I hate leaving bad Reviews, even fair ones. This dunkin donuts is close to many house and I avoid going there unless I have to. They are not very friendly or accommodating and to make matters worse one worker got annoyed because I couldn't understand him! He spoke with such poor English and heavy accent it was impossible to know what he was trying to say. I eventually left and went to another d&d. read more

seriously, the worst of the worst. tasteless coffee. slow service. just the pits!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Never going to this location again. Had the worst customer service at the drive-thru. I paid cash and the employee dropped some of my change out of the window. They didn't even acknowledge it. Was very rude handing my food to me and on top of that, they forgot the muffin I ordered. read more

First time at a Dunkin in awhile. Donut was not fresh--tasted like it was a couple of days old & smaller than they used to be! read more

Happy Mother's Day, Dunkin' Donuts thanks for serving me the most stale muffin I ever had. It was inedible!

Don't spend money here!! Like where is the bacon! I asked can I have more and he's like you need to pay extra!!! But I don't see hardly any bacon else where they put more than that... not worth the money read more

Dunkin' - Like where's the bacon ???? The guy told me oh if you want more you have to pay extra!!! But didn't even give me no bacon ?? I'm confused. - Donuts Near Me - Willow Grove, Pennsylvania

I hate it here. At 8:30pm I placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up ASAP. Dunkin app and on apple maps it says this location is opened until 9pm. I go to pick up my order and the place is dark and empty. So did someone decide to close early or are their hours not updated? Either way I go to place a complaint and the virtual assistant offers me 250 reward points. I am out about $10. 250 points $10. I opt to file a case instead and have a rep get back to me. Just a very inconvenient experience overall. read more

sending this 5 stars to the beautiful human, Eda, that tends to be there in the afternoons when i come thru... i could be in the worst mood and she's just great vibes all around. she is so kind to my dog, who's always in the car with me. give this woman a raise!! read more

Dunkin' - my pup waiting for Eda to come say hi to her - Donuts Near Me - Willow Grove, Pennsylvania

DD with a drive-through. Quick efficient and coffee with a donut and a flatbread sandwich was in my hand within minutes. My only complaint was that the selection of dounts could have been a bit better, but I still ended up with the chocolate glazed (least drippy that wouldn't leave powdered sugar or creme filling on my shirt). read more

Dunkin' - the front of a dunkin donuts store - Donuts Near Me - Willow Grove, Pennsylvania

Ordered a medium latte, cup was maybe 3/4 full. Pathetic. Don't go here, spend the extra money for Starbucks. You will be way more satisfied than this garbage. read more

-0 star. The worst DD experience is at this place. They act like you go there to get free food or drinks. Rude workers and manager. They will yell and bark at you because they hate their life with no other way to get by. It's not my fault I'm just an innocent customer that happens to go to a rude DD establishment. Never again read more

Zero stars. Purchases a dozen donuts and one clearly had a bite taken out of it. The staff refused to refund money because the "'manager is out of town..you go now." Don't eat here. Don't support them. Gross. Gross. Gross. read more

Dunkin' - Half-eaten donut. - Donuts Near Me - Willow Grove, Pennsylvania

When I was a kid, this was a donut shop that served coffee. Now it's a coffee shop/ice cream parlor that's named after a place that used to make donuts. Inoffensive if unspectacular coffee, but really awful-to-tasteless doughnuts. Asking around, it turns out that DD makes their doughnuts elsewhere and trucks them in. Whatever I've had, and I tried twice just to make sure I wasn't dreaming, could not have been made on the same day. Dunkin Donuts, you have betrayed the memory of the "time to make the donuts" guy. (is he dead?) read more

H. U. R. L. Anyone who likes Dunkin Donuts is totally GROSS! ALL their doughnuts taste like a sock with frosting. I guess they have this "new thing" where all their doughnuts have no trans-fat. UMM if I was on a health kick, I wouldn't be eating doughnuts. Put the trans-fat back. Thanks read more

Oh my! 7pm on a Wed. night and they tell me they have NO donuts. I say, but.. but, this is a Dunkin Donuts. DD reply: we sold them this morning. I ask: are you like, Making more donuts? DD No, we are out of donuts. read more

LOVE this dunkin'. I go almost everyday an extra 15 minutes to go to this dunkin instead of the one near my house because they have the nicest workers and they NEVER mess up my order. Love the business and the people here :) read more

this place deserves a 0-star rating because in two separate occasions, I was treated rudely and they even raised their voice at me and I think it was the same woman. I'm not there for free coffee I'm there as a paying customer. First occasion was when I wanted to switch my coffee from a medium to a small when I was still ordering and she got irritated and started raising her voice at me and I'm no rocket scientist but I don't think it's that hard to switch coffee sizes. Second, happened to today thinking I was going to get someone else but no my luck it was the same women I was just asking what kind of filling donuts they had available because on the drive thru they were no donut menu or pictures so I needed to ask but again she got irritated and started raising her voice basically yelling at to see what donuts I wanted because she didn't know what filling was. I believe they'll going to loose customers if she is still there, they should fire her to prevent that from happening. In the end I went to another Dunkin' Donuts and they were amazing people this place should learn a few things from there sister location read more

I love Dunkin but I cringe every time I go to this location and only because of the convenience and I still ask myself is it worth it? The same woman every morning in the drive tru Monday through Friday, this ignorant miserable, never smiling woman makes me not want to go there half the time she hands the stuff out the window not even looking at me and making me reach to where I'm almost getting out of my car and I know I can not be the only one that feels this way cause I have never been rude to her and unfortunately see sets my mood for the morning! read more

Please replace your unhappy, rude, ignorant, miserable attendant in the morning. I actually drive out of way to another dunkin in the mornings to avoid dealing with her. read more

The food is good, but the service could be way better. Make sure you check your food so you get what you order. I've gotten the wrong food or a messed up order. Even got an iced coffee that was mostly cream. And to update this review, I continue to get food missing from my order as I go through drive thru. It is not my responsibility to make sure I check my bag. When they repeat my order to me through the speaker and then I don't receive that order, it's a problem. I am done with going to this location. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

The worse service I ever had! I will never go there again. They don't know how to talk to people.

This is by far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to in my life. The employees are EXTREMELY nasty and rude. Avoid this place like the plague. Do yourself a favor and go to the Dunkin off of Moreland Road next to PNC bank instead read more

The AM order taker in the drive thru is horrible. This AM I asked for a peppermint mocha latte, she asked if I wanted cream and sugar, I said, isn't it a latte? She said yes, so I declined the extra milk and sugar....I got a black coffee with peppermint mocha flavor...I've also ordered bacon wake up wraps and 50% of The time, they leave the bacon off. The order taker in the morning just seems to have a terrible attitude towards customer service. However, the people at the window are usually really pleasant. read more

Went here today and went through drivethru for a coffee and a tea.. The attendant in drive thru was one of the rudest workers I've ever experienced..I wanted extra sugar when i got to window and a black male with a beard begin to openly complain in front of me just because i asked for something extra.. He even said to other workers "Why does he even want sugar anyway" Yet again this what people have to deal with in society when you are just a paying customer.. read more

This is the worse dunkin donuts in the world. Their service, drinks, and food are so bad that I go out of my way to drive 10 mins to the next Dunkin. I have ordered 10 different drinks there. Hot and cold. The drinks are never liquid. They put so much syrup in it that it's consistency is that of a syrup. Even if you ask for an unsweetened drink they still manage to put corn syrup or caramel or vanilla swirl in it. THE WORSE PART- when you tell them they made your drink wrong they get mad at you. ??!? Please make it make sense. The lady that works there almost 24/7 is so rude. I genuinely have never met anyone like that before. She gives dirty looks and talks with a nasty attitude. Every English muffin sandwich or bagel I have ever gotten from here has been burnt. Not just burnt, charred. And it's not just me, I've asked at least 5 other friends that live in the area and they all tell me that they also intentionally avoid that dunkin because they've had so many bad experiences. They also drive 10 mins to the next one. Please don't come to this dunkin. Do yourself a favor and drive to any other dunkin. Or go home and make yourself a coffee. read more

I typically don't write reviews on coffee but here goes... I often have issues at this store... there is a woman who is absolutely rude (and unprovoked) regularly. caught me on a bad day once and i let her have it! the customers behind me cheered me on because they saw her nasty behavior... needless to say i try to avoid this store... second, i placed an order through the app the other day and ordered here just because it was on my route and order went through and when i got to the store i was told they did not have my order. i pulled up my order and confirmed that i was not only charged but the order was places to the correct store. the man at the counter argued with me for 15 minutes before starting my order. receipt in hand and all, tried to tell me there was nothing he could do. wasn't even the owner! just avoid going here if possible read more

Lots of employees on staff at 1:00 in the afternoon. Clean store, fast and friendly service. My order was correct and in my hand in less than a minute. Little bit of a language barrier with the woman working the register but it really wasn't a problem. Would stop here again when in the area. read more

Even if you like Dunkin Donots DON'T GO HERE. The people that work here are the nastiest people on the face of the earth. There is air of entitlement and rudeness that reeks at this Dunkin Donuts. Even if my wife is DYING for a cup of coffee and we are in the adjoining parking lot, I will drive North on 611 and go the one above the turnpike entrance on the left - they are nice over there. I will never go to this Fitzwatertown location again. Dunkin Donuts should revoke their franchise agreement. Did I say Don't go Here? Drive to Starbucks and pay the extra $5 for a cup of coffee, it's worth it. read more

I never go here 1st time one worker making sandwiches just tossed bag on counter called no number said nothing. I had to ask is this mine? He said and I mean nasty YES! He was totally rude best believe I let him know! Last time. Don't stop here only stop if you want to be treated like sh.. These businesses have to know if we don't spend they don't stay open! To the owner get better workers! This guy the (India) guy totally rude! If I was not in a hurry would have asked for my money back! Ignorant funny thing if everyone stop going here they will learn how to speak English, be nice to people even give you a smile! You can best believe they will never get another dime of my money enjoy it nasty miserable cowards read more

Love this place! Fast friendly counter staff! I'm a regular and they start my order as I'm walking in the door. Drive-thru can be a bit slow at the height of the AM rush but hey, leave a little earlier next time. read more

Very rude service and the donuts aren't that fresh. Considering there's a Dunkin donuts on every corner here, the franchisee should try a little harder. read more

Good service, but limited bagel selection. Not sure why everyone rips on DD, the bagels and coffee are great. Can't say much for the donuts. And I will knock the new sausage pancake bites, not worth the money. read more

I'd consider this one a lower than average DD. They do have a drive thru but the parking lot is pretty awkward as they share a lot with a much bigger shopping complex. No complaints at all from me on the finished product but it take some time for them to make our coffee. It's also a little tough to get in and out of the parking lot here. read more

This has been my go-to for a quick cup of joe for the past 3 years but it looks like someone else will be getting my business now! I have ordered the same iced coffee for the past couple of months and today was told by the guy taking drive-thru orders that they "don't make it that way". Figuring he was new, I nicely told him that it hasn't been an issue for the past couple of months I've ordered it. He proceeded to argue saying that they just don't do it when he was abruptly cut off and said, "okay fine". I pulled around and handed my money to the guy running the window when he SHOVES THE OTHER GUY OUT OF THE WAY TO ARGUE WITH ME SOME MORE. Wow. Pretty passionate about your coffee?? Well I'm pretty passionate about customer service. All I wanted was for you to add a little sugar to my drink. Do I need it? No. Would I like it? Yes. Is it really all that difficult for you to add it?? Apparently so...well, worry no more MR. GOD-OF-THE-COFFEE! I won't be back to offend you. read more
