Every time I come through there is almost always a problem. Today I decided to stop by. My first time going through the drive through the workers threw all of our food in the bag our hashbrowns were scattered everywhere, they also messed up our drinks, which we didn't realize till after. We then got out of the drive through and one of our bagels were messed up so we had to go back through and get that changed. When we were eating our bagels they were stale, it tasted like it could've been days old biting into was like biting into a rock. On top of that our hasbrowns that were scattered everywhere were soggy, ripped apart and stuck together. Please never come to this dunkin for food, I have never written a review like this but the amount of times I have experienced problems with this Dunkin' is unacceptable. On a side note the girl that works some of the mornings is always very very rude I think her name is Claudia she is always giving everyone in the drive through sass and gets fed up after you order more then one thing Because she always rushing to get out and the customer can DEFINITELY tell. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. I tried to use my pouts for a free latte but after scanning my QR code and using ALL of my 900 points they told me I couldn't use it in the coffee I ordered and did not issue a refund. That's okay... mistakes happen. Then they made my coffee wrong TWICE and when I went inside to ask for it to be fixed the girl behind the counter complained to her coworkers saying "now the girlfriend is in here". Incredibly rude. Worst service every time. Ordered 4 donuts and they just mashed the loose donuts in a bag (not even wrapped in the little parchment paper to keep them from getting messed up). This is absurd at this point. I come here so often for my morning coffee and a little breakfast and the staff is always so nasty and can't be bothered and they hand you your food all mangled and undercooked. Can this Dunkin get any worse? The only reason I go there is that it is on my way to school. But multiple times, and on multiple occasions, this sad excuse of a Dunkin has mixed up my orders, or has not given me part of my order, and almost always refuses to give me a receipt. Not to mention the workers here act like they are doing you a favor by serving you. But today was the worst. As I pulled up the drive-through window the employee was combative from the beginning, "what do you need?" she asked. When I said I wanted to a sandwich with croissants, she cut me off mid-sentence and said, "I got no croissants." Okay, so I say, what have you got as a replacement. She sighs, exasperatedly, and condescendingly starts saying, bagels, English muffins, etc. So I order a bagel, instead of croissants. Then I order a black tea. Say it twice, a hot black tea. She then repeats, TWICE, "hot, black?" And I say yes twice. And pull up to the drive-through window. And just like 5 other times, when they give me my order, it is a BLACK COFFEE. Black coffee. So I say to the nice guy who is working on the window, "hey man you mixed up my order." At which point the rude woman appears on the window and says "what's the problem," as I describe my issue, she cuts me off and says, "I repeated your order twice." And I said, yes, I ordered hot black tea, and you said hot, black twice and I said yes. And by the way, this is not the first time this has happened. She then proceeds to roll her eyes and say okay pull up to the front and we will bring you your order. I refuse and wait at the drive-through until they bring me my order. Like seriously, what kind of incompetent fools are they hiring at this location, who act like they are doing you a favor by serving you drinks. Recently visited this Dunkin Location and was not happy with my experience. My order was taken by a friendly female employee but when I had gotten up to the window the Male employee had a bad attitude, overcharged me (however was refunded) and handed me my food carelessly causing my breakfast sandwich to dismantle in the bag. My order is a Large hot one cream with a turkey sausage egg and cheese bagel. Can't mess that up so don't know how he did. Great Customer Service from the two ladies at the drive-thru. I didn't know DD served turkey sausage on their Wake-up Wraps until my interaction with them and it was a great decision! Food was better than expected along with a perfect amount of sugar in my iced green tea. Would definitely come back. P.S. - they actually greeted me with a smile. I am a college student and the first semester this Dunkin was my go to most mornings but since then they have gone downhill. The past three times I have ordered hot coffee it has been cold every single time and this morning I got a stale bacon egg and cheese croissant with bacon so burnt it was literally black. When I took it out of the bag the first thing I noticed was a burnt smell and the croissant was hard as a rock. The drinks have also not been consistent because my go to drink tastes very different every time I order it. My roommate and I are not impressed and now go to a further Dunkin or Starbucks to get our morning coffee. read more

I visit this Dunks frequently because it's off campus and has a drive thru. I think that's about where my loyalty ends. When I order frozen coffees from there, they often don't blend well. There's huge chunks of ice that plug up your straw. We've had them forget parts of our order, only to realize it after we'd gotten home. The last two times I've gone, they've forgotten part of my order, but I knew right away. The first time I was handed my coffee and then didn't leave because I was waiting for my coffee roll. The woman looked at me incredulously and said "what are you waiting for?" I said "a coffee roll." She looked at the receipt and said she didn't charge me for it. I said ok then, but she stormed over to the case, got one, and tossed it toward me saying "I'm not worried about it." Granted, I wasn't given a receipt so I don't know if that's true or not. Today, I ordered a coffee and a sandwich. The woman at the window disappeared and came back with my sandwich. Then, again, I didn't move. She asks what else I ordered, and I said a coffee. As I was taking to her an arm came around the corner and placed my coffee on the counter. I said an iced coffee with cream and Splenda. The woman at the window was a bit impatient and said "Iced Or hot?" And I said iced. She whipped around, grabbed it and handed it to me. Again, I wasn't given a receipt. Overall, I've found service at this dunks to be subpar at best. When I've gone a bit further down 195 and gone to the one at the Mobile, they've always been chipper and eager to help. Did not have the item I ordered, which was noticed by the cashier who went to correct the mistake. I got my order and left, but noticed afterwards that napkins had been placed over the food in the bag and that the order was in fact still wrong. Why not just tell me you don't have the thing I want instead of intentionally trying to deceive me by hiding the mistake? Apparently the cashier wasn't in on their scheme the first time, but they must have convinced her that lying was the right thing to do. It isn't the fact that they didn't have what I wanted. I am not the type of person to get upset over donuts and coffee, but I don't expect employees to deliberately try to trick me. read more
