I ordered a large caramel cold brew and a donut after seeing the promo for a "$1 donut with medium or large coffee". At the window, they refused to give me the $1 donut because I had to order a coffee, i thought a cold brew is coffee? Fine, I didn't stop for a donut anyway. My large caramel cold brew was so large, How large was it?, so large it barely fit in the cupholder. Unfortunately, that cup was jam-packed with ice. Dunkin Donuts - It's not worth the trip. We stopped at DD about 4pm today (Saturday) for an iced tea. While there, we thought we'd treat ourselves to a couple of donuts. They had none left. They are open for 7 more hours and they are out of Donuts??? Isn't that their raison ďêtre? Their causa essendi? Then to add insult to injury- the iced tea had a coffee undertone. The service in the DD is absolutely horrendous. The workers are unorganized and rude. They were going out of chronological order when giving/making drinks. They were inconsiderate when you were to ask about your order. The whole store was packed with people. This added an additional 30 minutes to our travel time. I asked for a simple change on one of my drinks and the old guy at the register w half fingernails caught an attitude and they still made the drink wrong despite his attitude. Worst Dublin's EVER! My so called "coffee" tastes like hot water with creamer. The "coffee" is way hotter than it is supposed to be. I asked for one sugar and an extra cream, my cup is marked 3 sugar and 3 cream. I asked for hazelnut. It doesn't taste like any was put in it. Three people working the drive thru and nobody came over to us at the counter even Theo of them looked at us. Another one, a guy, comes from the back and tells one of the girls to help us. I stopped in on a Sunday evening on 4th of July weekend to use the drive-thru. I almost got lost finding it -- I thought I was driving through an alley. The drive-thru menu & speaker are just before the window on the back side of the building. It's a screwy setup. This Dunkin Donuts is also a Baskin Robbins location. Even while ordering Baskin Robbins menu items, you can still pay using your DD phone app. Inside was extremely busy. The drive-thru had several cars, but they kept them moving pretty fast. The attendant working the drive-thru microphone seemed knowledgeable of their products. However, once I pulled up to the window, it took quite a while to get my item, which was only a strawberry shake. The staff weren't too friendly, but they weren't rude either. Still I have to post one because I feel that this one falls so short on the Dunkin experience that I actually recommend the new coffee shop in town. Not only can they not get simple orders right one too many times I have experienced the coffee/tea temperatures so hot all I can think of is that billion dollar lawsuit WON for spilled coffee from McDonald's. Not that I in any way suggest intentionally burning yourself, but the fact is, that the temperatures warrant extreme caution. THEY ARE ALWAYS BUSY AND THEY ALWAYS TRY TO PLEASE" You expect fresh made coffee and fresh made donuts. This DD and its servers deliver fresh and they are gentle and patient. This DD is always busy because it is so close to two heavily traveled highways. The forever busy Interstate 84 is one of them. Be realistic, this is a DD and not a cordon bleu Paris bistro. The bagels and the fast-made sandwiches are premade, but respectable and acceptable so give them a chance. If a sandwich always comes with a premade egg, don't complain about the egg. Everything else is good so toss the egg. Ice cream items are nicely made and the ice cream is good. They make an effort to keep the DD clean, and against the flood of all tourist odds it is clean. Out of the 31 flavors, they had 5 available. we asked if they had cake cones and they said they were out so we took the sugar cones. when we got to the window they handed out two of the five cones and discovered they ran out of sugar cones, and guess what? they had cake cones left. This Dunkin Donut's is the worst I've ever been to. This particular location doesn't deserve to have the name Dunkin Donut's on the outside, what an embarrassment to the name. We couldn't believe how dirty it was, like nobody cleaned or kept up with eating areas, floors, dirty windows, and to top it off the bathrooms were down right disgusting. I even saw bugs crawling on the floors. Forever long line moved so slow people were leaving. We would have left as well but had already placed our order. Waited over 15 minutes for only 3 sandwiches (no complicated coffee beverages or anything else) We get to the car and they only gave us 2 sandwiches. i didn't even want to go back in.
