So I go in this morning to buy an ice coffee ( nothing else) I wait at the counter for 10 minutes only to have someone ask there manager if there still taking orders inside. The manager tells them no I need to go through the driver through. I explained I have no car with me. She tells me too bad they won't wait on me. There was no notes on door or counter stating they were not accepting orders. I am so sick and tired of these Dunkin stores and their shitty attitudes. If I could rate them less then one star I would. They either screw up your orders or they just randomly act like total losers. Not a way to run your business. I'm all set, there are many other higher quality coffee houses in the area that don't treat the people who pay there salaries like shit. read more

Drive thru was busy so ran inside to buy a donut just to be told they couldn't handle anyone at the counter because drive thru was too busy.

They literally did not even put coffee in my cup. I could be wrong but i dont think many people look forward to drinking straight creamer. read more

My iced coffee was warm tasted like they used hot coffee and put ice in it. Even seems like it the ice in my Cup is already melted. This restaurant just sucks. They have the air conditioner on. Mind you it was November 1st I wasn't a warm day. You time being on a main road they'd be a better store. Come on get your sh#t together. They get you through the drive thru pretty quickly here which is great for those in a rush. Can be hit or miss with what's available when it comes to donuts, but usually they have everything else every time I've ordered here. The new Frosé mocktail is pretty good, and the frozen chocolate is also always a tasty choice. I usually get a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich when I'm in the mood for food here, but I'm bummed they no longer have onion bagels; they were my favorite & a plain bagel is just so bland in comparison. But prices aren't bad here & drinks are usually good, so it's one I'd come back to when in the area again. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is one of the worst I've ever been to. Don't get me wrong, I love my Dunkin order but this place is just horrendous. Not only have I seen a cockroach crawl across the floor while at the window, I've heard of them being found in drinks from this place. The coffees from this store are made so poorly it tastes like a used coffee filter soaked in water for a minute. You'll get either burnt food or undercooked food, so good luck with that. The cherry on top, the customer service here is just terrible. My friend and I waited at the speaker ready to order for at least 10 minutes while a line of cars reached the main road behind us. After saying "hello"about 20 times and about 10 minutes later, they smugly just asked what we wanted. After saying my drink order, there was about 30 seconds of silence, so my friend and I left. All that time, and they probably lost about 5 cars of service just for the hour. Good luck at this one folks!! read more

I go here regularly during the week, probably 2-3 times. Always pretty quick through the drive through, very nice people working there. They've only messed up my order once, gave me a large instead of a medium so I guess that's really not bad. Just a typical Dunkin' like the others. read more

Love the food, but I have to wear a sweater.. the a/c is cranking!

Every time I go here, they get my order wrong. In addition, yesterday I ordered two bagels....one was so overcooked that it was hard and impossible to bite into, the other was undercooked and flat. I also got three coolatas with whip cream....and there was about a dime size amount of whip cream in each. Guess I should stick with only donuts....though they rarely have any available. read more

If you like surprises... This is the place for you. You can go here and order the same iced coffee every day for a week straight and it will be different every time. Some times too sweet. Some times what seems like no sugar at all. I've tried to tweak the way I order in hopes of getting it correct but it's hit or miss. I go to this Dunkin multiple times a week and i've never had a problem before. There are these two girls I usually get and I think their names are Sophia and Raquel. They are super sweet and good at their jobs but a few days ago i went before an 11 hour shift to get some coffee and donuts to keep me awake and the two girls that were in there (not the ones I was talking about before) were so rude from the second I came up to the speaker. The one in the kitchen grabbed my donuts and put them in a bag then from halfway across the kitchen BOTTLE FLIPPED THEM across the kitchen onto the counter. The other girl proceeds to yell "OOOOOOOOOH." My donuts were all squished and one of them was a boston cream that had exploded all of the freaking bag. The coffee was the grossest thing i've ever had and they were just all around rude. I don't usually write reviews but this made me genuinely upset and I hope it helps. read more

Too many turn around people, no one smiles, they are always rushed each time I order my ice coffee it's made differently watered down minimal coconut put in and too much ice. Karen is the waitress that probably has been there the longest and we have come to like her. Just needs little improvement on training and customer service here. read more
