experiences with Durafit Seat Covers. Before ordering, I used their online chat to ask if the Kubota seat cover would fit my Bobcat skid steer. The chat clearly told me yes. Based on that, I placed the order. When the covers arrived, they didn't even come close to fitting. Naturally, I reached out to return them. Instead of getting any kind of help, I got an extremely rude and dismissive response from "Karen" in their sales department. She flat-out denied what the chat told me, acted like it was my fault, and couldn't have cared less about fixing the situation. She even hid behind the excuse that "the chat is just a bot" while still holding me responsible for what their own system told me. On top of that, they want you to pay shipping and a restocking fee to return something their own website/chat misled you into buying. The tone of every email from Karen was unprofessional, snarky, and unhelpful. There was zero effort to make things right, no accountability, and certainly no customer care. This company is quick to take your money, but don't expect support if something goes wrong. Their "customer service" is a joke, and their attitude is worse. I placed order number 129110 on 6/20/2025. I called in on 6/26/2025 and cancelled the order before it was supposed to be shipped out because the seat covers were not going to fit my vehicle. The second row seat covers would fit but the first row would not although the website said that they would fit. I requested a refund and I should get 100% of my refund because the order was not supposed to ship out. However, it seems that the customer service rep I spoke to did not do his job because it is saying that the order shipped. This is very poor customer service on your part. I want 100% of my refund. I don't want the seat covers that won't fit my vehicle. I should not be charged a restocking fee because the order was never supposed to be shipped because I called and cancelled it before that happened. I purchased seat covers from Durafit expecting a perfect fit for my vehicle. I spent two hours trying to get these "custom" seat covers to fit, unfortunately, they were a complete mismatch. After two frustrating phone calls, I was instructed to return them. To my shock, they deducted a hefty $40 restocking fee and then charged me an additional 43% tax on that fee! It's absolutely ridiculous to be penalized for a product that didn't fit as advertised. I sent them back in the same condition I received them in, brand new and yet they only gave me a partial refund of $89 out of the $146 I paid, plus having to pay for shipping both ways. Avoid Durafit at all costs! Their customer service is non-existent and their business practices are unethical. Now I see why you only have a 3.3 rating. read more

I ordered a set of seat covers from them. I took some time but they did finally arrive. The color was way off and the fit and finish was not to my liking so I decided to send it back. They looked nothing like the pictures for my 97 SN95Mustang they posted online. Well I called them to see what that involved. I was not told I would only receive $89.00 back on a $147.00 order. On top of that I spent another $32.00 to ship their product back, so I lost my ass on this transaction. The quality of the seat covers was excellent. The color, terrible and the fit and finish looked like a giant bag covering the seats. I got taken pretty good on this transaction. I would say to the next person..... make damn sure your covers they construct are the right color and are exactly how they comport them in pictures! Hours later, a Karen replied back that my requested item was not in stock and would I like a different color...Replied back..'No, and please delete any credit card info they're holding...shortly recieved another e-mail saying my order was cancelled and that my funds would be available at my bank in 6 or 8 days.....My COMPLAINT.. Why does Durafit charge my card before they even ship my order ??? Why did they not e-mail me sooner that my item was not in stock ?? I ordered the style that was SUPPOSED to fit my F-150, but ... the seat covers are VERY difficult to get over the seats so that the velcro matches up where the back rest and seat meet. The velcro straps that go under the seat are too short to adequately connect. I'll keep trying to get them to fit, as i paid too much money to just put them aside or throw away, but there is no give in the material to allow you to pull/stretch the covers. I won't purchase seat covers from Durafit for any of my other vehicles. read more

I have to believe that any positive reviews anywhere on any site are posted by a Family Member, Employee, or Friend of "Durafit". After my experience with them, I cant believe they have any good reviews. My situation goes like this. After looking at their website, I found it very difficult to navigate as I dont know what the material names are. I decided to call them. It turns out, you cant order by phone, which makes absolutely no sense. "Karen" seemed very nice at the time & told me she could guide me on what I needed to order. I told her, I wanted the seat covers to look exactly like the picture on their website, because it looked very similar to what my truck currently has. She said she knew exactly what it was & told me what to order. I dont like dealing with what I am dealing with now, nobody does, so, I asked her repeatedly, "are you sure thats what is on your website?" To the point of being obnoxious. She kept saying "yes that is what it is". So I ordered it. What I received looked nothing like picture. She repeatedly told me, "thats what you ordered, velour, twill". But she would never accept the fact that what I ordered was what she told me to order, & it looks nothing like what is on picture. She turned into this "Kelleyanne Conway" wannabe, where only her "Alternative Facts" matter. It was absolutely impossible to speak with her, as she just kept talking over me. So I had to continue conversation via email. I have noticed by reading other bad reviews, that their "Modis Operendi" is to try to make you upset, so they can counter that you were getting angry and they had to hang up. I know their game, which is a very common game in the scamming World. Thus I opted for email. Everything in writting!!! The whole thing is an obvious scam, & it goes like this. All they want to do is make the sale. It doesnt matter if its what customer ordered or not. In the end they get you with the fact that you have to pay for your own shipping back + the shipping they charged to send product to you + a restocking fee. Every vehicle I own has Durafit seat covers and I constantly tell people if they need seat covers that Durafit is the place to buy! I just installed a new set this morning in a 2021 F-250 and it took me about 15 minutes per seat. They fit like original equipment. read more
