I hate it here. At 8:30pm I placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up ASAP. Dunkin app and on apple maps it says this location is opened until 9pm. I go to pick up my order and the place is dark and empty. So did someone decide to close early or are their hours not updated? Either way I go to place a complaint and the virtual assistant offers me 250 reward points. I am out about $10. 250 points $10. I opt to file a case instead and have a rep get back to me. When I was a kid, this was a donut shop that served coffee. Now it's a coffee shop/ice cream parlor that's named after a place that used to make donuts. Inoffensive if unspectacular coffee, but really awful-to-tasteless doughnuts. Asking around, it turns out that DD makes their doughnuts elsewhere and trucks them in. this place deserves a 0-star rating because in two separate occasions, I was treated rudely and they even raised their voice at me and I think it was the same woman. I'm not there for free coffee I'm there as a paying customer. First occasion was when I wanted to switch my coffee from a medium to a small when I was still ordering and she got irritated and started raising her voice at me and I'm no rocket scientist but I don't think it's that hard to switch coffee sizes. Second, happened to today thinking I was going to get someone else but no my luck it was the same women I was just asking what kind of filling donuts they had available because on the drive thru they were no donut menu or pictures so I needed to ask but again she got irritated and started raising her voice basically yelling at to see what donuts I wanted because she didn't know what filling was. I believe they'll going to loose customers if she is still there, they should fire her to prevent that from happening. The food is good, but the service could be way better. Make sure you check your food so you get what you order. I've gotten the wrong food or a messed up order. Even got an iced coffee that was mostly cream. And to update this review, I continue to get food missing from my order as I go through drive thru. It is not my responsibility to make sure I check my bag. When they repeat my order to me through the speaker and then I don't receive that order, it's a problem. I am done with going to this location. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

The AM order taker in the drive thru is horrible. This AM I asked for a peppermint mocha latte, she asked if I wanted cream and sugar, I said, isn't it a latte? She said yes, so I declined the extra milk and sugar....I got a black coffee with peppermint mocha flavor...I've also ordered bacon wake up wraps and 50% of The time, they leave the bacon off. This is the worse dunkin donuts in the world. Their service, drinks, and food are so bad that I go out of my way to drive 10 mins to the next Dunkin. I have ordered 10 different drinks there. Hot and cold. The drinks are never liquid. They put so much syrup in it that it's consistency is that of a syrup. Even if you ask for an unsweetened drink they still manage to put corn syrup or caramel or vanilla swirl in it. THE WORSE PART- when you tell them they made your drink wrong they get mad at you. ??!? Please make it make sense. The lady that works there almost 24/7 is so rude. I genuinely have never met anyone like that before. She gives dirty looks and talks with a nasty attitude. I often have issues at this store... there is a woman who is absolutely rude (and unprovoked) regularly. caught me on a bad day once and i let her have it! the customers behind me cheered me on because they saw her nasty behavior... needless to say i try to avoid this store... second, i placed an order through the app the other day and ordered here just because it was on my route and order went through and when i got to the store i was told they did not have my order. i pulled up my order and confirmed that i was not only charged but the order was places to the correct store. the man at the counter argued with me for 15 minutes before starting my order. receipt in hand and all, tried to tell me there was nothing he could do. wasn't even the owner! just avoid going here if possible read more

Lots of employees on staff at 1:00 in the afternoon. Clean store, fast and friendly service. My order was correct and in my hand in less than a minute. Even if my wife is DYING for a cup of coffee and we are in the adjoining parking lot, I will drive North on 611 and go the one above the turnpike entrance on the left - they are nice over there. I'd consider this one a lower than average DD. They do have a drive thru but the parking lot is pretty awkward as they share a lot with a much bigger shopping complex. No complaints at all from me on the finished product but it take some time for them to make our coffee. It's also a little tough to get in and out of the parking lot here. read more

This has been my go-to for a quick cup of joe for the past 3 years but it looks like someone else will be getting my business now! I have ordered the same iced coffee for the past couple of months and today was told by the guy taking drive-thru orders that they "don't make it that way". Figuring he was new, I nicely told him that it hasn't been an issue for the past couple of months I've ordered it. He proceeded to argue saying that they just don't do it when he was abruptly cut off and said, "okay fine".
