Its always 50/50 coming to this Woodstock Dunkin. Sometimes the workers are on top of it making sure you get your food/drinks quickly. Or (most of the time) its the complete opposite and you end up waiting 20+ minutes for just one drink. Depends on whose working I guess. read more

This place is very hit or miss and I haven't cracked the code yet. Today's order was something else though. I ordered a Carmel Craze Latte - it tasted super sweet, but I was thinking it was just the whipped cream - when it didn't get more "coffee" dominant, I took a look and it was just creamer or frothed milk; I don't think there was even a spritz of coffee in this cup. I prefer Dunkin to Starbucks; but for the extra money, I at least get consistency in my orders. Idk, it's unfortunate. read more

Dunkin' - My Carmel Craze Latte -- when it didn't get more "coffee" dominant, I took a look and it was just creamer or frothed milk - Donuts Near Me - Woodstock, Illinois

I normally do not review a chain establishment, but I will no longer patronize the Dunkin Donuts located in Woodstock!!! While in the drive thru one morning on the way to work, I ordered a large ice tea without ice. That's it! I pull up to the window and as I hold my phone to the window so the employee can scan my pay app, she tells me the total is $5.07 !!!!!!! Isn't that a little high for just one large ice tea I ask. She tells me the MANAGER charges MORE, like a dollar more for NO ICE!!!! What the .....????? Are you serious!?!? Another kid in the background throws up his hands and shakes his head like he agrees with me and says, "that is all the manager!!!" But yet if I got one with ice, they would pack it to the top and I would be lucky to get less than a half glass of actual tea! Beyond insane, I have a call into the corporate office about this despicable act of robbery!!!! read more

I've seen how coworkers come in for their shift, they start touching donuts without washing their hands or gloves!! Management sucks! Every-time someone comes in with a wrong order, she belittles you and makes excuses on why she can't fix your order. She even says "you're the one that ordered it wrong". I paid attention to who takes the drive thru orders in the AM since they sound extremely rude, it's the manager Marta. She always gets frustrated even rolls eyes. I saw a worker putting milk in my coffee, got to notice the milk was expired!!!! Stay away!! You're better off going to Starbucks in town or just skipping breakfast. read more

Horrible. I placed an order online so my husband could bring food to his sister and family as her husband died suddenly the evening prior. Not only were most of the items MISSING from the order, but the phone number to the store connected to a full mailbox!!! Had to call the corporate office who painstakingly nickel and dimed me to refund what wasn't received. Enormously displeased!! read more

This Dunkin is hit or miss! When its good, its great, friendly, fast service. When its bad they screw up your order, with no apology. Sometimes masks are not worn correctly. Photo is my toasted bagel they made me. Really??? Come on. read more

Screwed up my order, when you put French Vanilla Shot that is sugar-free! To assume I want a sugary-shot is not how to get on my good side. I came back, they apologized and fixed it, but to make me come back got them 2 stars. read more

What part of plain non toasted sesame bagel means toasted with disgusting cream cheese. Come on now!

I've been to this Dunkin' before and the drive thru took so long that people would leave the line. Today was kind of a let down. I ordered a iced coffee and it literally tasted like watered down coffee. I took one sip and didn't even drink it after that. Sadly I used my free drink for this read more

This is an interesting coffee and while I wouldn't say it's the best I've ever had, I've certainly had far worse. I would categorize DD coffee as a medium blend with several complex flavors to it, not easily identified. I would almost say it has cloves in it, but it could be something else that resembles cloves. There's a hint of chocolate in it, too. (And it was better than the DD coffee I had last week.) I can see how people have come to regard this as their favorite coffee. read more

Dunkin' - Note the drive-thru - Donuts Near Me - Woodstock, Illinois

I love coming to Dunkin' because usually the price is low and the options for my dietary restrictions (allergies, boo) are really wonderfully. I've been to this location multiple times and each time something has been wrong with my order. I'm not one to snap, or leave reviews but after the multiple orders gone wrong needless to say I'm pretty bummed. One time, it didn't even have oat milk in it and another the gentleman who made it for me asked me to try it to make sure it was ok. I panicked and said yes (it wasn't). I understand a lot is going on, but I have tried a number of ways (drive through, walk in, or even phone app) to get my order in so it's clear what I would like in my drink. Still, it has been incorrect. I wouldn't be making such a big deal if I didn't have food allergies. Needless to say, I am pretty bummed.. Sincerely Bummed and bloated read more

i can give u just the half of the star! no good !! NO RECOMMEND!! DONT GO! the service is not good enough !! the manager sucks

I have tried this place numerous times and they always disappoint. First, there has been two instances where they were out of an item but told me AFTER charging my card and asking what I would like instead. They have messed up my order roughly 1/3 of the time. They have a promotion that says any breakfast sandwich and medium iced coffee for 5$ but they always charge 6$+ then make it a complete hassle at the window when I explain. Only dunkin on my commute unfortunately, consistently bad service. read more

I have been back through the drivethru twice since my last scathing review, and everything has been great! My coffee was excellent, the mixture of cream and sugar was perfect. I had the egg sandwich with maple bacon on a croissant, and I had to have it again the very next day! The hash browns are on their own level! Great food with fast and friendly service is a 5 star! read more

This is our second-most visited DD store. Not as great for service as it's always slow go here. But same great donut options and delicious coffee. This is right in the heart of Woodstock on route 47. Easy to stop in and get something on your way to the Woodstock Square or out to the country. read more

Ordered a milkshake, paid almost $6 for a cup of milk with chocolate chips in it. Absolutely disgusting

How hard is it to make a cinnamon raisin bagel, not toasted, with plain cream cheese and a regular French vanilla latte? Well, let me tell ya. When they spoke, I didn't understand them and asked them to repeat it. Not only did they repeat it, but they spoke faster and louder - so fast I couldn't understand them and so loud, too. Cripes, I didn't understand their heavily accented attempt at English and I'm not deaf. They became more agitated when I said I didn't understand them and they amped up the volume again. Well, finally they went to work on my order. I saw them toasting my bagel and spoke to one of the female workers and she yelled at the guy running the toaster and all the help laughed. Someone (Manager, maybe?) came over and asked why I changed my order. Calmly I told him I didn't change the order, that I ordered the bagel not toasted to start with. Ugh! Long story short - finally got my bagel and coffee (no French vanilla, just regular cream). What an ordeal!! I've been to other Dunkin Donuts locations in McHenry and Lake Zurich. Seems to be an inherent issue with those locations, too. It's more aggravation than it's worth. read more

Service was so fast for me this morning that I nearly drove away without my credit card!!! I had handed my card to the guy at the window when I pulled up and he handed me my drink immediately after. I usually have to wait a little bit after paying so I forgot to get my card before driving away this time. I just want to give a huge shoutout to the guy who rushed out the door to give me my card back before I completely drove off! You are awesome!!!! Oh, and the latte was good too. :) read more

I would recommend only using this DD if you order ahead on the app. Took over 13 mins to order via drive thru with 5 cars ahead of me. The afternoon people who work are a bunch of HS kids there to socialize and know nothing about customer service. You dont take an order have them pay and then take the next car. Either staff more people or train the ones you have to work a little faster. read more

Dunkin' - a dog sitting in the passenger seat of a car - Donuts Near Me - Woodstock, Illinois

Only one star because I can't choose ZERO! Worst experience EVER! Drive thru was 13 minutes for two cars ahead of me. Ordered two large iced with cream and 2 Splenda each, found after driving a couple miles that they were both sugar! Went back walked in, waited in line, handed the drinks to the girl told her the problem and she hands me two MEDIUMS WITH NO SPLENDA! SO fed up I just left. Didn't help that they had two friends standing at the counter jabbering. read more

Out of all the Dunkin Donuts in the area, this one by far is my favorite. The staff is always friendly and they never mess up my order.

Coffee always takes terrible, food is soggy at best and the people have no idea what they're doing. Better off going to huntley.

Worst service ever. They made the order wrong. They took a long time to remake. No apology for messing up or taking a long time was given. They weren't wearing masks correctly. read more

The customer service here is terrible. We saw a cashier walk past us at least 6 times and she clearly saw us and didn't take our order. We had to wait 2 minutes to get our order taken and while we were taking it some other worker said " mad or what" to us. Unbelievable. read more

Here's the second day in a row that this location has been a huge disappointment. For whatever reason when you order a bagel, you have to pay for cream cheese desperate. Well today, I got a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. THERE WAS LIKE NO CREAM CHEESE ON MY BAGEL! First off, I pay EXTRA for cream cheese and you don't even put the PREPACKAGED, PRE PROPORTIONED, SIMPLE Spread onto my bagel? What a joke. Seriously upset, yet again. read more

I have to say every time I visit this place all the employees seem to hate life. Customer service is really bad here. I only visited Dunkin donuts today since my wife had a gift card. I will never visit this place again. Ordered two bagels and they were very stale. Iced coffee is crap, u have to order it black with cream and sugar on the side. If not u will get a coffee that is all cream. read more

i pre ordered through the mobile ap. line was long and it was busy. which is expected. however the way i was treated at the window by the employee was absolutely disgusting. beyond rude, wouldn't even take a second for me to explain it was wrong and shoved the wrong food in my face and pretty much shoved me off. completely unnecessary. i understand you're busy and understaffed but if i'm not rude to you then there is absolutely no reason for someone to talk to me the way this woman did. read more
