POS go buy your simple coffee elsewhere you're not gonna get service, barely English speaking, waited over 10 min for a basic coffee made WRONG shame on Ravenna residents who have children 16-25 years old NOT WORKING A JOB read more

People always say that at Dunkin you either get mud water or an amazing coffee. This Dunkin is the only Dunkin to never ever mess up my coffee. It's perfect every time. The workers are quick and nice and get you in and out. read more

I had a super rude experience today, the drive thru line was wrapped around the gas station and I placed a mobile pickup order so I went inside to pick it up instead, I was talking to one person to let them know and another person stepped right in the middle of us talking and said "yeah we need to focus on the drive thru so it's going to be a while" and the way she said it was extremely rude. I almost immediately got my coffee and then a few seconds later got my food, food was thrown onto the counter and said "here" and it was super impolite and rude. Immediately started eating my hash browns in the car and what do you know? They're cold. Never again. read more

Due to this Dunkin being attached to a gas station, I was hesitant to have high expectations. When I first came in, the dunkin side was very clean. The floors were well kept and the tables were all clean. The workers were all very nice as I ordered and picked up my food. They were quick when making the food and everything turned out well. I decided to sit and stay for a while and that is when I was even more pleasantly surprised by this location. First off, all the associates were just having a good time while still cleaning. Also, they knew most of the people in the dunkin. They would call them by name and ask how they are doing. They even asked if they needed refills. I would come back to this dunkin again after the positive experience I had. read more

I wish you could give us zero stars. Unbelievable to me how they could be so understaffed that they can't handle even a basic order. You can't order inside you have to go through the drive-through I've been stuck in this drive-through line for over 10 minutes only because there's no way to get out of the line. You're trapped and it doesn't matter how long it takes him. Whether you've got stuff to do or not. To get a simple cup of coffee completely unbelievable read more

I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes for a total of six cars. The drive through is also designed so you cannot get out. I understand understaffing is a problem, but something needs to be done. There was one staff member who provided good service. I then later got out of my car and coffee went everywhere because there was a hole in my cup. Never again. read more

I love the donuts and iced lattes here I just do not appreciate employees asking to keep my change so I gave it 3 stars

Usually they are great, but today they completely mess up my order and I just threw it away because it was gross. Can you make sure they reread the order to make sure that doesn't happen. Thanks read more

Honestly over them putting actual sugar in my iced coffees that's disgusting and lazy. They always forget what you ordered so you have to tell them multiple times always forgets your donuts bc they clear your order before you actually get to the window I'm sick of repeating myself 20 times i their drive through bc they're always talking on their phones and not paying attention read more

Drive thru people are sometimes ditzy and don't listen to orders. Coffee is filled to top and overflows while driving. No flavoring in hot chocolate basically hot water. Coolattas are not blended. Can't make cappuccino. Very watered down. read more

My favorite place to go. Always fast and always good. About once a month they run out of cups or sum. Sometimes the food you order takes 10+ minutes to come out but overall a good morning stop. -Xoxo Momo read more

I'm done with this place!! First, their drive-thru is slow. Second, just about every time I go there they are out of something. The past two times I've been they've been out of wake-up wraps! Last week I was told they were frozen, today I was told they had one left (both times it was 8:00 A.M.)! Really? How do you run out of something so frequently...who manages this place? A couple months prior to that, they couldn't make any sandwiches because "their ovens weren't working", again at 8:00 A.M., possibly their busiest time of day! I'll never forget the time I went there during the Balloon A-Fair (in the A.M. again) and they were OUT OF DONUTS!!! LOL This place is a joke! #notgoingback read more

They are supposed to open at 5 am. I go past this Dunkin a little after 6 am and very often you cannot get ANY service. They have signs up inside that they are not serving anyone, you must go through the drive thru for service. But then they have milk crates across the drive thru so you cannot go through that either. read more

Awful customer service. There are probably maybe two employees that have a good attitude but everyone else is awful. I leave every single time super irritated! read more

I go through the drive thru almost everyday and I just want to give a big thank you to Carter! He is always so Happy and Welcoming! Carter has the best customer service out of anyone I seen there! A++ to Carter! read more

The girl that works midnights that has a different hair color everyday, is beyond horrible. I come in every single day before I start work, literally everyday. Not only does she act like she's never made my very simple iced coffee before, it tastes different every time she makes it, she's rude. I went through the drive thru a week or so ago, waited 8 minutes before she even acknowledged that anyone was at the order screen but then she came on and stated that she was counting down her drawer and couldn't take my order for around 15-20 minutes. read more

My family probably spends thousands here every year as we all have been using dunkin in Ravenna for over ten years.. the management is god awful anymore. The employees are rude and disrespectful. The coffee tastes like garbage and even knowing the coffee was cold they decided to pour it in a cup anyways.. when I called to complain the manager is screaming at an employee to put on a headset and says your gonna have to hold on to me... finally comes back to the phone and I tell her about the coffee being cold and she then screams again at the employees " get to making new coffee I've got pissed customers" clear this place needs and over haul. Wondering if the owners even care about what is happening at this location.... sadddddd read more

I don't care what any of you think about this place the coffee is always good although I usually get tea, the sandwiches are the best and the staff is always kind and pleasant I have nothing bad to say about this place I've never had a bad experience here and I will continue to go here because they are all awesome and wonderful. read more

This place is just bad. The service is slow, they got my order wrong so I then had to wait even longer! I am from out of state and have seriously never had this bad of service. read more

The worst DD in the area. If you want something different than what is standard your order will be wrong! And very slow drive thru

The Ravenna dunkin is by far the worst Dunkin anymore, I stopped going through there. The management sucks and are very unprofessional any time your order is wrong (which is ALL THE TIME) and you take it back to get corrected they get an attitude with you even though they are the ones who messed up! The service is extremely slow the coffee is always disgusting. I will never go through that dunkin again even if im in dire need of coffee I'd go out of my way to either Kent or Rootstown's Dunkin. read more

Literally the worst Dunkin ever!!! I go there nearly everyday because it's the closest one to me and they always screw up my order. Either it tastes like crap or it's entirely the wrong flavor. They also take forever to take your order. I just sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and they didn't even take my order. So I drove through and went inside to stand at the front register and wait another 4 minutes before someone took my order. But I guess I should just be thankful since the drive thru is open, because usually they have it blocked off. read more

Worst in area. Morning girls do not wanna be there. One just left the other one in height of rush to go out an smoke. Drive thru was closed . Old Jeep just parked in entrance. My coffee not what ordered. Tossed was bad. Got craps from it. Don't waste time stopping, go to rootstown, streetsboro, or tallmadge. Those stores treat you like they want your business and get what you order. Never again! read more

Donuts and bagels are good. Most frozen and iced beverages there have a very artificial weird taste, even for a fast food kind of standard. Service is friendly and efficient if you order inside, but they can be rather rude in the drive-thru. Often they sound bored, unhappy, and like they just want to move onto the next customer as quickly as possible. I understand they can get crazy busy, but it's not OK to act like that towards paying customers. Plus, they don't even get the orders right sometimes. Just step it up. read more
