This Dunks is great! Every time is a pleasant experience: the coffee is always great, and the store is super efficient. Great spot!

    Muchkins are our fave!

The girls who work here are always awesome. They are super fast and friendly. I always use the app which makes it go faster and when we go on the weekends, we go inside and get a box full of muchkins and order they hash browns. They're awesome.

I like this Dunkin. They have never gotten my order wrong and I am specific about the pumps they put in because I cant have much sugar. The staff is super friendly and conversational. They seem to be having a good time. Everything always seems fresh as well and doesn't take a long time. A staff member was training and he was very attentive and helpful to him. They even toasted my muffin for me! I'm not a huge fan of the location in terms or the drive thru is difficult and its one big room inside where the tables are kinda cramped near one another so no real quiet conversations over coffee to be had here and there isn't much space to wait in line either I will continue to frequent this place when I'm in the area.

My 6 donuts from this afternoon, minus the one I stole on my way back to work!

We go here 3-4 times a week. The staff is always friendly & usually pretty knowledgeable around the different new flavors of coffees. We love trying all of the new flavors that they roll out every other month or so. This month it's smores & coconut cream. Both are delicious. Our only issue is we wish there was a way to order our favorite flavors from days gone by...Heath flavored iced coffee, anyone?! So good but you can't get it any longer. The breakfast sandwiches are put together once you order them & have consistently tasted great. Now to the good stuff...... the donuts! I always order 6 and end up eating only one. They all look so dang good! But I can only get one in my mouth before I'm full. So my co-workers really like me. They just wish my eyes were even.more than my stomach & I order 12 instead of 6! Their corporate app is also pretty great. It's super easy to use & so easy to earn enough points for a free drink. I'll see you guys here tomorrow morning!

You serve a stick of butter on your food? This is your standard?

We did a long run and wanted a quick breakfast afterwards without feeling like crap, Yelp to the rescue...so we stopped in the nourishing nook for a quick bite and caffeine hit. The menu was simple, offering a combination of breakfast and lunch options with juices and plenty of caffeine. We opted for breakfast basics, the avocado toast was a big serving, perfectly ripe avocados with a hint of lemon, delicious. My husband loved the maple sausage egg sandwich with cheese. Now on to the star, the chai was fantastic hot and spicy and the coffees, even got it to go, were fresh ground and made to order. If you need to host an event, they event have a gathering room in the back of the cafe. My only downside is when food is being prepared and gloves are worn on both hands, you are still touching every surface, utensils, toasters etc and my food...one glove and use the free hand to touch everything else.

I believe they need more training and supervision for faster production rate. Otherwise would revisit and have them expedite my order.

Coffee or tea in a place most people wouldn't think is a college town - 1 of 2…read more This coffeehouse, Rise and Grind, came up on a search when I was in this immediate area. I chuckle at all the names coffeehouses come up with that have the word grind or ground in them. It's a lot like how places that cut hair seem to work in the word(s) sheer and/or shear. The college here is private Baldwin-Wallace University which may have had a religious denomination closer to its founding, but, at this juncture, appears to be more secular. It's actually a few miles east of Rise and Grind, closer to the older town center, and offers instruction in a broader range of fields than one might expect. I saw that this coffeehouse got very good reviews and, with its big parking lot near a major gym, I thought I'd take a look. Parking was easy and, upon entering, one sees it's both a physically and personally welcoming place. The store is lengthy, so one can sit in the front half or the back half, which is more suitable for larger groups, but I chose the table I selected for its proximity to outlets and the counter. On what was a warmer day, I opted for iced tea and an orange frosted donut. The brand of unsweetened iced tea was very good and the orange donut was delicious. I could have eaten another one. Beyond chocolate donuts, this is probably my favorite flavor and one doesn't often come across orange frosted donuts. The service was very amicable. The prices are in line with what others running independent coffeehouses would charge. In fact, I'm starting to like independent coffeehouses more and more for a multitude of reasons, one being that they now handily compete with the chains and have more character. Rise and Grind falls in between 4 and 5 stars, but it tilts to 5 stars because of the tidiness and pleasing ambiance of the store, the apparent vibe that this is a labor of love for the proprietors, and even for having that orange frosted donut.

I recently visited here and I thought it was definitely worth the 5 stars! I came on a Friday morning, and there was no line. There's a parking lot, which is always helpful. Lots of fun drink combinations. I can't remember which latte I ended up going with, but it was sooooo good!!! The sizes are huge though, so just a heads up! There were some food choices. Seemed like healthy options and some pastries. I would have loved a breakfast sandwich without a meat option, but they all seemed to have meat on them. I could have asked for a custom sandwhich, but our barista wasn't very friendly. Not rude or anything!!! Just didn't smile or say hi. Just stared at us. Not a big deal, just not very welcoming! (Maybe she hadn't had her own coffee yet haha). There were lots of different seating options all decorated differently. Lots of different styles, but seemed like an overall safari theme, maybe. (I was obsessed with that cute little elephant and I want one!!!) On the way out, the guy who was working was super friendly to us! Seemed very kind and personable. He made me smile! Overall, I would definitely come back ! I really enjoyed it here !

I stopped in last minute while out running errands. I was seated immediately on a busy Saturday late morning and greeted right after. The menu is fantastic. Great options, wonderful seasonal specials. (Short rib omelette?! Hell yes!) I wanted basic, so I built my own omelette with a side of bacon and a hot tea. They have a great drink menu- coffee, specialty cocoas, tea, cocktails, mocktails, and refreshers. I was on my way to see a friend, so I grabbed us each a refresher to go. My meal was out in just minutes. Expertly prepared, fresh and delicious. Also a very nice portion. Sourdough toast was excellent. Generous filling for the omelette too. The only drawback was a common plight for strip mall restaurants- entrance that opens straight into the dining room. No foyer or vestibule means the cold January air nipped you in the face every time that front door opened. On cold days, get a table in the back. I'd like to highlight the mocktail concept, too. I often want a spirited drink but don't imbibe booze often. I love that they have offerings. The entire staff was so nice and helpful. I can't wait to come back!

Miss Hickory's Tea Room is a quaint tea house right next to the scenic Mill Stream Run Reservation…read more There's a softness to the place with its charming teapots and tea cups, pastel color scheme, and themed tea rooms. I had the loveliest afternoon tea with my mom at Miss Hickory's. AMBIANCE: You'll step back into the 1900's with time-specific decor and waitresses' attire. Miss Hickory's occupies a mid-1800s farmhouse that was owned by the first blacksmith in Strongsville, William Weller. The current owners preserved the historic charm, transformed the farm house into multi-room tea house. There are two main dining areas on the first floor, and multiple gorgeous themed tea rooms upstairs (like the Gathering Room and Storybook Tea Room). The interior contains a lot of refurbished and vintage furniture, charming housewares, and decor. Think pastels, florals, and lace. The space comfortably accommodates big groups and pairs. Small parking lot is available onsite, consider car pulling if attending with a large group. RESERVATIONS: I personally despise the commitment of reservations, but the process here is very easy. I emailed the tea house, received same day email response, and was not charged to hold the reservation. The tea room space started filling very quickly at open, so it's best to reserve your space. FOOD/TEA: Multi-page menu will accommodate all types of tastes. Find another seasonal menu at your table with all the flavors of the season. The menu contains signature plates, sandwiches, soups, sides, sweets, desserts, and beverages. You can have anything from a full tea feast to no tea at all equally enjoying your time. If you're a tea connoisseur, read all tea descriptions at the end of the menu. We ordered Miss Hickory's High Tea Sampler ($23 per person) that contains a shareable 3-tier serving tray with finger sandwiches, wonton cups, strawberries, scones, sweets, and crème. While I have seen larger portions at other tea houses, the food amount was very filling. Everything was extremely fresh, much fresher than experienced at other tea houses. I most enjoyed the walnut scones, they were so delicious! The standalone menu items seemed expensive and were served in very small quantities based on our observation of other guests. I don't think that ordering standalone items offers value. My mom thought that the experience was pricey, while I think it's about at market price. Since the tea is not included in the sampler, we ordered and shared two tea pots - Loose Leaf Arctic Berry and Black Currant ($4 per teapot with refills but no sharing). They were served with a tea warmer which was incredible, I love me some hot tea! The flavors started out very mild then evolved during our experience due to longer steeping. We agreed that Arctic Berry was our favorite tea. If you're not into loose leaf teas, you'll discover a very long Twinings selection. EXPERIENCE FOR KIDS: Many guests arrived with kids who were very enthusiastic about tea parties. They wore adorable matching outfits. Kids received their own tea experience - tiny tea cups and teapot. It was really cute! The room upstairs (Storybook Tea Room) seems to well accommodate anyone with children, has fairytales book, and play tea set. I can envision an adorable children's tea party in this space. SERVICE: The service is extremely attentive. Five stars! Our waitress was so kind, efficient, and just generally pleasant. She presented us with a demo of additional desserts for purchase at the end of the dining experience. One of them was Bridgerton-inspired Mille-feuille! We didn't have any more room for desserts, but they looked really elaborate! The owner inquired how our experience was at the end of our afternoon tea as well which felt especially welcoming. SHOP: The tea house has a small shopping area by the entrance. The cutest things are tea cup cards with tea bags! We loved our calm and delicious afternoon tea. We plan to return during nature's more scenic seasons like winter or the vibrant time of fall. I think that the views by the tea house will be unmatched. I have to say that it's one of my best tea house experiences.

I love adeni tea and went to try this place. We ended up ordering something different and may now have a new favorite. The tea was hot, sweet , and flavorful. To start, from the time we placed our order to the time we received it was 30 minutes. My order included a pastry, coffee, and sandwich, which could almost be forgivable; however, my sister placed a separate order for 2 pastries and a coffee. That should not take 30 minutes. It was a Tuesday afternoon, not terribly busy. After 30 minutes, we had 4 hangry kids who had been asking about their chocolate cake for... well 30 minutes. Next, onto the pastries. $15 a piece is absurd, but my fault not doing the research into price, so I will not fault them for that, only myself. I will fault them for the pastries being rock solid. We got an edible cup and a strawberry. Both were rock hard, and the experience eating them was not enjoyable at all. We were using our plastic spoons as a pick-axe, just trying to get a bite. It is impossible to get a bite of all the layers this way, which defeats the purpose. The kids shared the chocolate cake, thank god that was not frozen solid. Finally, to my butter chicken croissant. The butter chicken part was shredded chicken in the sauce, spread thinner than Dunkin' Donuts spreads their cream cheese. If I had scraped it all off into a pile, it would be about 2 tablespoons of chicken, and that is not an exaggeration. Kids were starving by this point- they were out of the hot dog on the menu, which is what we expected to feed them. I resigned and figured they could try the butter chicken, but for $11 it was not enough to even feed one kid. Thank goodness it included about 10 potato chips on the side, which held them over as we promised to stop for food for them on the way home. All in all- if our food had come out in 10-15 minutes (generous amount of time for coffee and pastry), had it not been frozen, and had I had at least a quarter cup of butter chicken, I could maybe give this place 3-4 stars, and just warn others on the price. However, neither the service nor food nor price was acceptable given the quality, and I am disappointed we wasted an hour of our day and $60 of our hard earned money here.
