I'm not surprised this place only has 1.6 stars. I stopped going here forever ago because they make their cold brew too watery. I'd mentioned it to management a few times. Stopped in here on a trip from Albany, NY to Cape Cod. This Dunkin is about a ten minute drive from 495 and there is a nearby gas station We came in to grab a coffee and a snack. The employees were polite and efficient. The selection of donuts was a bit limited, but I think that's common these days at many locations. For those that do not like coffee, they had a cooler full of juices, milk, sodas, bottled water, milk and more. We were here in the early summer time, so they had some cute seasonal items like inflatable tubes and towels. They also sell the usual goods like Dunkin' K-cups, mugs and tumblers. Spotted a on-the-go mobile order pick up station. Haven't tried this yet, but a neat option for those in a hurry. There are a couple of tables and also some comfy couches in front of a TV. read more

Not even what I asked for. I called back and decided on going in and getting the food I ASKED FOR instead of a refund. This is the worst Dunkins I think I've ever been too, they always say that they can't make things a certain way when every other dunkins does it. I ordered the strawberry dragon fruit refresher and asked for extra of the strawberry flavoring and they said they can't add any extra. I went in today, July 17, 2019, two homeless looking teens literaly sprawled out on the sofas sleeping but no purchases in site. It was so cold, it was uncomfortable, I tried to enjoy my coffee and jelly donut but was shivering. Another couple, regulars there walked in, got half way to counter and turned around " going to the Coffee Bean, too cold ", they were in short, normal for this day. Two stars, and only because our coffees were good. The experience otherwise was awful. We got in the drive-thru line and there was one person in front of us. We waited for about 2-3 minutes, and nothing seemed to happen. Finally the guy in front of us waved his hand indicating that he had no idea why nobody was taking his order, so we jumped out of line and went into the store instead. There was a slight line inside, and two people working (that I could see). Other people from the drive-thru line did the same thing. When we were inside, it was clear that one of the girls was in fact working the drive-thru window, soo I'm not sure where the disconnect was, but either way we were annoyed that we had to spend over 10 minutes just to get two coffees. Usually Dunk's is much better with their service. Also, one of the guys in our group needed to use the bathroom but after waiting by the occupied room for about ten minutes just gave up. Maybe there was a third employee after all, who just got lost in the bathroom while playing angry birds on his phone, which led to such slow service? Your guess is as good as mine. read more

The building is nice, the porch is cozy on a warm day, and the parking lot has a nice stone wall with flower bed. Its typical dunkin food, but with a different atmosphere. Out in Boston we don't have many dunkin donuts with CNN going in High Def. I've talked to the owner before and he is one good guy. He cares a lot about how the place looks, and really works his a@$ off to keep it looking good with plants, landscaping, and keeping it clean. Absolutely the worst in the area. If you order a medium black they will find a way to screw it up (it has happened to my friend before, and they screw up my simple coffee order 90% of the time). If you go Drive-thru they are guaranteed to mess it up. If you go inside (and there are always off-duty people there or friends chatting it up with the employees) they will also always mess up your order, but at least you can ask them to remake it before you step outside. The funny thing is they are very friendly (the exact opposite problem someone else had - they said they had a great beverage and terrible service). I don't think there is one specific person there who is "bad", but they all are young and certainly need to be retrained because they can't handle the simplest orders. Go to the 2 in Hopkinton or drive to Grafton. UPDATE: They aren't even friendly anymore. And the Manager has the worst customer service too. Wish I could give zero stars! This place is half assed and staff that doesn't keep the place clean and messes up every order in the drive through along with not paying attention to people upfront I've seen people pick stuff up off the floor and not wash there hands or an accident and they hurt them self and I see them not wearing bandages. First off, I have to say I'm usually the person writing thank you letters for great service. It takes a lot for me to complain or not tip. Today I am done with the local Dunkin'. I've lived here over 2 years and I'd say they get my order correct 1 out of 10 times. Today and yesterday I ordered XL FV coffee with cream and extra sugar. Both days no sugar or FV. Today I got a medium rather than XL. I know they're not just confusing my order because the sticker on the cup is correct and yesterday the woman at the window even asked what I had when I pulled up. She went and made it and it was still wrong. I've gotten AND paid for a large latte but was handed a medium. When handed the cup, I told the gentleman he was giving me a medium and he argued with me (this was all I drank for months from Dunkin' so I know the cup sizes). I've gotten hash browns that are hard as rocks more than once and egg wraps that were so cold the cheese didn't even melt. I've come home with a hot latte, handed it to my husband and had him ask why they put an iced latte in a hot cup. I ordered a hot latte, just wasn't made even warm. These are just a few of the things I can think of off the top of my head from the past 2 months. Needless to say, I give up on this Dunkin and am disgusted. read more

The staff is always polite, the restaurant is always clean, the food is always prompt and the drive thru line moves quickly, that being said, my order is rarely correct. It's sort of a Russian roulette of their menu. I've ordered an English muffin with peanut butter and received 2 cinnamon rolls (which at the time felt like the universe telling me it was a good day to be bad) but the ways they can mess up a medium hot coffee with skim and 2 Splenda is downright baffling. I advise you to always check your order before driving away, make sure your food is what you actually ordered and your beverage is made correctly. Unpleasant experiences here have been increasingly common in recent months. Oftentimes, orders are wrong, misheard, or made incorrectly. Whatever the cause may be, these types of situations seem to be much more prevalent here than at other establishments. It is important to note, however, that staff members are quick to rectify issues should you bring them up - at least until recently. There has been confusion regarding the Dunkin' app and it's free beverage system that has become unnecessarily complicated. In short, purchasing food or beverage items at Dunkin' will earn you points, which can be converted into a free beverage every month or so. As a regular, this system worked quite well and was always an incentive to ignore the possibility of an incorrect order and come here. Still, the system is not without it's flaws. One unfortunate example of this was when the free beverage coupon was redeemed for a matcha latte. Somehow, after scanning the QR code that was supposed to guarantee a free beverage, 53¢ still remained to be payed. Due to this being the first time in a year that something like this has happened, a simple question was asked: "why?" This was also unknown to the employees at the time, who bluntly stated that they did not know, and that 53¢ was still due. After some more confusion and a lack of an attempt to give an answer beyond "I don't know", one of the employees said that they would pay for it, pushed the drink through the window, and said goodbye. Now, I understand that working in a drive through is difficult and can be frustrating. What I do not understand or appreciate is how there was no explanation of the issue or any advice on how to rectify it. Thankfully, that was only one of a handful of unfortunate experiences there over the last few months. I have worked here for a short period of time. The employees are teenagers with a few older employees. For the most part, until a rush, everyone works well. But once business starts to pick up you can tell the Manager on duty, Zack mostly, gets visibly and audibly frustrated. You would think a MANAGER would have a calm, cool, and collected attitude. He's the leader of the pack. If things we sent out wrong, or time was a little delayed be would stop whatever he was doing (wasting time) and YELLING at the employees to do better or he will fire them. I laughed to myself as I was also working full time elsewhere, so go ahead, fire me. These employees don't deserve to be yelled at and belittle like that. The demand is very high and that can stress people out. Either hire people who can work well under pressure or hire a better manager. I quit a couple days after him threatening to fire everyone because nobody deserves to have to hear that when they're just trying to earn a living. The back work area is just a disaster. Very poor design. If you're working at the drive thru you will not be able to see who is at the front counter. You will be told to stay at your station if you dare try to help out your coworkers. This is why everything gets put out wrong and coffees are given to the wrong person. THERE IS NO STRUCTURE ON THE INSIDE. Do not blame the employees, they're trying. Blame the managers for not stepping up. Blame the owners for not giving a shit about anything but pushing out product and dumping money into their pockets. read more
