The Manager used my emergency contact phone number to tell them I was late and how much and what my storage unit was which is illegal all by itself but the best part is she entered the phone number wrong in texting so they were texting a random person with all my personal info. First, we drove up with a u-haul truck that needed to be unloaded and returned within the hour and we were able to get a unit, billing set up, all our questions answered, and our unit loaded well within that time. The staff was friendly and helpful. Second, there is an on-site manager. The entry is coded and each unit has its own lock. They are well built to withstand the elements and very reasonably priced.

I was not contacted by them once. When I called, no one called back. I finally got the owner to call me back when I was in Logan again for my wedding in August- the owner said flatly that he had sold the unit in December, and when I lost composure at the shock that all my things had been sold, he started yelling at me on the phone, calling me an idiot for expecting my things to be there and claiming I had been six months late on the rent by the time he sold the unit, and that I had not updated my address with them. I never received the letter notifying me of intent to sell the unit. Regardless of whether his claims are correct (which they are not, and I'm investigating the chances of successful litigation against him), no business owner has the right to treat his clientele in that manner; he was rude, irate, and confrontational. I even sent another check this spring and received no reply. I would strongly recommend renting from a different storage company.

It was very cold. She seems to believe she is the only one allowed to be human. She is horrible at bookkeeping and communicating. She will ignore you. The people that live in the house on the same property are tweekers and hoarders. They park blocking units. They do whatever they want. She doesn't have a clue what goes on over there.
