Something different for a change. Normally I'm at Dunkin' Donuts for a cup of coffee and some Donuts but have never got around to trying the Sandwich items on their menu board. Today i decided to give it a shot and stopped in at lunchtime. Walked in and there was only one other customer sitting in a corner with a cup of coffee. No other cars in the parking lot and not traffic in the drive thru. No one at the counter and I began to get worried. What happen to everyone? Finally from deep in the back, a lady walked out carrying a tray of fresh donuts to restock the shelves. She seemed kind of shocked to see me. A minute later, another gentleman walked out from the same area. In any case, I ordered a Big N' Toasted which is egg, bacon and cheese served on Texas Toast and a cup of their excellent coffee. She served the coffee immediately and I went to find a seat and check my emails. About 3 minutes later she showed up with my sandwich and I chose to eat it there rather than take it back. Sandwich was very good although I had to wait for it to cool off before I could eat it. It was that fresh right out of the over. Sandwich was tasty, had a good texture and was the perfect size portion for lunch. Service was timely and this store has only been here for probably around 3 years so it's still neat and clean. Traffic patterns make it a bit of a challenge to get into but worth the effort if you're looking for something a little different for lunch. read more

Understaffed and very unprofessional. The staff were literally a bunch of high school students who had no idea what to do. I ordered a wake up wrap and a bacon egg and cheese bagel and it took over 25 minutes to receive. I didn't even order drinks out of fear that those would take another 25 minutes to receive. Ok. They have donut in their name but don't seem to have any when you go to get one. They are slow the employees are not energetic. Most coffees I've bought here are not well made. When the Starbucks, literally 100 feet away, is closed because of Covid, Dunkin can't generate a line. That's a sign to brew your own coffee when you get home. read more

I came through the drive-through this morning, October 9, around 7:45. They were not especially busy. For the second time in a row, I was treated with rudeness and disrespect by the young lady working the window. She does not make eye contact. She handed me my coffee with the words, "here." My bagel was ready and she handed me that bag in complete silence. No smile, no thank you. And, no napkins. I asked when I first pulled up for the senior discount which she completely ignored--well, except for the one-word response, "no." I adore Dunkin coffee but I think since Starbucks is just down the street, I will start going there. This Dunkin seems to be better than some of the others (this one and Mocksville are the only ones I like). The drinks are usually right on point, but make sure you stir your coffee! I've noticed that just about every single location basically just empties the ingredients into the cup and doesn't mix it! Sugar and flavoring is always at the bottom! I'm not usually a big iced coffee drinker, but yesterday I had an iced snickerdoodle macchiato, and it was very good! Paired with a pumpkin spice donut, yum! I NEVER drink their frozen coffees because they are WAY too sweet. If you're like me and tend to travel around, make sure to NEVER EVER go to the Clemmons location across from Dairi-o. None of the employees there speak English and will get your order wrong, or make your drink wrong every single time!!!!! read more

I don't make a review normally unless it's a repeat bad experience. This location has been horrible in customer service on multiple occasions. Tonight in particular, they closed early and lied and told me they closed at 9. I arrived at 9:53pm. Then I told them I saw on the website they closed at 10 and the story changed to oh our inside closes at 9 and the drive through at 10. I said well what time is it now? They said oh it's 9:54 but we have already counted the cash. Granted, the lights were off and had the appearance of being closed. It is late and I do understand no one wants a customer this late. However, on a previous occasion, my wife and son were going to join me for ice cream, but the lobby closed early, so I had to settle for drive through ice cream. On top of that, in another experience, while ordering coffee (terrible quality), and then ice cream, a young girl helping us asked what we would like, then ignored us and had a completely different conversation about her boyfriend with another employee. After this, I went back up to the counter to order a doughnut, and a girl was crouched down behind the counter on her cell phone. I stood for 2-3 minutes with no help until I finally called out for someone. So...I went to cookout tonight. Oh well! I have never been one to complain about a business online until now. This place has been going down hill for the past couple of years. When it 1st opened I was so excited now I can not even stand the sight of the place. The building needs to be painted but that is not my complaint, the staff is beyond RUDE. When they 1st opened the people who worked there cared about their job and took the time to make sure you were happy with your order. Those people are clearly no longer there because on my past 2 visits my orders have been wrong and the person serving me has been so rude I just ask for a refund. The 1st time the cashier refused to stop talking as I was ordering through the drive thru and then when I got to the window she was trash talking me and acting like I had never gone through a drive thru before and like I could not hear her. She refused to stop talking to the other employees and just stuck her hand out the window to take my money, never told me how much it was or greeted me. She threw my change at me and slammed the window. I sat there for a second and the manager (who has been there for a long time) said he was sorry and took care of the situation, as I drove away I could hear her getting in trouble for being rude to the customers. Today was my last straw with them and I will NEVER be going back there. I placed my order and the cashier confirmed what I wanted. I got to the window and she yelled the price at me and shoved a cup in my hand. I told her that it was the wrong thing and she said that everything is in the flavor I ordered and I didn't know what I was talking about. Half of this conversation was with her back to me and the rest was with her yelling at me. As I started to tell her I would take what she made but to please ring up what I actually wanted (I knew my husband would drink it) she turned her back on me and walked away. Worst dunkin ever!! Ordered a turkey slice breakfast sandwich (which they took off the menu just last week) and the cashier looked at me like I was crazy. She said "I just started and have no idea what you are talking about." Once we got past that, I tried to order my decaf ice mocha and she said they don't make decaf iced anything. WHAT? It says on the sign 'available in regular or decaf', besides I've ordered at least one a week for the last 2 years. She just replied "I just do what they tell me and we don't make decaf iced. Crazy!
