Received seat cover as a gift (sent all specs, model number, etc to gift giver to ensure correct product) and the item sent was incorrect (correct item ordered, incorrect item sent). I ordered a one-piece seat cover and received a 2 piece seat cover and 1 arm rest dover. Odd, but ok. Submitted an exchange request and was asked to submit pictures of my seat. Sent the pictures and now it has been a month since any correspondence, no idea if I will be able to exchange my seat cover, and unable to get someone to answer either the phone or an email. So incredibly frustrated that my husband's Christmas gift is crap and unusable. read more

They sent the wrong seat covers. Communication was difficult via email. I called many times and no one ever picked up the phone. It took 5 months for a refund, minus the ridiculous restocking fee! It was their error and yet I'm out a couple hundred bucks. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would! I had one of the worst customer service experiences with Durafit Seat Covers. Before ordering, I used their online chat to ask if the Kubota seat cover would fit my Bobcat skid steer. The chat clearly told me yes. Based on that, I placed the order. When the covers arrived, they didn't even come close to fitting. Naturally, I reached out to return them. Instead of getting any kind of help, I got an extremely rude and dismissive response from "Karen" in their sales department. She flat-out denied what the chat told me, acted like it was my fault, and couldn't have cared less about fixing the situation. She even hid behind the excuse that "the chat is just a bot" while still holding me responsible for what their own system told me. On top of that, they want you to pay shipping and a restocking fee to return something their own website/chat misled you into buying. The tone of every email from Karen was unprofessional, snarky, and unhelpful. There was zero effort to make things right, no accountability, and certainly no customer care. This company is quick to take your money, but don't expect support if something goes wrong. Their "customer service" is a joke, and their attitude is worse. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Durafit Seat Covers at all costs. read more

THE OLD TRICK BAIT AND SWITCH. they show you a picture of the original seats and lead you to believe that's what you're buying. yes, they say seat covers but they don't show you the seat cover your buying, they show you the original seat. I even went a step further and talked to a lady named Karen I explained to her I was color blind and needed help with buying the right seat covers. I even sent her a picture if my seats so she could help me, never once did she or anybody tell me that what I was looking at on their web site was not what I was getting. so to make it worse they charge a restocking fee plus you have to pay for shipping. I feel they were misleading and that's why they have a restocking fee. I hope this saves someone the aggravation I went through, and I hope they go out of business because they are not honest with their products that by the way are cheap ugly covers. Walmart has better quality covers for a lot less$$$ see emails below Keren, looking at your web site yes it clearly states they are covers, however all the Picts you show are oem seats. that lead me to believe you had oem covers. nowhere does it show the covers you actually sell unless you want camo. the seat covers I bought are unacceptable and I would like to return them. please give me the info for returning them. thank you, James Adams, On Friday, February 27, 2026 at 08:29:56 AM EST, Karen sales@durafitseatcovers.com wrote: Pictures are the original seats we are making seat covers for as explained at the top of first page of our web site. Purchased 3 bench rows for 73-91 Chevrolet suburban. Two solid, one 60/40 split. All basic. The fit is fantastic. Above and beyond with the rubber seat fold down cut outs. The material feels HD and top notch. The installation was straight forward. I like that each row was individually packaged, proudly displaying the name of the person who constructed that particular seat cover. I think its a good value. read more

Ordered some expensive seat covers. The covers I received were the wrong material as well as the wrong year vehicle and wrong seat style. I sent them back at my cost apparently in perfect unused condition and they will not refund or exchange at all. Do not use durafit ! Terrible customer service. They said send the covers back for inspection so I did and I'm met with a different story and different person from customer service. Unacceptable way to treat customers. read more

Excellent product, I made a mistake on the one I needed for my tractor. I returned it and they sent me the correct one back immediately and they paid for the postage. Very good quality and very nice people there. read more

I ordered seat covers for my tractor and they sent the wrong ones. When I left them a message their recording said they would call back within 48 hours; of course they did not. I then requested a return label and they sent an email stating that they do not provide return labels. So what do they do? Wrong item, no response from customer service about the return, no return label - no business from me in the future and I recommend the same to others. Zero stars. read more

Just installed Letherette bench cover for 1996 Ford Ranger. A+ quality and fit. Heavy duty and looks great.

Do not buy from Durafit! I spent $411, they sent wrong product. I paid return shipping. Sent back unused unopened product. They only refunded $239. What a scam. Restocking fee is only $40. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. read more

I had a set of Durafit seat covers for 7 years and its just now time to replace them. Thats saying something big for the quality seeing as I'm in the pipeline industry and in and out of the truck all day long. I will recommend them to everyone. read more

Terrible service. I ordered a set of blue seat covers because that's the color of my interior. They showed up wrong. Spoke to customer service and they said I didn't order blue (not sure why I would want a different color to not match rest of my seats) they said send them back and will swap out. Didn't hear from them for 3 weeks and wrote them again and now they want $40 for stocking fee after I already spent good money to ship the product back. Terrible service will never do business with them again. read more

Horrible company. Seat cover is not at all what was described. Customer service was completely unhelpful. If you have a problem , expect them to just stonewall. Better yet, avoid this company at all costs. read more

They had a picture of my car's interior so I ordered. I ended up with covers for another model and when I contacted them they told me I would need to purchase a kit from the dealership as the image I was referring to showed factory seats, and they don't make seats, just seat covers,,,, wtf? Totally jacked up customer service, like they don't want to be bothered. Sorry but they are not worth the price and are quite out of touch with the various makes and models of the cars they say they make covers for. They want a $40 restocking fee for returned items as well, lol! I will keep them because the bottoms kind of fit and I really needed seat covers. Going to try Covercraft, they cost a bit more, but they actually ask you to call and verify prior to purchase for hassle free service. read more

I really hope you never have any issues with a product and have to deal with Karen (yes her actual name). Absolute worst customer service I've received for anything in along time. These guys sent me a partially fitting made to order seat cover So I waited a good amount of time received the item and the headrest did not fit. I reached out and they wanted me to send it back on my dime to confirm what I was saying I provided all the pictures with measurements and after almost 2 weeks of going back-and-forth.. my measurements and pictures were finally sufficient for them to determine that they sent me the wrong size headrest . After all that they originally offered me 7% for a refund. Laughable read more

I placed order number 129110 on 6/20/2025. I called in on 6/26/2025 and cancelled the order before it was supposed to be shipped out because the seat covers were not going to fit my vehicle. The second row seat covers would fit but the first row would not although the website said that they would fit. I requested a refund and I should get 100% of my refund because the order was not supposed to ship out. However, it seems that the customer service rep I spoke to did not do his job because it is saying that the order shipped. This is very poor customer service on your part. I want 100% of my refund. I don't want the seat covers that won't fit my vehicle. I should not be charged a restocking fee because the order was never supposed to be shipped because I called and cancelled it before that happened. Your phone numbers need updating because I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone on the phone in the past two days. I will not be doing business with Durafit again. read more

Charged me a restocking fee for a cover I never received. Customer service was totally unhelpful and indifferent.

I purchased seat covers from Durafit expecting a perfect fit for my vehicle. I spent two hours trying to get these "custom" seat covers to fit, unfortunately, they were a complete mismatch. After two frustrating phone calls, I was instructed to return them. To my shock, they deducted a hefty $40 restocking fee and then charged me an additional 43% tax on that fee! It's absolutely ridiculous to be penalized for a product that didn't fit as advertised. I sent them back in the same condition I received them in, brand new and yet they only gave me a partial refund of $89 out of the $146 I paid, plus having to pay for shipping both ways. Avoid Durafit at all costs! Their customer service is non-existent and their business practices are unethical. Now I see why you only have a 3.3 rating. read more

I ordered a set of seat covers from them. I took some time but they did finally arrive. The color was way off and the fit and finish was not to my liking so I decided to send it back. They looked nothing like the pictures for my 97 SN95Mustang they posted online. Well I called them to see what that involved. I was not told I would only receive $89.00 back on a $147.00 order. On top of that I spent another $32.00 to ship their product back, so I lost my ass on this transaction. The quality of the seat covers was excellent. The color, terrible and the fit and finish looked like a giant bag covering the seats. I got taken pretty good on this transaction. I would say to the next person..... make damn sure your covers they construct are the right color and are exactly how they comport them in pictures! They got me good for a product that could have been excellent, but fell short on color match and fit and finish. Lesson learned. read more

Recently ordered a set of orange camo seat covers and paid shipping, from Durafit on a Thursday morning and recieved an order confirmation from them....Expected a UPS tracking # within a few days...Eight days later on a friday morning after not recieving any info from UPS or Durafit about my order I e-mailed their sales department asking ' where is my stuff '..???? Hours later, a Karen replied back that my requested item was not in stock and would I like a different color...Replied back..'No, and please delete any credit card info they're holding...shortly recieved another e-mail saying my order was cancelled and that my funds would be available at my bank in 6 or 8 days.....My COMPLAINT.. Why does Durafit charge my card before they even ship my order ??? Why did they not e-mail me sooner that my item was not in stock ?? Why didn't they give me an estimated time of when item would be back in stock ??? It's very apparent that communication with the customer is not a priority with Durafit, and their Customer Service and sales dept. is very lacking in good business etiquette....... read more

I ordered the style that was SUPPOSED to fit my F-150, but ... the seat covers are VERY difficult to get over the seats so that the velcro matches up where the back rest and seat meet. The velcro straps that go under the seat are too short to adequately connect. I'll keep trying to get them to fit, as i paid too much money to just put them aside or throw away, but there is no give in the material to allow you to pull/stretch the covers. I won't purchase seat covers from Durafit for any of my other vehicles. read more

If I could give this place a zero star I would. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT ORDER from this place. As mentioned by one other person this is like a scam. I would rather pay $300-$500 at a different company and actually get good quality seats than this horrible place. I ordered seat covers for my toyota celica Gt. I figured I ordered the wrong seats because they also had the GT-S seats covers and I selected that one. I kid you not, I emailed them 1-2 days later asking if they can make a change because I had ordered the wrong one. I figured both car seat covers would be the same because both cars are litterally the exact same interior and I even searched it up online. I understand that I am in the wrong for ordering wrong seat covers but I was willing to pay the $40 fee for that. I emailed them if they can find out and do some research for me if both seat covers are the same and if they are than Im willing to just keep them because there is not point. Now don't get me wrong but how are you AS A CAR SEAT COMPANY BRAND not even able to provide me with that information?!? Nor can they tell me if the rear seat covers are the same. And on their page all they have is the GT-S rear covers and not the GT which doesn't make any sense because how are you going to make one part for both cars and not the other lmfao. Plus to add on more fuel they BARELY give you any pictures of the car seats that you want to order. There is barely 1 picture of the car seats that I ordered and want to order. I can see why no one has even bothered placing an order with them or even a review on their page at all. May amazon please throw my specfic type of seat covers in for me because god forbid this business. I know I sound rude as hell but you know damn right I SHOULD BE if they want to charge me $40 to change something and $40 to cancel AND ALSO keep in mind that each cover you order is a $40 charge in this case I have to pay $80 to cancel front and rear. They can stop at any given time. And this product takes literal 2-3 weeks. And I emailed them literally in the next day. Now in this current situation I have asked to cancel my front seats and rear seats and they want to charge me $80?? LOL. Thats the biggest scam if I have ever seen one, I hope this company sinks into the bottom like the titanic. Dont bother placing an order because as soon as you your mind they will INSTANTLY take your money and say, "Oh its already being made, cut, and sewn. Stop the cap bro. We know you aint started on that yet. And you can again stop at any given time. read more

To anyone looking to buy from Durafit. Dont make the same mistake I did. Read the reviews!! I have to believe that any positive reviews anywhere on any site are posted by a Family Member, Employee, or Friend of "Durafit". After my experience with them, I cant believe they have any good reviews. My situation goes like this. After looking at their website, I found it very difficult to navigate as I dont know what the material names are. I decided to call them. It turns out, you cant order by phone, which makes absolutely no sense. "Karen" seemed very nice at the time & told me she could guide me on what I needed to order. I told her, I wanted the seat covers to look exactly like the picture on their website, because it looked very similar to what my truck currently has. She said she knew exactly what it was & told me what to order. I dont like dealing with what I am dealing with now, nobody does, so, I asked her repeatedly, "are you sure thats what is on your website?" To the point of being obnoxious. She kept saying "yes that is what it is". So I ordered it. What I received looked nothing like picture. She repeatedly told me, "thats what you ordered, velour, twill". But she would never accept the fact that what I ordered was what she told me to order, & it looks nothing like what is on picture. She turned into this "Kelleyanne Conway" wannabe, where only her "Alternative Facts" matter. It was absolutely impossible to speak with her, as she just kept talking over me. So I had to continue conversation via email. I have noticed by reading other bad reviews, that their "Modis Operendi" is to try to make you upset, so they can counter that you were getting angry and they had to hang up. I know their game, which is a very common game in the scamming World. Thus I opted for email. Everything in writting!!! The whole thing is an obvious scam, & it goes like this. All they want to do is make the sale. It doesnt matter if its what customer ordered or not. In the end they get you with the fact that you have to pay for your own shipping back + the shipping they charged to send product to you + a restocking fee. Most people will just keep the junk product instead of dealing with all that extra money. Thats what they are counting on!!!! As a sidenote, I paid 19.95 to ship back & they charged me 50 to ship to me. Scams from the get go. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from "Durafit". You "WILL" end up regretting it. read more
