New building, second time I have found a mystery particle in my unsweet tea that is not a tea leaf. Maybe tea scum from an uncleaned machine? First time I dumped the tea out and thought it might be the ice, but now I'm thinking it's the tea machine. Took particle out and squished it between paper towels and it was brown. Lord help me if it's a rat turd! Did not bother to contact manager as this location has had problems with service and products for years. I relent to this location for convenience, but no more. My partner ordered a large drink at this dunkin to which they said they were out of, BUT could give him a medium with very light ice, to which he agreed happily. As they gave him is medium drink, there were 2 inches between the top and where his coffee was. He politely asked if they could add more coffee as that is what he asked for. The employee at the counter was incredibly rude, told him that's just how it is, even after explaining the situation. This location needs to learn costumer hospitality. read more

The lobby is frequently closed, leaving a long drive through line all the way out to the Main Street. Today, despite ordering online and waiting for 45 min, I still didn't get what I paid for because I had to go to work. If you have 3 extra hours to wait for your order, great! I only visit this location when I am desperate for caffeine. Every other Dunkin' Donuts in our area is great. Friendly, prompt service, and your coffee made perfectly. This location? No. My last two visits, I used the Dunkin' App to "skip the line." Order it on the way there and it'll be ready when you arrive. This works with every other Dunkin' location except this one. The first time, I told the app I was ready to pick it up 5 minutes before I arrived. They hadn't started it yet. Today I told the app I was ready to pick it up 15 minutes before I arrived. They still hadn't started it. If you want friendly service, and your coffee made right every time, go to the Kings Highway location by I-75. They have the friendliest staff who will remember you when you visit and will make you feel like you're family. And at the King's Highway location, you can order from the app while sitting in the parking lot, and it will be ready for you before you can walk to the counter. read more

No matter how many times I get coffee here (EVERY SINGLE DAY) When they have an off day or make my drink wrong they ALWAYS treat me like I don't know how the drink is made or as if its my first time drinking coffee here. Today I asked for a : Medium Caramel Cold Brew (Same as everyday). There is 3 pumps of caramel in a medium. I was instead rung up for 4 (Extra 50cent charge). I had to grab my own receipt because the man quickly walked away after taking my order (He was nice though). When I noticed the wrong measurements I quickly let the young lady know that I didn't order any extra sweetener. She told me "I already put 4 is that fine?" I politely no because didn't need or want extra flavor. She kindly fixed it and gave me my 2 drinks (Made The Same Way). As she walked away I asked for my refund on the extra ingredients I was rung up incorrectly for (Extra 50cents). She called what I assume is the manager named "MIKAYLA" over to the cash register where she RUDELY asked me who rung me up & rudely asked did I order extra ingredients. She then informed me that she had to refund the entire order and id have to pay again(Completely fine). My complete refund (Paid in cash) was $9.50, my new price was $8.96. So I kept the extra 50cents I was wrongfully charged for and gave MIKAYLA $9. My change was 4cents. MIKAYLA RUDELY & Rolling her eyes gave me my 4cents SMARTLY saying "Here's your FOURRR cents" with a smile & rolling her eyes as to imply "You did all this for 4cents?" MIKAYLA not realizing my total change was 54cents was rude for no reason at all. No matter how much it was, its MY money and I was WRONGFULLY charged. I wasn't rude and didn't respond to any of the insulting questions, gestures or tones. Do better! With that being said its a couple of people that work there that do a good job or at least try. I don't normally write negative reviews or any reviews in general but once I visited this establishment I knew I absolutely had to write a review. Not only is the food assembled poorly but the service is atrocious. The whole building was filled with people waiting for their drinks and food, due to them only having four employees working during Sunday rush hour. Whenever a food item would be ready the lady would yell the number really loud, this normally wouldn't be a problem except I never received a receipt so I didn't know what number I was. After she would yell the number someone in the line of people would ask what the order was, the worker then proceeded to make a very rude passive aggressive comment. I don't usually complain, but something needs to be done about this location. Went inside to order a few sandwiches and a dozen donuts and a couple coffees. Bad idea, was rudely greeted, they're inventory was sparse at best, 2 types of bagel, 7 types of donuts. No hash browns available. Got a ham, egg and cheese on a muffin, muffin was microwave hard, not toasted hard. Had 8 people behind the counter, someone please make something. All were cleaning up like it was time to go home at 11:00 am, what a joke. Manager just dismissed couple of complaints while I was there, so didn't feel the need to add to his so busy day, lol. Was there for about 10 minutes, all I heard was "Sorry we don't have that right now" over and over. Don t go to this Dunkin Donuts if you can avoid it. Have a little further to the Dunkin Donuts in Port Charlotte or the other direction to the one in Punta Gorda at least there you'll be able to get what you want. I can almost assure you whatever it is that your little heart is crazy will not be available at this location. At work the other day I went to go pick up donuts not only did they not have the promotional doing it that they had sent a fire out the previous weekend for but they did not have such Staples as Boston cream donuts coffee rolls and chocolate glazed donuts. Also when you asked for a bagel with cream cheese there is barely enough cream cheese on the bagel to cover it I guess they are very short on their ordering and they need to make sure they have enough to get through the day. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS DD LOCATION AGAIN! I was in town for 3 days visiting Family. My Niece originally went this DD day 1 of our vacation. The girl was extremely rude and they could not get the order right at all. Day 2 we went to the DD a little further up the road. Day 3 we tried going back to this location BIG MISTAKE!!! I placed my order through my DD app, clicked on "ready to pick up now". My Niece got there 10 minutes after I placed the order. They never started it. The girl gave her severe attitude and spoke to her in a complete inappropriate way. To make a bad experience worse I have NO idea what they gave her but it was not edible at all. There was not even a typed ticket on my cup referencing my order, only some written letters that made no sense. I had to dump my whole $6.00 coffee. I proceeded to call the store gave them my order # they told me to come back and they would give me another one. I explained I was from out of town and was headed back home & did not have the time to come back that way. I informed them I wanted my money credited back to my account. I was told the mngr would call me back. 2 days later I called again bc I did not hear back from anyone & I never received my credit. I have left a msg on their machine & have never received a call back. I will NEVER go back to this location again when in town. My Family also will not visit this location again. I highly suggest they train their employee's better and ask them to check their attitudes at the door. It seems this is an ongoing problem for this location. They might also want to make sure that their DD app machine is working properly or remove themselves from the app. read more

I had 2 bad experiences here previously with rude employees. today I tried again because of it's convenient location. my spouse and I wanted coffee but they had no cream whatsoever. that meant we could not order coffee. they also did not have our favorite donuts. I filled out their survey (after the employee told us not to) and received almost the same reply as the 2 previous times: sorry. we talked to them, everything is fine now. however, nothing changes here. would also like to mention there was crumpled napkins on floor in restaurant the entire time we were there and the rest room was filthy. I pulled up to the drive through I heard her mumble so I proceeded to ask for Boston cream she then asked me to hold ,I said yes. I could hear like she was talking to someone in front of her which is fine but then she comes back to me and mumbles Boston Cream and I'm not sure if it to me or someone inside she's speaking to so there's a moment of silence . She then rudely says "Boston Cream" louder, and I say "yes please and also do you have strawberry frosted? she says "no we're out we only have vanilla frosted" then I say , "okay make that two BC & do you have blueberry muffin ? Then she says "no" and cuts me off rudely and says " Im busy and have people in front of me how many doughnuts are you gonna order". My problem is not that this rude girl put me on hold and that she's busy but that I only wanted 2 doughnuts and the only way I know what they have is by asking. I cancelled my order went elsewhere then I called manager and explained which was another joke defending her attitude because they are short staffed and saying they have a new policy now that if you order more than 6 doughnuts you have to go inside. Terrible service and very Rude,,,I gave my order to a Large Heavy Set Hispanic Woman and I always order the same thing. She wanted to charge me over $2.00 more than what the normal price I usually pay...I repeated my order slowly and said this is the amount I usually pay which was over $2.00 less...Again she wanted to charge me over $1.20 more.. Again, I said Thais not right and repeated the order..Then she raised her voice back at me and I said I'm the Customer and you are very rude and you didn't listen to what I said..After correcting the amount she called me an insulting name as I walked over to pick up my order..I asked for the Manager and asked if she over heard the conversation and naturally she said no..Well I told her the whole story and told the Assistant Manager how rude this Hispanic Woman acted and she need to be talked to.
