I usually dont like leaving negative reviews because I know food service is tough but this was rough. I ordered through the app as a little treat for myself because I usually dont have the money to buy this kind of stuff. I placed the order for a specific time so it would be good when I got there. The drive through line was pretty long and took a while to get through but it was the morning so I understand. When we got to the window the lady working it was very sarcastic. I know she was probably just trying to be funny and quick but it came off a little rude. My boyfriend had ordered a coffee on top of my mobile order and she handed him that but when he tried to say he also had the mobile order she closed the window. After a minute she opened it back up and started handing him another person order. He handed it back and said he had the mobile order for me. She said he needed to tell her the name...he was trying to. Finally, they hand my stuff to him but they dont have the donut I ordered. No biggie, so I ask for a cream filled maple instead. They said alright and sent me on my way with a donut that had no cream :/. Hashbrowns were cold and the sweet foam on my coffee had dissolved by the time I got my order. Back after a few years, 7.18 for 2 drinks! Inflation is a thing but I still think some maxwell house is a better value. If you want to get crazy throw it in a pitcher in the fridge add some ice and milk and sugar and shake it a bit and 7.18 will make you a week worth of iced coffees. This trip was speedier, 2 cars in front and only 4 minutes... dang I was just getting into that podcast and I had to pause to pay. My husband walked in on a Sunday morning (10 AM) to buy us some donuts. There were two workers talking and at least one was packing a box of donuts, probably for one of the cars in the long line outside. Neither of the workers acknowledged my husband standing there, but they kept on talking to each other about their nails. My husband waited at least 10 minutes, then walked out. I love DD and I love this location. It's busy during the morning rush so I try to order 'On-The-Go' using the app and I usually get in and out. Sometimes there is a long line but it's to be expected. It moves pretty quickly because they are very efficient. The older lady at the window is super awesome as well and she is there every morning. I typically order a French Vanilla Iced coffee with flavor shots with no cream or sugar. It taste amazing! It's still sweet and full of flavor. Makes my morning awesome!! read more

I spent a few hours here today working on homework while waiting for my son to finish an appointment - and the customer service is some of the worst that I have ever seen. Usually I love Dunkin - coffee, donuts, sandwiches - you name it! But when I arrived here today, I waited at the counter for over 2 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I placed 3 different orders in the 4 hours I spent here - and each time it was the same thing - meanwhile there were at least 4 people behind the counter at all times. And its not like they were slammed. THEN! I say "excuse me" to one of the girls behind the counter 3 different times to ask a simple question and she snaps back with a HANG ON!!! - uh or not. Besides that, I can't even count how many people drove away from the drive thru window or left without ordering because they literally do not have ANY donuts. There were even people who came in and left without ordering anything because the selection was so bare. I will avoid choosing this Dunkin in the future. read more

This Dunkin, while not a local chain, still treats Tallmadge well. Their drive through service is very good, almost better than their counter service. They have never gotten a drink order wrong (I ordered a lot of iced coffee and am the kind that often has special requests). However, they occasionally get food orders wrong in the drive through. I've had about 10 breakfast sandwiches from here over the past year and would say they've only gotten it wrong once, and burned my bread once. However, overall, I think this Dunkin offers timely, friendly service, so I approve! As a side note, I've tried to work on my computer here once, and it is a somewhat noisy work atmosphere. The sounds aren't louder than your average coffee house, but the employees seem to enjoy talking across the store (hey! glad they like their co-workers!). read more

There's nothing like having a tween ask to take your order & then decide to interrupt you to yell over your head & talk to her friends about who parked where- awesome sauce! The lack of selection of donuts was just icing on the cake. I stopped at this Dunkin' Donuts two days in a row after being in town for an event at the fairgrounds. I am not from the area. My family and I frequent our local Dunkin' Donuts where I am from several times per week, as we have for several years. The first day that I went to this Dunkin' Donuts, I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and iced coffee, and a hot tea which I asked to be poured over ice. Not sure why Dunkin does not offer more variety of iced tea flavors. They obliged, and gave me the tea and a large cup of ice just as I had asked. I also asked for a small cup of whipped cream for my dog in the car. She knows what a drive thru is, and frankly, she expects it. I returned to the same Dunkin' Donuts today on my way out of town. When asked for the same order as the day before, I was told two things: They were on able to make the tea and pour it over ice, and they "do not give out cups of whip cream for dogs at any Dunkin locations". I am not one to argue but simply stated "I have gotten a cup of whipped cream for my dog at dozens of Dunkin' locations on the East Coast, and have never been given no for an answer". If you as a corporation do not want to give out with cream for dogs to your loyal customers, that is your choice. But, you cannot be inconsistent and offer it at most locations but not at others. In the end, I offered my disappointed dog a couple of ice cubes. Not a substitute for whip cream as you can imagine. Secondly, I asked for medium hot hibiscus tea to be poured over ice. I mentioned that I had been there the morning before and they were able to make it, but I was told today that "they were on able to pour any tea over ice". I asked if they could simply make the tea and give me a cup of large ice. I again was met with the finance quoteand said I could "only be given a small cup of ice". I am currently Drinking about half of it he poured over the ice, as there is no more space in the cup for my medium tea. Real sensible right? I'm not sure if it was the crew working at this Dunkin' Donuts today that were just being exceptionally ornery, or what was going on. I did not ask for anything major in my opinion. My family and I have spent thousands of dollars at Dunkin' Donuts over the last several years and have never been met with such attitude. I don't think I've ever been given so much attitude at any fast food restaurant actually. Thankfully I do not live close by and will not have to deal with this Dunkin location again. If I'm ever in town again I will not return to this location due to my experience today. Management, please teach your employees how to treat customers with respect. If there is something they "cannot do" due to your rules, they should state it nicely and not question and roll their eyes when they're requested something by the customer. I am not in sales, but isn't the customer always right? Happy customers = more sales. Seems like a no brainer to me. read more

I've eaten here on numerous occasions and I leave disappointed EVERY single time. As I know coffee is supposed to be hot.. This coffee is so hot that i can't drink it until I'm already to work or already back at home. And you can forget about cheating and taking a quick sip- mouth torched. I went through the drive thru a few days ago and wow were they fast! I ordered a snickerdoodle iced coffee (amazing!) and a blueberry bagel with cream cheese. My order was ready by the time I got to the window to pay. How is that even possible?! My total was $4.25. They even toasted the bagel. Would you like some coffee with your sugar and cream? Every time I come here I ask for light sugar and light cream. Every time I get normal cream and a ton of sugar. Use a teaspoon or some form of measurement please. At least to me I would imagine if someone asks for light sugar they would use less than a teaspoon, not two tablespoons. Today my wife went to this location. While the service was okay and friendly, there were only 2 female employees working. One on the front register and one on the drive thru. My wife had ordered a chicken croissant and it sat on the counter while the two girls rang up customers. The girl from the drive thru finally put gloves on, without washing her hands, and made my wife's sandwich. If you are expecting any of the good donuts, especially glazed donuts, be prepared to be there within the first three hours they are open. The store looks great but aside from that, it doesn't have much going for it. I get the same iced latte every single time I go and it has never been consistent. I don't understand why it's so hard to measure a drink properly. It's always too sweet or too bitter. My mind is blown every time I go there only to be told they are out of donuts. My last visit two days ago around 5 PM, I was told they were out of every single donut. I could understand every once in a while, but it's all the time.
