My local northeast jeweler estimated the new item to be worth $3000 less than the item I had returned. Confirming my suspicion that I was ripped off, I called Kenny and requested the original item be retuned. I was told the item was sold. My neighbor went to the shop a few days later and the item was still there showcased for sale. Kenny and his ex wife are not to be trusted.
