If you are going to get Dunkin, I highly suggest picking it up and not using Doordash or Uber Eats. The employees do not ensure they've completed the order correctly, on 3 separate occasions this week alone, they have forgotten drinks, Donuts and always the straws as well. Doordash and Uber Eats don't make the drives get your missing items, so you have to reorder if you want it. That wouldn't happen of the employees ensured they completed the order to begin with. read more

Usually there is consistency with fast food experiences. One off poor experiences can happen but this is by far the consistently worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. No matter the time of day, time of week, this Dunkin is a sure bet for a drive through line that doesn't move and a guarantee to be out of everything. We went in this morning at 11am (walked into store). The store was filthy and the staff seemed like it was their first day on the job. Before ordering, I was told "we literally have nothing in stock". This wasn't a one off - just an example of what we experience all of the time. workers there are great. District Manager and Owner eh. Only allow a skeleton crew with backed up lines (no fault of the employees). At times store is closed early. Doesn't appear to treat their employees well. Latest issue, the AC has been out for some time. Currently we have a heat wave. Whole store is a sauna. Customers sit inside store. It's so hot. Imagine working with hot ovens. Past experience, district manager couldn't be bothered with issues and refused to give contact info for owner. The newly renovated Dunkin is nice, it's great to be able to go inside again! They've seemed to work out a few kinks in the drive through. Denise is definitely one of the best employees they have. She is always friendly & does her job well (drive through cashier). She's always looking out for the customer & remembers you. The food is consistent, and I find their coffee is great! read more

You never know the quality of food you'll get, and the order is messed up 9 times out of 10. Some days you can get some perfect, evenly crisped hash browns, and others they're burnt. And to top it all off, they miss something from the order almost every time you go there. The food and drinks were overall very good. However, the service is hit or miss, some of the ladies are very nice and others are extremely rude. I've placed multiple mobile orders here, and I've had several instances where they run out of an item and just don't tell me, leaving the food item out of the bag completely and not mentioning it at all. There's nothing worse than when your crew is overwhelmed and busy, and you have a manager, yes, manager, come up and start complaining about the staff to you, the customer- during your ordering. So rude and unprofessional. The manager was going on so bad I had to cut her off and told her I didn't care and that was her business and not mine. From what I gathered, apparently there are some DD staff from the location by the community college filling in down here. We were greeted quickly and cheerfully by a girl named, Nicki who is usually at the other location. She bounced back and forth from our order to helping the original staff with the drive-up window. The manager was losing her cool because some fill-in employees from other location were obviously trained differently than this location. After I went to my table w my groups drinks, my mother was paying, and the manager started up again. And my mom said, it looks like there's a difference in methodology between locations. And again, it's not a customers business. Then another employee came running up, cancelled our order out so she could handle the cash that was in her hand. Not sure about that situation, but we had to restart the order, which wasn't really an issue for us. But still unorganized. Our drinks and everything came out quick, probably because of the hardworking staff that was filling in. The one the manager was yelling at, and talking sh*t about to customers. Way to keep morale up! This was at 10 am on Friday, June 8, 2016. I hope the franchise owner reads this and has a training session with the manager. VERY impressed with this location. I have never had a problem with the food or coffee. Sometimes the drive-thru gets a bit backed-up, but they move along quicker than other locations. They get 5 stars from me because one summer when I was there, the drive-thru line was very long, so they sent out workers with sample trays of different Coolatta flavors for the cars waiting! Amazing, friendly, efficient. I have never seen another Dunkin do this, and they will certainly be getting my service again. read more

They prepare your food without gloves on. I went there tonight and when I asked them to put gloves on they simply shrugged it off and didnt put them on anyway! Alright buckle your seatbelts, crack open a cold one and listen to this! I, a very busy and always on the move kind of guy stopped at this establishment for a coffee some bagel minis and hash browns. I recieved my order and quickly ripped into my bag to take out my food to soak up some of the alcohol from the night before of yeetin jeeps and clapping cheeks, it was good BUT LEMME TELL YA WHAT! I was shorted an order of hash browns and it wasn't that big of a deal but then I took a sip of my coffee, 3 sips in and EMPTY! That son of a female dog was nothin but ice and a little bit of coffee, PATHITIC! How am I suppose to recover and be able to party tonight when I got 3 sips of coffee in me. -5/10 stars, now I gotta go to Starbucks to get me a real coffee to be able to have the energy that Steve Austin has after he just snorted a line of cocaine and is balls deep in a squealing hog to be able to continue my parting tonight! read more

Folks who work here are generally friendly and have smiles even in the frenzy. But... I always get excited to reach into the bag of food and see what they actually made. It's about a 40% chance it's completely wrong and 20% chance one part of the order is missing leaving 40% chance being correct. I went through this Duncan today with my daughter. We were in a rush and I ordered a large iced coffee and I got her a bagel with cream cheese. When I pulled up to the window, I was short on change. For this, I received a nasty look from the man working the window. He was young, probably in his teens, with no hair. I apologized and gave him the correct amount. when I got my order, I noticed a large spit in my coffee and my daughters bagel was cold with butter on the side. I will not be going to this Duncan ever again, and just so no one has this experience, I will be telling my friends and family not to come here either. read more

I loved the people st this location and they have traditionally been helpful. Today they were not serving prepared food. They offered me bagels and I said no. The person on the drive through said "whatever". I went to the window and called her on the behavior and just said yes I did. I was Dad to be treated this way and will not go back in the near future. read more
