Same girls, remodeled store. It has met with my approval and I think the ladies like it too. It seems so roomy and new comfortable seats that are not too comfortable so you can't get out of them plenty of places to sit like I said it seems so much more roomy and it's very bright. When I was much younger, and I drank a lot if I needed to sober up, I would go to Dunkin donuts as they called it back then. If you drink and you're a little bit drunk and you don't wanna get a ticket, you should come here and sober up because it's brighter than any Dunkin I've been in. It's good if you like to read I like the fact that it's very bright. There's less cups for sale and they got plenty of ice cream cakes. I think they call the freezer the cakery. I took an outdoor picture and a picture of the ladies like I said I had a lot more pictures, but I was having a hard time uploading them. Come on over and check out the remodel. I think you'll like it. I found I'm falling in love with those little hashbrowns. They're quite the bargain and with the new oven they're so crispy. read more

As always, this is a Dunkin' so you pretty much know what to expect. Out of the ones I frequent, this one usually has the longest and slowest lines. The service isn't always as happy and kind as the other locations as well. It is conveniently located by Target, if it wasn't, I would probably choose the other locations first over this one. Really good. So many Dunkin' Donuts put so little oat milk in my coffee this one didn't.

They do not clean their machines and the coffee is terrible because of the dirty machines. There are other Dunkin' Donuts that actually do their job and clean their machines but this one on commercial by the Home Depot is shameful and terrible. It's true to all the bad reviews Sunday 9:35 am line around building Parked stood in line 1 cashier (either new or clueless) had to repeat my order multiple times put receipt in pocket she forgot the order . Short staffed I saw the last car in line get their order before me. This place 2 to 3 yrs ago was busy and efficient and full of sit down regulars! Not no more. I wouldn't recommend Springhill Dunkin they go through so much help and can't get orders right can't place coffee in holders without bending bottoms and now with new cups they don't place anything over the tops so it has spilled on my wife's car seats a few times because they say they are out of plastic caps to stop the coffee from bouncing out. I get 3 coffees at a time . I gave them to many chances snd all corporate days is I'm sorry. I'm not looking for any handouts I just want what I pay for but it won't be from there anymore. read more

Ok, here we go! This Dunkin location was great when it first opened years ago, but quality of product and service has dropped drastically most recently. Donuts are not always fresh and coffee is horrendous. Bacon and egg sandwiches are flavorless and bagels have the consistency of foam rubber. Staff is not the best trained crew in coffee preparation. Ordered a plain latte today and girl behind counter asked , "no cream and no sugar?", are you kidding me?!?!? If staff doesn't know how to prepare different coffee types, get them out of there. The latte was gross, tasted like the espresso beans were burned and milk was not steamed. I don't think I'll be returning to this place anymore. Good bye! read more

"Kasey" is the rudest thing I've ever dealt with. They completely screwed our entire order up. We called to inform them. "Kasey" answered and she wanted to get loud and started screaming and acting ratchet on the phone. Threats were made, names were called, and zero resolution occurred. She wanted to sit there and lie about her name saying it was other things. I still think the name Kasey is a bs, fake name. This is about the fifth or sixth time they've completely screwed our order up and because it's the only Dunkin' Donuts on DoorDash, we have no choice but to go through them. We went to this Dunkin' Donuts the morning of July 11th. The "older" cashier was unfriendly, got our order wrong and seemed annoyed that we asked for water to go with our SEVEN drink orders. The "dark" coffee was weak and we'd probably be better off going to McDonalds. Overall... I'm done with Dunkin'. Not usually a fan of corporate Starbucks, but at least they have good coffee and usually excellent staff. Whoever said this one is the best DD in town is drunk. I worked 4 buildings down and used to go before work and during by break, and I probably got the correct drink 2 or 3 times (out of probably close to 100, slightly exaggerated but not by a lot unfortunately). It was the biggest joke at work. To this day when someone messes up a food order I laugh and think "you should go check out DD on 19!", old coworkers and I still use it in jokes. Parking lot and drive thru is a cluster and a half, service is as fast as they can be with the volume, accuracy is crap. This really is the best Dunkin donuts in Hernando county! They stay very busy at a good location, but the turn around is very fast! Great service and food orders are always perfect. The girls are rude. They seem flustered and mad most of the time. The latest girl just handed me my receipt without even looking at me. No smile. No thank you. Nothing. I'm not sure what I did but she was not happy. I've had drinks that were wrong from here but that's not a big deal.. Mistakes happen but it seems to be happening a lot lately. This location never gets my ice coffee order right. I don't believe they have been trained properly. The last few times, I have gone in and requested the order be corrected. Even after multiple attempts with the same request, they can't get it right. Please retrain your employees. They are all friendly and helpful but they don't know how to fill the correct amounts of cream and flavor. read more
