This place has always been a let down in the dirtiness, the service, and the taste. The only redeeming quality has been one nice worker in the countless times I've been there. The last 5 times I've visited this location along with the Homewood location, (most likely no correlation) my drink has not been mixed properly. Imagine craving a large, cold, creamy, vanilla iced coffee one early morning and when they ask if you would like the added sugar and whipped cream on top you immediately say, "yes!". Now imagine that same $6 large coffee but the catch is that every time you sip it you get a m o u t h full of unmixed, granulated sugar. That would be enough to ruin even betty white's day. This location is new and boy does the inexperienced staff surely show it. The girls at the register can never get it together. They're flustered taking people's orders. They don't know where things are on the register or how to ring up someone's request. They take forever.The staff gets aggravated at each other, and I witnessed one of the cashiers getting scolded for leaving the register as the 'scolder' was taking some else's order, thought that was pretty unprofessional. It's fast food but as far as breakfast sandwiches go it's better than the surrounding options. IF you get the right combo. Choose your bread: bagel, croissant, toast, biscuit, or even donut. Choose your meat and egg, viola. I've had a ham and egg white on multi grain bagel. Typical deli ham, didn't care for the veggies in the egg white. Bagel was very good but they over toasted it (it was black around the edges). I've also tried the big n' toasted steak sandwich. The steak patty was very 'fast foody', like a chopped steak with artificial flavoring. The regular egg tasted much better than the egg white to me. It was poorly assembled. My husband tried the chicken biscuit. It was maybe a 4 biter and he didn't even finish it. It didn't even look appetizing enough for me to want to try it. Looked like it came from a box of prepackaged frozen chicken biscuits. I'll go back for a bagel with egg and ham. As long as they don't keep burning my bagel. We tried a variety of the donuts. In general they weren't as good as Donut Joe's in Gardendale. They'd be ok for convenience but I don't know if stopping here would be worth the headache until they work out their staff issues. read more

Absolutely the Worst Customer Service I make several visits to an establishment, before writing a review, and I am glad I waited for this one. Monday October 2, 2017, I visited this location. After ordering, I pulled up to pay, after pulling to the window, the lady looks at me, and without saying anything to me, proceeded to to hold her hand for my phone, to pay for my order using my DD App, since my card is within the app, and not a physical one. So I handed my phone to her, she scans my phone, but scans the wrong code. -she was to scan my free beverage code first, then my card- So she turns to me and says "she has made the mistake of having me pay for everything, including my free beverage. So, I say "how are you going to fix it?" She doesn't reply. Then she goes on to ask another associate, and they explained to her how to fix it. Then she replies to me "you were to give me the free beverage code first" I reply "I would have, but how was I to know?" At the end of my order, after I paid, she hands me my dozen of donuts and my large strawberry Coolatta, closes the window, and walks away without saying anything. So, I waited till she came back to the window, so finally she comes back and first tries to hand me the next car's order. I say to her "that is not mine" she replies to me "so you have your dozen of donuts and large coolatta?" I reply "yes" she then says "ok, we're done here" I then say "I waited to let you know, just how rude you are, as well as how you did not say anything to me when I first pulled up nor once you handed me my order" she says to me "I was taking someone's order" So then I reply "how, when your mouth was not moving, nor did you say anything to me?" She says "I was worried about my phone, it's in the bathroom " I reply "I am the customer, and what does that have to do with me, or the level of customer service you provide?" She says to "I'm sorry" Soon as I made it home, I called Dunkin' Donuts Customer Service Department, and after being on hold for more than 20 mins, someone takes my call, hears my complaint, and then tells me "someone will be reaching out to you, within two days" needless to say, two days was yesterday, and no one from Dunkin' Donuts has reached out to me. Stopped at this location on our way from southern Alabama back to Kentucky to grab a coffee and some donuts for the kids. The s'mores donut was awesome! We got a 10 count pack of munchkins for the kids. They ate some of them but I thought they were awful. Tasted old and flavorless. Service was ok but one of the staff members had a person their visiting with them while they were attempting to work the register which was annoying. read more

The customer service at this Dunkin is the worst! I've had several bad experiences here. 1. I order from the app and once I get there they were out of the product and the crew members didn't know how to get me a refund so I was out $27.00 and breakfast called the 1-800 number and they said the franchise owner would call me back. That never happened. 2. The person in the drive thru this morning 11/22/2020 was extremely combative for no reason. I order 1hot large coffee and 1 med iced coffee she couldn't understand what I needed even after repeating the order several times then moved to the rest of my order and I asked for a pink donut for my daughter and she said... This is a newer Dunkin Donuts - we were just passing through the area but our order came out in a timely, the restaurant and bathroom were both clean, and the staff was friendly. The bread on our sandwiches were both a little dry but the coffee was made to perfection. 4 or 5 stars because I'd go back for sure. read more

First, I want to say Logan was great. He was friendly and acted as though he genuinely like his job. I'm really sorry your "manager" or someone who acted as though they were high on the donut chain of command harshly reprimanded in front of dozens of customers for not paying attention while she gossiped about the entire city of warrior. It's pretty uncomfortable when you hear the top donut manager giving directions to "actually" clean tonight for the morning Inspector visit.... Absolutely the worst Dunkin' Donuts. There was only one person for counter and she wore a headset. She was also speaking to another person at the same time. She made me a cup of coffee but it wasn't the one I ordered. I paid for a Carmel Macchiato with whip cream and drizzle but got a macchiato without whip cream and drizzle. It was horrible and I didn't enjoy it at all. There was NO Carmel in my coffee at all. There was a line and she was obviously stressed. The Donut was correct. I've tried to like this place for the past year. I come in once in a blue moon because I usually don't have a good experience but like to give it try. Staff is always friendly! Donuts are great. But every time I order a coffee it never tastes like coffee. It tastes like chemicals. I asked one barista about this and she said someone may have cleaned one of the machines the night before but either that person or the morning person may not have rinsed it or something. I forget her name but she made me and my sister a great coffee so I know it can be done lol! I usually go in the noon-afternoon time when it isn't busy but have only have 2 good coffee experiences.
