Near by my home and convenient but I usually order from the app so I can pick it up as I'm driving by to work. The fact that I order before I leave my house which is at least a mile away and my order is NEVER ready when I get there renders ordering ahead on the app pointless. The food is standard Dunkie's fare, slipshod assembly, hot sometimes, cold most times. The layout is not efficient nor does there seem to be any training before new employees are dumped unawares on the floor. If I could give zero stars I would. We came here two days ago after putting in an order for two coffees and a breakfast sandwich. A half an hour later - we had to cancel our order because they haven't even started it yet. Why hadn't they started it? Because they had one employee working on a morning shift. Today, I put in a larger order totaling over $43, because we have a large group. Upon entering, she berated me in front of everyone in line saying that "because I put in such a large order, all of these people have to wait." I informed her that we could cancel the order, and she yelled "oh no, I've already done most of it! But these people have been waiting all because of me" I apologized to the people in line - who were all more than understanding - then she continued to make a scene. My advice to this dumpster fire of a dunkies? Get your business together. Hire more than one person to run your morning shift. Because one person clearly can not run this show by themselves. Give your employees training on how to handle the stress of making a few microwaved sandwiches and a box of munchkins. read more

Small storefront location with no Drive-thru. What hardships we bear living in quaint little Sandwich! All the usual Dunkin Donuts offerings are available and they have a good selection of donuts and bagels. The staff is friendly. Public bathrooms are clean. A couple small tables make up the indoor seating and no outdoor seating is offered. Parking lot is a zoo with the adjacent convenient store and Free-standing ATM traffic that use the same small lot. So watch for cars and trucks coming at you from all directions. read more

Efficient, friendly, perfectly adequate Dunkin'. I was leery of going here based on the negative reviews but it was the closest to where I was at the time. It was adequately staffed and staff handled multiple custom items efficiently and correctly. Seems like they fixed at least some of the problems that generated the negative review. read more

Ugh I ponder whether writing this review is a good idea but let's do it anyway. This seems personal to me but everyone has the same experience. The people behind the counter have their favorites and it's never going to change. They will have a 5 minute conversation with their friend who they never see outside of the store before I can even make my order. I clearly am not one of the "favorites". It's not even about being a local as it appears from an outside POV rather it's more just you have to be in this inner circle (the regulars + potential big tips) to be treated nicely. I grew up going here and was never given any respect as it was unlikely 11 year old me would be giving that 5 dollar tip and it is frustrating. Magically my vividly wealthy mother will walk in with me and it's a whole different story. When I try to make my order and I'm attempting to be respectful and let her catch up on the computer she will tell me that she's been doing this for a while and she can keep up in this rude attitude as if I'm stupid for thinking she is too slow. I will continue to go here as it's down the street but gosh get the fuck out of your own world, please. You know who you are! Just be nice. Additionally: I was reading reviews prior to this and someone complained about them being "self haters" and I think that explains perfectly what's going on here. I am extremely disappointed at the staff that waited on me and I hope they will be reprimanded for their attitude and behavior. I went in to redeem my free beverage from the rewards on my dd app and get a free donut with my aarp card. They explained rudely that you cannot get two free items at the same time. I said ok can you just give me the coffee, I won't take the donut. (I didn't bring in my purse only my phone) they looked at each other and rolled their eyes and called me a bitch . As I was exiting one of the girls asked the gentleman who was behind me if he would like a free donut. Such poor customer service. Jolynn and mark are so friendly and playful it's nice to see taking pride in their jobs and they do it so well but everybody there is friendly and equally as nice sorry guys for not remembering some of your names but the manager is a doll and very good at her job I see why her staff is the best I do say this dunkin donuts is the best am a local I walk and get my coffee and they're always busy great job guys!!!!!! read more

Wow what an experience. Rudest staff ever. All they cared about was the line instead of our large order. Large orders are good right? Wow terrible rude staff. The black lady worker got mad because I didn't understand that they put cream and sugar in coffee for customers.
