Mentally slow cashier gets our order wrong, to be fair we changed something about the order but she acted frustrated, instead of removing or replacing our old orders she adds all the new and old orders up in one bill. After asking her to read our order she tells us we ordered less than we actually did. We end up paying for 5 sandwiches when we only ordered for 3 people. Didn't help when an old guy in line foaming at the mouth with drool starts cursing at us to hurry up. Wont be back soon read more

I want to start by saying I never leave reviews... I have visited this Dunkin twice. The first time the coffee was OK. The egg and cheese croissant on the other hand tasted absolutely disgusting. They toasted the bread and then stuck a cold egg and cold cheese in between. The bread was stale and obviously the egg and cheese tasted awful because it was cold.. I decided to give them a second chance and the coffee was still good but again the food was absolutely horrendous. I thought if I asked for it to be double toasted, it would come out better. Uh, I was mistaken. The bread was BURNT and again they put two pieces of cold cheese and a cold egg. To top everything off with a cherry, the drive-through lady seems so miserable. She couldn't even fake a smile if she tried. I am so friendly and extremely passive, so I never let people know if I'm unhappy with service. As hard as I was trying to be sweet to her, she didn't even budge. Save your money people and do not visit this location. If there was an option to leave negative stars, I would. Store 332840 5541 Okeechobee blvd west palm beach fl 33407. I am writing to file a complaint about the two Indian women managers(so they can be identified) at this location. They both need to be moved. For the past year i have witness and been on the receiving end of their rudeness towards some of their black customers. Today was it for me. I ordered my regular items and had to ask the lady who was making the food if i can have my coffee after the manager took my order and just left the cup on the table and didn't say anything to anyone and 5 other people were severed and got their items. it took almost 10min for me to get my coffee by someone else. I have already complained about both of them 4 mos ago and others in the store spoke to them about how they treat us. they need to move out of that store, if they have issues with a certain race, they should not be in the service. read more

This Dunkin' franchisee and the employees do not take accountability for what is handed to their customers. By far the best Dunkin I've gone too that is consistent. Food is accurate, bacon is crispy. Go to drink is always a medium iced mocha latte w/ oat milk. I'd like to mention that some of the employees, especially Jonathan, has infectiogood vibes, sweet and never fails to brighten my day! read more

Obscene.. been in line 4 minutes and no one has moved.. 4 minutes later I finally get to order and the for fire chief front of me who had been here when I arrived had to pull out of line turn his lights on and run down the road to respond to a call didn't even get his coffee, what a bummer. Here we are another six minutes in and two cars have moved. Wish I had pulled out of line and gone down the street to Starbucks but I just don't care for their coffee all that much. Terrible service at this store. Asked for two coffees and two sandwiches, the barista only gave me one and said I only asked for one making me pay again for a second one. The store wasn't even busy but I didn't worry to much about that, I sat down and waited 20 minutes for my breakfast watching another person (who the Batista had a friendly conversation about eachothers work schedules) get her order. When I asked where my order was the barista ignored me only to leave the sandwiches at the checkout 2 minutes later. Terrible store. First of all, I purchased the pumpkin spice and than was told by my doctor that I could not have caffeine and they refused to switch the pumpkin for decaf because I couldn't find the receipt. They know who I am because I work down the corner and I am in there every day. I took it to another Dunkin Donuts and they switched it immediately. They are also 17 cents higher on their large coffees than most Dunkin donuts and they said they were franchised and they could charge what they want. Also, when they take the donut out and out it in the bag they use the wax paper but than just throw it away. I asked them to please leave the wax paper on it as I don't like the donut just in the bag and they said they can't. I am going to report these horrible people to corporate. Went through the drive thru and it took them 5 mins to even ask what I'd like and then I had to fix the order 3 times because every time they repeated it something was wrong. Then it took them another 10 mins to hand the two cars in front of me their orders. When I got to the window and paid I waited another few minutes to get my food only to be missing the hashbrowns and when I informed them they weren't in the bag they argued with me and said they didn't charge me for them. Worst customer service at a Dunkin ever and my bacon egg and cheese wrap was barely warm. They need to hire a complete new staff or shut this location down altogether. read more

The only reason I could even give this place one star is location. Super close to the turnpike so it is convenient for work. However that's good in theory. Literally EVERY time I come to this location, they screw up my drink, then ask me to pull up to the front so they can fix it and bring it out to me. Defeats the purpose of the drive through saving time. I don't understand how it's so difficult to handle putting in skim milk with an extra shot of espresso. Lord grant me patience. Ordered a cup of ice coffee with sugar free does the coconut syrup the cup of coffee handed to me was a bitter and three times the normal darkness when I question if they had given me a cold brew the young lady started to burn rate me and tell me that I had put in sugar-free syrup which makes the coffee bitter. I told her that was utter nonsense I've been drinking this coffee for the last five years and I know what my coffee should taste like to please give me my cash money back she proceeded to tell me that she wasn't authorized to give me a cash refund I drove away but then I realize that the reason America is going to hell in a hand basket is because we as Americans take sub standard treatment and tolerate young ignorant arrogant teenagers telling us what the world really is about so I turned around went into the store and demanded my money. The only way we're going to make America great again is by forcing the snowflakes to respect us and our money and to tell corporate America to shove it just like America told whole foods to go to hell with the overpriced produce and now they've been taken over by Amazon and soon enough you'll see great organic produce at reasonable prices. Jaques' attitude towards me when I ordered, ended up with my drink being spilled and my order being wrong. I never been so disrespected in my life. Jaques made me stop liking donuts and coffee. The location was was amazing but Jaques' energy was very harsh. I ordered 2 croissant sandwiches, a blueberry muffin, & a couple iced coffee's. She rang me up for everything and misinterpreted what she rang up and what I said I guess. So she said to the gentleman in the back making the sandwiches to make me something totally different and gets mad at me saying she didn't ring me up for croissants and that wasn't my order. My drink got knocked over in the middle of discussing the miscommunication and messed up my blue suede shoes. I then forgot to fill up my tank and got back on the highway. Ruined everything. I arrived at 10:30pm, with the store closing at 11:00pm. They had already thrown out all donuts, bagels etc. With still 30 minutes to go they had no bakery items to sell!!! The staff said "well, we close at 11." WOW!!! Very bad management. read more

I usually come here without a problem but this morning at 6 AM I went there to get two bagels and two coffees. I'm assuming she was the manager (middle-aged Hispanic woman in a light blue shirt) Who gave me my *Hot* coffee without a heat guard and then proceeded to hand me the heat guard separately causing me to burn my hand struggling to put the heat guard on the cup. I watched her run my card and throw away the receipt when I asked her for it she lied to me and told me she put it in the bag. Extremely aggravated with this visit. This location is on the way to work so I used to go several times a week. After today, I give up. They have gotten my order wrong a truly embarrassing number of times and they overcharged me multiple times as well. They have dropped my change on the ground in the drive thru and not apologized or tried to recover it. I try to be pretty reasonable, no one is perfect 100% of the time, but if you can't make a small iced coffee in the 20 minutes I had to sit and wait for it (again), your employees aren't cutting it. They are so close to my office and it would be so convenient and I would be there all the time, if it were any good. Every time I go it's something else: usually it's my coffee. It tastes like the pot has been sitting out since the night before. It's stale, burnt and disgusting. I have had them remake coffee for me at least half the times I go. When I go inside I will stand at the counter while there are employees standing around or the manager is in the dining room chatting with customers and they will leave me standing there for far too long waiting for someone to get my order. They get my bagel order wrong all the time (I don't want it toasted, they toast it. I ask for butter on the side, they put cream cheese on it. etc...). I went this morning and the service was prompt (for them), my coffee wasn't disgusting (it wasn't great but I didn't need them to remake it) and I figured maybe they're getting better?! I get to my office and go to eat my bagel, it's plain when I ordered an everything. This is after the manager who took my order repeated it back to me. Twice.
