Pretty good, the average Dunkin' experience with decent service, and great drinks! Nearby and from when I've been in, it's been clean :)

Not a bad DD, the pick up was kind of crowded but given the volume of business I can understand.

This place is unassuming and off modest, so I thought what can go wrong with donuts and tacos?…read moreAbsolutely nothing, this place is cravable in the best way! The cashier recommended the mahi-mahi and the chicken tacos. Both exceeded my expectations, but I think I prefer the mahi-mahi. The shredded chicken was juicy and tender though. The mini donuts were next level; they put carnival mini donuts to shame. I ordered the Boston cream because that's my favorite kind of doughnut. I inhaled these things; they were melt-in-your-mouth soft, sweet, and made to order so they were incredibly fresh. I can see people coming here in droves after a night of drinking, but everything was delicious sober and in the . I'm so glad I came here! Side note - I forgot to take a picture of the mahi-mahi taco and the donuts because I ate them so quickly. I ordered the chicken taco after I ate both of those.

We got two types of donuts, the maple bacon, and the blueberry hibiscus. The maple bacon was very bacon forward, you really couldn't taste any maple. The blueberry hibiscus were flavored with flavor crystals rather than actual blueberries or anything else really. But both donuts were lovely and freshly made all the tacos were great except my mahi tacos. The fish unfortunately was dry as a bone. They do have tables along the wall to sit at and some tables outside to sit out if you're there for lunch. There is typically a line out the door, so I wouldn't suggest thinking that you were going to find a table. This place is definitely more geared toward take out orders. Fresca's were super delicious! I got the passionfruit, but I preferred the guava. Everything was nicely flavored and they had a nice assortment of hot sauces.

It was a very cute cafe /bakery and idk if they make their desserts but if they do- great job! Im happy either way and the birthday boy said the cannolis were perfect.

Both the pecan pastry and the raspberry cheese danish were great! No complaints! Where this place falls right off the cliff is service. It's cold and rude. No if's ands or but's about it. And after my experience, I went and read all the reviews. This is a thing apparently. And to make it worse, the owner, instead of apologizing with humility and concern to the guests that keep him in business instead writes entitled zero accountability messages back to patrons after leaving bad reviews. Honestly that's immature and short sighted. The good will of the public doesn't last forever. But on the other hand, if you desperately miss the rudeness of Europe then this is truly the place for you!

But if I lived in Saratoga Springs, UG seems like a worthy successor. I can't comment on their vast bagel stash - poutine and fried chicken is enough for the day - or their beverages beyond the enjoyable caramel vanilla coffee. But I can praise the infrastructure. The line looked intimidating but they kept it moving. Since my biggest gripe for non-Starbucks purveyors is the lack of a condiment bar I was impressed by the options here like simple syrup and almond and oat milk.

Always love the atmosphere and has been my favorite coffee shop for 30 years…read more Service is always wonderful, fast and efficient. Where things are frustrating is (1) the pricing for gluten free options (2) lack of gluten free options. Patrons have to get creative to accommodate a low-glycemic index diet or a gluten free diet. Almost every single soup has gluten now a days. There was a time when soups were the only gluten free option. They've raised the price of a side of grilled chicken to $8.00, which is insane for 3 oz of chicken. That equates to roughly $32 a lb for chicken. The menu says $3.15 to "add chicken" to a salad, so I'm not entirely sure what the big deal of adding it to a bowl of soup is any different? I'm paying $6.99 for a soup and a salad is $7.25. I'm happy to pick out the pasta in the soups, but to not add chicken for $3.15 as if it were a salad is a line that is frustrating. Not a fan of the salads due to the diningware they elect to put them in. The bowls are wabbly and are often filled to the gill, so people like myself who cut their salad have difficulty enjoying their salad as it falls on the table more than staying in the bowl. Giving an honest review in hopes that ownership will take this into consideration. Finding myself coming here less as it gives me anxiety coming and trying to think of what I can actually eat.

Cute little restaurant inside the Adelphi Hotel with nice covered outdoor dining area, as well. Interesting eclectic menu, offering a wide array of choices. My husband and I shared a Caesar salad and the Pesty Pesto Flatbread, which had sausage, mushrooms, red onion, fresh mozzarella curd, tangy tomato & pesto sauces on what appeared to be homemade dough. It was delicious, and we were both secretly wishing we could have more. The Caesar salad was split for us, but quite honestly, seeing it split apart, it was rather small and lost on the plate. Also, as with most restaurants, we needed more dressing because what they gave didn't offer any appreciable flavor. Once we got more dressing, it tasted fine. Just wish they had given us more. We enjoyed what we got. My daughter and son-in-law ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and something else. I don't remember what their other order was, and I never got a picture of it either. I do remember that they really liked what they got, though. My 4-year old grandson had chicken fingers, and my 1-year old granddaughter ate portions of whatever my daughter and son-in-law had ordered. In fact, my granddaughter kept asking for more, which was cute. I would definitely come back to this place if we ever are back in the area. I can see that reservations are a MUST !!

This was an amazing experience. Every touch point was a pure joy, from the moment I entered and was promptly and politely seated, to the last few minutes as I chatted with one of the owners, Chris. Every single interaction we experienced gave us the comfort of being amongst friends who were happy to see us, and more importantly happy to be here. From our fully engaging server to the wonderful highschool sophomore who never let our water glasses get below half full, each and every person made our experience just that: an experience of excellence and perfect attention to detail. Our meals were just as delicious as the people. The Grilled Double-Cut Pork Chop was an absolute triumph--impeccably juicy, beautifully charred, and perfectly balanced by earthy morels, rich creamed ramps, and the bright, sweet pop of local cherries. The reimagined "Ratatouille" was a stunning work of art, featuring a beautifully seared zucchini steak, smoky eggplant crème, and a crisp, fresh nest of squash topped with plump, perfectly grilled shrimp. For the perfect conclusion, the Espresso Crème Brûlée delivered a silky, robust coffee custard beneath a shatteringly crisp caramelized crust, brilliantly elevated by the crunch of cacao nibs. What truly elevated the evening, however, was how flawlessly they handled my strict wheat- and grain-free dietary needs. Navigating menus with these restrictions can often feel stressful, but our server and the chef made every possible effort to accommodate me. They proactively verified every sauce and reduction to ensure they were safe, and the kitchen effortlessly modified the dessert by putting the biscotti on the side. To enjoy a multi-course, world-class meal with that level of meticulous care and total peace of mind is incredibly rare. They didn't just accommodate a restriction; they crafted a masterpiece around it. We certainly won't be waiting another 8 years to return.
