My husband ordered a multigrain egg ,bacon,cheese bagel with the manager who took his order. She then proceeded to whisper in the Cook's ear something, then the manager came back and stated oh we don't have multigrain so my husband asked well what do you have? She she told him the choices and he settled with just a plain bagel. He then asked for an iced caramel coffee. He took a sip and said oh it's missing something could maybe add some whipped cream, and she stated oh now you want whipped cream. She became argumentative, unprofessional, rude coming from a manager. To top it off, the bagel was very tough and stale Dunkin' Donuts You need to do better with your customer service and do training with your managers on customer service. My sons 2nd birthday was today and he has an egg allergy. I was having trouble figuring out what to do about his cake since most contain eggs and vegan cakes are hard to find. We decided to try an ice cream cake but most places still use cake with their ice cream cakes. I called Baskin Robbins and Amaya helped me out. She got in touch with Amber and confirmed that she could get an all ice cream cake created just the way I wanted. Amber did a great job with it and everyone including the birthday boy enjoyed it. Since my stops here have been a few now, it's about time I do a review. Sour cream donuts - Come to momma good. Not great but they are pretty darn good. Iced tea - Uh, ordered this and looked at it and said what is this???coffee????? It was the foggiest, murkeyist, weirdest looking stuff. I added a load of splenda to it and prayed it would not make me sick. It was Ok, but weird. I never ordered that again. Iced coffee - Very good and very smooth. Not at all bitter. Each time I order the iced coffee here it is perfect and perfectly made. Bravo to the DD coffee barista. Sausage,Egg and cheese on croissant - white cheddar cheese makes this sandwich really tastier than the orange cheesy stuff. Also, make sure they toast your croissant if you like the crispness factor. Cleanliness - Each time we have visited this DD, the tables have all been clean and the outside seating area is also clean. The garbage and napkin/straw area is very well kept. It appears that the crew here is right on top of all of the daily chores of keeping the store neat and tidy. I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. This is the absolute worst Dunkin' Donuts in all of Florida. I have gone here a couple of times and each time they have completely messed up my entire order. The employees are extremely rude and they don't care if they gave you the wrong order. They do not try and correct or fix it at all. I went through the drive thru today and constantly heard people talking on the intercom, when I told them to please repeat themselves because I couldn't make out what they were saying, they rudely told me they weren't even talking to me. Usually when you are at a drive through you talk to the person who is in the car trying to order not to your coworkers. This went on for quite a while. Finally, I said excuse me, can I order? which they rudely said to go ahead. When I got up to the window to pay, they didn't even have my order. They asked if I was a mobile order which I said no I just went through the drive-through. Then they asked me if another order was my order which I told them it wasn't and I had to repeat my entire order again to the lady. She gave me my drink, which was not even the correct drink and a completely different doughnut than I had ordered and seemed to act like it was my problem not hers. The last time I went to the same Dunkin' Donuts I ordered a pink frosted doughnut and brought it home, when I took it out of the bag, it looked like someone had licked off most of the frosting. There was barely any frosting on it and lots of bare spots all along the top of the donut. I don't know what the problem is with this location if it's a management issue or needing to get new employees, I'm not sure, but it is ran absolutely horrible. We currently have two new locally owned doughnut places that have opened up in Yulee, I am surprised that this place has not been shut down. The customer service and the quality of the other doughnut places surpass this place by far. I tried to like Dunkin' Donuts (I mean who doesn't like a donut, right?). I went to Dunkin' Donuts in Yulee, FL again to give them another try (3rd retry in several months) and again, they didn't disappoint me by disappointing once me again! I pulled up and when the person got on the speaker it sounded like Nancy Pelosi with a mouth of popcorn trying to speak. I politely asked to repeat it and it was coherent but not clear. I asked for a large latte coffee, hot and a breakfast sandwich (CHK 9792 on 6/4/2023 0627am). Got to the window it was $11.43 (first wow!). While waiting for my sandwich, I sipped the coffee and it was TERRIBLE, so I asked the two employees at the window - is this suppose to sweet like all other syrup lattes (hazelnut)? One replied no, its diet syrup. I said, I didn't ask for diet, she replied (while the other was staring into the abyss), just add sugar. Between Starbucks not opening when they should, both with terrible service and products I decided to go on line to Amazon and purchase a $900 Phillips Espresso machine that is a super-automatic coffee maker that is equal or superior to these two companies products and I can save myself a car trip for disappointment, get a quality product and save a lot of money (I mean a lot of money $$). I believe corporate America is saying, I don't need to try or make a effort to keep you coming since there are limited options to you, BUT - I am saying back, keep your products and that you need me more, than I need you. Eh....it's Dunkin Donuts with a Baskin Robbins inside, one of those combination shops. Open less than 6 months ago, in the Publix shopping center, it's clean and brightly lit (as it should be for being so new). If you see the Panera's, it's right next door....complete with a drive through. This first visit, the 3 person staff seemed a little unsure and were a little slow even though we were it! I would really give it a 2.5, but it isn't worthy of a 3. 9/10 times they get my coffee right and it's a delicious one. However, they are painfully slow and do not always get food orders right. If there's cars in the line, it's best to walk in or go somewhere else unless you have 30 minutes to spare. I've had a good/bad relationship with this dunkin donuts. My husband & I love thier happy hour special which is $1.49 for a large hot or iced coffee from 2-6pm which is a good deal. But its obvious that they cant keep their staff for to long. Its usually always a new person working their & half the time they dont know what they are doing. Now their has been a couple guys who have been their the longest & they usually always get my order right. We had to repeat our order literally 5x yesterday, 3x at the speaker and 2x at the window and it was still wrong (just one coffee, two donuts and a sandwich). Today I ordered a caramel swirl iced latte, they gave me sugar free vanilla iced coffee with cream, went back to have them make the correct drink I paid for, and they literally argued with me about what was given, and then made the same thing again. I understand things get messed up every now and then, but come on. It gets really frustrating when I end up having to go sit in line at Starbucks to get the latte I already sat in line and paid for at Dunkin. It's unacceptable. I shouldn't have to go somewhere else. I worked at a Dunkin' Donuts for 3 1/2 years as my first job and it's not difficult to pay attention, take pride in your work, and make the correct beverage that's on the receipt. I never write bad reviews, but maybe this will help them re-evaluate and make some changes around there as most of the employees seem clueless most of the time. America can't run on Dunkin if their employees don't deliver simple orders correctly, and by seeing other reviews, I'm not the only one who is consistently having this experience. read more
