Friendly service. Arrived 15 mins early for my scheduled online order, and though no order received yet on their end, they happily put it together for me. They did ask to see evidence of the order. I then ask for a cup of hot water. I had just arrived at Dunkin from a 40 min walk in 15 degree weather, feeling like 6 degree with the wind chill. And though not cold from the brisk walk, was thirsty. That would be a $1 charge for the water they said. Same for cold water. It should be noted that there was no extra charge for napkins, Wi-Fi, or bathrooms. They even have convenient electrical outlets free for use. So be sure to BYOW. (Edit: On my way out after submitting my review, they were able to provide water (anyway I would like it) at no change if I provided the container, which I did, having a water bottle on hand.) No doubt policy, and maybe systemic, but just leaves a bad after taste. Relatively clean, this time smell was ok, but been to this location before when there was a strong burnt smell in the air that persisted at least for my length of stay, 15 minutes. read more

some nasty icky young lady named ana back in 2020 gave me a turkey sausage sandwich instead of the impossible sausage sandwich. I'm vegan so I do not eat meat and she refused to give me a refund or a new sandwich. When i went to complain when i drove back through the drive through she said the impossible sausage sandwich was suppose to have turkey in it. This location needs work. Slow service, VERY slow service, incorrect orders and uncaring somewhat rude customer service. Ordered extra large decaf coffee with swirl flavor (sweetened) + senior discount. Got a almost cold and only large size coffee with a flavor shot (unsweetened) and no discount. Coffee tasted old and stale. Almost like yesterdays coffee - YUK! I actually threw it away a few blocks down the road when I stopped at the Kwik Trip. I've given this location a couple chances at getting it right or at least having a friendly staff working. If you don't like your job, get a different one. Bad attitudes ruin everybody's day. I am mortified by my experience. To start, when approaching the window after ordering (keep in mind no one before me and no one behind me) I was asked who I was picking up for--um myself? The order the girl relayed back to me was completely wrong and insinuated that I had added new items to my existing order...false. After clarifying my order I paid and wasn't given a receipt. The two girls made me feel like I was in the wrong for them messing up my order. I get my food and I drive home. When I'm home I open my bag to see this- crushed hash browns and what is supposed to be a bacon egg and cheese bagel, but not a bagel. I thought whatever not a big deal things happen. I was so grossed out after one bite I had to throw it away. The amount of grease that poured out of the breading was repulsive. It's a 6 minute drive home, there's no reason my meal should have tasted like it just came out of the fridge. It was cold and horrible and I will never spend a dime at this location again. read more

My biggest complaint was the waste of time this place cost us. We ordered an impossible sausage sandwich on Door Dash only to have it cancelled with no explanation. We drove over to order it and was told they removed it from the menu..Ok, so really remove it from all menus or tell individuals why your order is cancelled!!! Then we ordered the hash browns which were served to us FULL of grease and smashed up! We should have taken a photo before we tossed them so you could see for yourself! The poor ratings for this location are generous. Came here 11am on a Saturday & they had only 2 or 3 kinds of donuts left. Ordered a hot chocolate & received a coffee. Employees spoke in 1-2 word sentences and are devoid of emotion. This place is the Island of Misfit Toys (minus any donut selection and happiness). Do yourselves a favor, get your coffees @ Starbucks (a mile west on Sunset, inside the Target) & your donuts at Pick & Save (next to Target). This place is literally awful. I used to work at a different Dunkin', so I know how lax it is and how not devoted to customer service the management is (why I quit) but this is beyond outrageous. The workers are rude and inattentive and barely can comprehend anything when you order, it's like they aren't even literate. Awhile ago my boyfriend ordered a sandwich at 6pm and they said they had turned the ovens OFF even though they close at 10. If I could give this place half or no stars I would. My fiancé and I were very disappointed. We had to wait about 10 mins for them to actually take our order. The girl taking our order had an attitude and was very quiet. We ordered two caramel iced coffees with cream, both barely had any cream in them all you could taste was a very strong coffee taste. Only one employee had a mask on and the other didn't. I get that they mostly have two worker but their service was horrible. I've gone here one other time and the service was amazing, they got my order quickly and had my drink ready to go when I go the the window. read more

I wish I could give no stars! They put the hash browns in the same bag as the pretzel bites. I said that was not acceptable since they were for two different people,and the pretzel bites were hard and burnt. The manager said he would make new pretzel bites. That did not happen got home and the food was mostly hard and burnt. He obviously just put the pretzel bites in a different bag and just gave me the same ones! Not the first problem here, last time they put the frosted donuts upside down in the bag. Extremely disappointed with this dunkin location. I went at 4pm today. I was the only car in the drive through, yet it took about 10 minutes for someone to take my order. I proceeded to order an iced tea, and a dunkin' employee rudely informed me there is not enough left to make the drink. I was willing to wait until more was made, but the employee said I was unable to do so. I spent months coming here multiple times a week to get the same thing every single time. I'm a polite person, and I try to treat people with respect. But most of the employees over the course of the last two years have an attitude every time I show up. There isn't a "hello can I take your order?", it's "proceed with your order" or something else in with a condescending attitude. There are a couple people that have been nice but they're mixed way too far and few in between. That's just the employees and then you get to the food and drinks. Don't get me wrong, when someone knows what their doing it's good, really good. But the turnover rate is so ridiculous that no one knows that the hell is going on apparently. Sandwiches burnt more than half the time, drinks always inconsistent, and even worse when you say something they feel offended about it! Anyways long long story coming to an end. I have had many experiences here and most of them were bad your employees have an attitude and are rude. Some days I'm waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes for a small simple order. While okay I understand if you only have two employees on but when you have more then four employees on and two of them are standing around talking doing nothing it's not okay. Today, I thanked one of your employees and she responded with a, yeah, have a nice day. I thank your employees and they can't or don't say thank you back. I don't get told my total after ordering and often don't get a receipt back. My order has been handed to me wrong on multiple occasions and sometimes I ask for decaf and it's caffeinated which may seem small to you but my mother can't have caffeine it affects her heart negatively. Your employees don't follow the mask mandate either which could get you fined... I understand each employee has their own polity views but when your working with FOOD I expect the standards to be higher and political views to be put aside and for your employees to take your customers health a little more seriously. read more

I tried to order food through the drive thru and was told the oven was broken so I left. But after I pulled away, I decided to go back in just to order coffee.
