Terrible Terrible Terrible. All I can say. Actually, not all I can say. To start, when I ordered my frozen coffee and donut, they were out of half the flavors of donuts. Then, I pulled up to the front to pay and I had to pay either in exact change or with a card. When I got my food, the drink was not filled all the day and there were ice chunks in my drink. This place has changed and turn-over seems to be pretty routine. I come here pretty frequently on my way to school b/c it's right across the street from where I teach. It's not that the service or product is bad or even just "OK" as the 3 star rating I gave indicates. It's that things have the potential to be so much better. Here are some main points: 1.) Professional speech, professional mannerisms. Several of the employees sound unprofessional, which is clearly rubbing off on others, because I have noticed a decline in mannerisms of people who were more polite when they first came. This is a company culture issue. It takes time to fix but can be done if everyone is on board. 2.) For the love of all that is holy, PUT THE DONUTS IN FROSTING SIDE UP!!! How hard is that to do? Dumping them in the bag frosting side down should, if ever, be a one-time occurence, but it is a daily thing with you guys, which is why you won't get anything higher than 3 stars from me. I always get 2 double chocolate donuts - the best donuts DD has - and every time, if I don't ask, you just dump them in frosting side down. I like the frosting! But I like it ON the donut. I do NOT like having to lick it off the bag! Would you?? You have the luxury of eating a donut right off the rack if you want to. But put yourself in the customer's place. Not only does it suck having the frosting on the bag, it also is messy/sticky trying to grab your donut when the side of the bag is streaked with the frosting that should be on your donut. For me, it's just the professionalism and the presentation of the product. Speak like a professional who cares about their job and the product. Represent your store well. Last week I got a medium lemonade at this location. I thought it weird that the beverage was clear like water. Then I tasted it. There was zero sweetness- just a bitter aftertaste. Don't go to this location unless you want to wait in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. That's right, 30 minutes. I had to wait that long for a coffee that I ordered on the app ahead of time. This has happened multiple times over the past couple of years. Plus, the doors have been locked the past 2 years and you can't go inside and just pick up your mobile order like most locations. Also, on a separate occasion I placed an order for a polar pizza for my boyfriends birthday. The order was confirmed and I got an email stating the date and time to pick it up. When I get there, they tell me they didn't make it. I didn't receive an email or call from the store letting me know it wasn't going to be ready. And since the cakes need to be made at least 24 hours ahead of time, I wasn't able to get the cake at all for the birthday celebration. Highly recommend visiting a different Dunkin! read more

I go here multiple times a week before work due to the convenient location... I notice the staff is not consistent with my coffee order. My bagel is never fresh and I can never get a knife with my cream cheese. Id understand if it was busy but it's never busy when I show up. Management really needs to make some changes! Coffee is inconsistently made. Never sure what you are going to get. Don't come here if you have somewhere to be. You need at least 15 minutes to get through their drive-thru on most days to get whatever you end up getting. If you are lucky, it will be what you ordered. read more

The food quality here is very good; however they consistently run out of things. This time, their donut selection was dismal. They were out of almost every donut.
