It's really sad that I look for the managers car each morning knowing it's the only way I'm going to drive away with a good cup of coffee. This morning was no exception.. no manager and worker was on her cell phone talking, talking, talking. She actually used her elbow to pump the flavor into my cup. I watched the coffee drip like it was the bottom of the pot and it tasted like it was left over from the night before. Luke warm and absolutely awful. No excuse..Shop has only been open 30 minutes. It's disgraceful the prices paid for your coffee and the service you provide. I am so done hoping this location gets it sh** together. We ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 hash browns. Took home, find that one sandwich was the wrong order. Pepper bacon croissant was ordered and got a sausage sandwich instead. One order of hash browns was cold n burnt. Called the restaurant to ask about either a refund or credit for another sandwich and hash browns. I was told in order to get any compensation id have to bring in the bad food to the restaurant. This was impossible because the burnt hash browns were thrown away and my husband ate the wrong sandwich since i hate sausage. No other fast food establishment requires this. I have been a loyal customer of this particular DD for years. They now have lost a loyal customer over a $10 gift card, which would have satisfied me . read more

Thanksgiving morning, stopped at Dunkin for my usual, as I'm a regular customer at this particular location. Ordered a meal deal of egg and cheese on a bagel, hash browns and medium coffee. When I got my food, the sandwich was cold in the middle and they didn't give me my hash browns. When I told the cashier that my sandwich was cold in the middle and I didn't receive the hash browns, I was told by the woman worker that they cook it to Dunkin standards and if I wanted my food hotter I needed to tell them how I like it cooked when I placed my order. Well...I did do just that when I placed my order, as I always ask for a hot sandwich where the cheese is fully melted. I asked her what else do I have to say to get hot food?? She informed me that if I don't like it, I should go to another location and not to come back! They never gave me my hash browns but made me a second sandwich which was hot. At this point I decided to cut my losses and leave. I will not be going back to this Dunkin location ever again or any Dunkin that is owned by the same owner. The coffee and breakfast items are good here but I go here most mornings and it takes over 10-15 minutes to get through the drive thru. I'm not sure why it would take so long as it's coffee and it irritates me that they make me late for work most days. I don't know how these 1 stars came about for drink orders or even donut orders. I came here at 6am. A lovely young woman helped me. I ordered actually a PITA drink signature latte caramel craze and 2 donuts. She took my order with a smile. Made my drink and told me have a great day. I got in my car. Tasted my amazing drink and tried my donut. It was on point as well. So it prompted me to make a review than I seen all these negative ones and what they were saying. Blows my mind that you guys received poor service but it couldn't have been from this morning 2 person crew. So thank you to the 2 girls running the 1st shift. It does not seem to matter what time of day it is. It seems I'm always waiting a minimum of 20 minutes to pick up one coffee. Breanne was AMAZING. She was kind, patient, helpful and informative. The team was working together very well. The wait was a bit longer than average DD but our 2 coffees were ABOVE AVERAGE - honestly, maybe the best DD coffee I have ever had. It was made perfectly and our order was very specific. I had a horrible experience early this morning at the Perkiomen Ave location, in Mount Penn, Pa. The owner of this Dunkin Donuts, should be ashamed of the way they run this place! The manager girl is horribly rude when taking orders in the drive through. She slams my coffees down on the counter, and say's; "come on take these" and then slams down the bag with my sandwiches. Inside, she's walking around inside yelling "I can't take this anymore," (as though I want to hear that first thing im the morning to start my day)! This place is total mayhem, by no means is it a Dunkin Donuts experience..Why is it corporate is not monitoring these locations? If I could give no star that's what they would get. Went to this dunking donuts and let me say the wkend crew is horrible. The line was long I get they were busy but they got my order so wrong not once but 3xs. Told them 2 bacon egg and cheese bagels, a bagel with ham bacon and lite butter which we repeated multiple times bc she kept telling us hold on and they gave us one thing correct. they gave us a sausage egg n cheese bagel and they gave a bagel with ham cheese n bacon and a oily bagel and 3 drinks which the drinks had no flavor and they gave my son 2 day old milk today is 5/22/21 Which I just saw the date bc my son said the milk tasted weird. When we went in to correct the sandwiches the larger lady in a burgundy shirt told my lactose in-tolerate husband why didn't he just remove the cheese excuse me?! They remade the sandwiches and still did it incorrect. I went back in and the lady In Burgundy had a nasty attitude like I cannot believe. Just stopped at Dunkin' drive thru around 12 in the afternoon. Best experience I've ever had at a dunkin! The girl taking my order didn't rush me and read everything back to check it was correct. The guy at Pickup was so friendly, made sure our food was hot for us when we got to the window, went out of his way to ask if we needed any extra sides. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts and not because of the food or the drinks. It is 100% the poor service by the employees....the first time I went there, I went through the drive through and got to the window and the server never said anything to me, took my money, gave me my drink and never said a word; the 2nd time I went there, I stood inside for about 5 minutes, while the staff did nothing, or at least nothing I could see, and then took my order, never said thank you, or anything else, but did speak over me to a couple of his friends that were leaving. Disrespectful and unprofessional staff. Not only is the service bad the quality is hit or miss. I have ordered the same drink at least once a week for over a year. Today they were training new employees so service was slow so I was patient and understanding. The manager or trainer gave me the wrong drink and I merely said this is pumpkin I ordered caramel. He replied are you sure I made it. Then on his way back from giving me my correct order (if he made a new one which I doubt) virtually accused me of lying to another 3 customers. I must say that I am very disappointed in this location for two major reasons. First the selection of donuts is slightly better than a WaWa. Also speaking of a poor selection they are consistently out of everything bagels. I had family that arrived from out of town on a Wednesday night, so the next morning I decided to get up early and get a good spread for breakfast. I decided a Box of Joe, some donuts and a spread of bagels would satisfy everyone's needs. I got to Dunkin sometime between 7:30 and 8 in the morning on a Thursday. To my surprise they were out of the majority of their bagels. I couldn't believe that they had a mass rush on bagels by this time on a weekday morning. Oh yeah, this isn't the only time, actually the past 3 times they did not have any in stock. I have a feeling the management of this location does not prepare well at all for the demand. Needless to say I probably will not be back, since I do not believe they have good quality to begin with. Here are my thoughts on Dunkin Donuts in general, I have never visited a location that has a smooth parking lot design, there are a ton of bottlenecks (this location specifically). Secondly the concept for their breakfast sandwiches are great, however their execution is very poor. Quite frankly I can't stand chewy bacon - it is disgusting and not to mention you have the potential to get salmonella. Their eggs are preformed patties that are stuck in a microwave. Yes this is nasty, and if you are going to be an establishment that does this then be sure to make it less visible. Really the donuts are the best thing they offer which are probably just trans-fat transporters. Their coffee is good, but the prices have been raised to the Starbucks level, which to me doesn't fly. The one thing that I think they got right is the hash browns, those things are consistently delicious but you only get about 6 of them. For a guy my size that stinks, since they leave me hungry in the morning, this elevates my mood to cranky. My only question is, seriously Dunkin how are you still in business?!?! No one seems to man the counter, when I go in there is usually no one there to talk to (everyone working the drive in window), slow service, inefficiently stocked products and very very rude staff. His excuse was that his 16 year old workers come from homes where they don't have to clean, so apparently admission of sanitary issues to. Drive the extra few miles and go to another location. STAY AWAY!! This is the closest DD to me & I buy a lot of donuts for my customers so if I am planning on visiting a customer & I am not sure there is a DD nearby I will stop here. They never get my order right - and NEVER can seem to reload my card right - often double charging me. I've brought it to their attention and they didn't do anything to fix it. This is the worst Dunkin... I go here a lot, mainly because it's on my way to work and anywhere else I go/would go (school, mall, friends, etc.) It used to be quick and easy. Now, MULTIPLE times.. no... everyday.. it takes SO long. You sit in the drive thru for at LEAST 5 minutes no matter if it's busy or not. And it really doesn't matter the time of day. Whether you go at 10am, 2pm, or 7pm... they staff does not seem to give a crap. It's made me late to work multiple times, even when I leave my house 10 minutes early....I ordered a pumpkin iced coffee recently, to which when I was already gone (due to running late) I sipped it... no sugar, no cream, no PUMPKIN FLAVOR?? It was like drinking pure milk with a dash of coffee. Another time I was told I owed $8 for a large iced coffee. When I said I only order coffee, they didn't even have my order.. after I just told them while waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes. Once I asked for no cream or sugar, got way too much cream and sugar. Then another time I asked for cream and sugar, and got nothing... I like to give places the benefit of the doubt. I know days can be crazy and hard. But this is constant. It's not the same time every day. It is not a "bad day" it is the workers!! They suck. Absolutely suck. I decided to walk in to order, where I was immediatly stopped by a line. The woman ordering was ordering a very specific array of stuff... but the worker had no idea what to do, was slow, and no one else tried to help him. Then he seems to just hold a convo with this lady, making it longer. I couldn't even order and had to leave. And had no time to stop anywhere because I wasted time, so no breakfast or coffee for me that day. All I got to say is this place sucks. There are a couple good workers who are kind. The others, one being a blonde female, are rude and don't care. Morning employees are nice enough, but the other shifts are just plain rude. Half the time my drink isn't made correctly and doesn't taste the greatest so I end up just getting an energy drink because I don't have the time to wait for them to correct it. Yesterday, my "coffee" was mainly creamer, it was completely undrinkable, upon receiving it I even asked if there was any coffee in it and the girl looked at me like I was crazy. I went inside for them to correct it and they wanted to charge me for a new one. Second drink, took almost 5 minutes to make, still not made correctly... Recently when I went to use the refillable cup (the one that was used with the promotion at the end of spring 2015 with 99 cent refills) I was told they are no longer filling them. I was not asking for any promotional price, I would have paid whatever the comparable size would have been. Locations in the Philly area where I live charge the price of a medium. They ended up filling it for me, but told me that if I come back with it again they likely would not fill it for me unless it was not busy. I thought the point of these cups was to go more green. I went to this dunkin donut it is close to my house 3 times they never put sugar or the raspberry I requested , if you drink decaf it is cold most of the time .
